Though Saiena was more used to verbal communication than body language, it would have taken a blind person to not see and understand Aduial's initial befuddlement upon being named 'Wiggles'. Then again, Sai doubted that anyone had ever given the silent mare a nickname as incredibly silly as that; indeed, she didn't really know what had possessed her to issue such a pronouncement, other than a feeling of mischievousness and impishness that had been provoked by both the excitement of a new companion and the consequent silence of that companion. For all that she was an adult, Saiena could sure act like a foal when the mood took her!

Fortunately for the success of the meeting, Wiggles seemed to be an equally foal-like mare...or at least was good at imitating her companion! At Wiggles' demonstrative prancing, Saiena giggled once more, taking the activity to mean that Wiggles approved of the name. Excellent news; coming up with nicknames was a challenging thing, and it was always pleasant to have one's first choice found acceptable. Ok, she was making that up; she wasn't typically in a position to give things nicknames, as she didn't often meet other creatures to nickname. Aramis, her lover, wasn't the sort to take to nicknames, and while he found her childishness endearing and entertaining, that sentiment did not extend to sporting with his assigned name. But that made finding Wiggles all the better!

She would have to be very attentive to what her friend was looking at and how she looked, though; otherwise she'd been in danger of completely running away with the 'conversation' that the two were having! So she was looking at Wiggles when the other mare made her somewhat circular gesture, which after a moment Saiena thought that she understood. "What's around here, do you mean?"

Being around Wiggles for very long was going to test Saiena's skills at playing the game charades; luckily she had always been good at that game, being a very observant and imaginative creature. On top of that, growing up with a father as good natured and playful as Safi had only heightened her natural affinity for goofiness and quick thinking, so she and Aduial were well-matched in that sense.

Although honestly, it would take a lot less imagination to understand a nod. "Well, there's a lot of things around here, actually! About an hour away, you'll reach the edge of the forest; there's a river not too far away that widens and flows down to the big lake; there's a pasture with some incredibly delicious variety of grass two hills over, and there's a hillside covered in wildflowers not much farther beyond that!" She was beaming as she spoke, naming off a few of the more interesting things in the area with the pride and pleasure of one that knew what she was describing intimately. Though really, she did; she had grown up with her father on the shores of that lake, and he still lived there with his partner; she and her own companion, Aramis, has been through this area numerous times since getting together, and before that she had been over it herself!

It took a bit longer before Saiena was able to make sense out of what Wiggles was trying to convey, and she watched with obvious befuddlement for a while before the actual light bulb went on. "Oh! Do you mean, where is everyone?" Without waiting for an actual response, she took that to be the proper guess and started off on a suitable explanation, figuring that it was important enough that even if she was wrong in her guess, it was still worth something for Wiggles to know.

"In general, you'll find more Soquilis on the lake side; there's also a Kawani village over there, filled with many Kawani and several Soquili who live with them. My daddy and step-father live in that direction, too, and the one human that I really know. You'll also sometimes find groups or pairs or individuals wandering around out here, but as there's not a lot of cover, it's not as popular as the shady areas. Well, shady areas and areas with lots of water."
