Maybe dictator is going too far. She probably isn't a bad person but simply handled this situation poorly. We all make not so nice choices in life after all.

Sure, but I very rarely direct it at people. Things people do, circumstances, events, attitudes, behaviors, yes. But not people.

I guess it's one of those things that you think shouldn't be done "all or nothing"
Like saying, no one is completely bad.
(though I could think of a few that should be on the list, IMO)

No, see, that's what makes Hitler the perfect example. Everybody figures he's just the worst guy in history. But he still had good points, and I'm sure there's more stuff we don't even know about. The point of saying "no one is completely bad" is to point out that people you think are horrible may have good qualities. And since nobody can be worse than Hitler (almost), it makes the point.
