Part 16
I didn't know how to get to Lara's class, so Chase saw me and helped get there. "This is where you practice you Lara, there are usually some people with the same Lara as you. Then he disappeared before I could even thank him.
I looked around and saw people turning the water into wagons and sparring. I barely remember how I got that shield. I was desperate, I remember thinking I need something to block it. And the water listened to me…..
I try to do it… Shield I tell the water, and nothing happens. I concentrate harder and picture what I want. I see a shield appear on my hands again. Yes! Then the water falls back down. … oh yah, concentrate.
I keep at it for a while. I try to create different things like, sword, staff, and turkey. It's solid when I touch it, and I can change the form. But I'm gonna need to practice it… maybe on Austin.

I try it on last time, but this time I keep it as long as I can. I keep it for about 15 minutes when the shield loses its shape and falls to the ground. I'm already panting, how's that gonna keep me alive in battle? I facepalm (the vane move see the stardust cafe pages), I'm gonna die….I think what to Mr. Tuffy's lesson.

So, if I change the shape of water, I'll be fine. If I somehow want to drown a whole town I'm toast.
The rest of my day here is training, classes, and the dreaded homework. Chase offers to help me study when he sees my hunched over a textbook after class. If he didn't offer to help, they'd probably have to put me in a strait-jacket sooner of later.
Coff and Austin were stuck with training me. I'm gonna practice with coff after dinner at 7:00 p.m. in room 108. God knows what kinds of tortures coff has planned for me.
She strides away before I could come up with some lame excuse of how I can't go.
After dinner me and Chase work on my homework. I hope this is what my mom wanted when she said she wanted me to go to special school. I stare at the blur written in our textbook. "What is this?" I ask Chase.
"Latin, why? Don't tell me you can't read latin?" He says. "Yes, somehow I learned it all on my own." I tell him sarcastically."Here." He says producing an english version of the textbook."Where did you..?" I ask."Coff says latin murders her." He tells me. So she let you borrow…? I ask. "Was I suppose to ask her?" Asks Chase. Other than that the rest of homework was terrible at best.
