Lilith smiled as she had been waiting for them. Turning around, she half-spilled a backpack she was carrying on the ground, revealing several dozen canisters, many marked K.O., CS, and SMOKE. "Well, when dealing with a rat-hole... you smoke them out, do you not? It could be the "distraction" you need. My friends at the academy were a little overzealous in what they packed for me... Ehe." she said, shrugging and smiling. Reaching into the pack, she pulled out 4 rebreathers and said "So, how 'bout it?"

A poof ran across the ground as Six gyaku-kuchiyose'd in from Bast's scroll, her figure in the elusive Cat Stance. "You're actually okay," she reassured herself, relaxing to a normal position. "We hadn't heard from Team 1 since you left the office, & we were worried. I had no idea if I was poofing into a situation or not." At this she wiped a bead of sweat from her brow, found a chair, & immediately fwumped all over it. "Thank the gods..."

San listened to lilith and motioned his head in that direction. Although he was speaking to them both, his words seemed more directed to bast sensei.
"I think we should impliment all three of them. First we use covert movement to set up the obvious traps and such. Then we send in the smoke. If luck is on our side, then maybe we can use the smoke to catch some of the bigger enemies and take them down. Then if we can gain one of them, i can use my change echnique to infultrate in all the confusion and set the explosives and such.....Idea?"

Bast nodded toward Ganchou and found herself almost using the masculine pronouns when talking about the disguised ANBU. She stopped herself, though, before any words made it out of her mouth.
"It's Six-chan," the woman mumbled shortly before Six popped out of her scroll. "You know, if you're going to go popping in and out of people's scrolls like that, you should at least bring tea. Not that I have any room to talk."
As San spoke, Bast felt her mind wander back to the glowing plants, and then felt it would be a shame to damage them with an explosion.
"No, explosions won't do for this one," she said without intention of elaborating.

San bowed his head, understanding that his idea was out of the question. But they had at least two possible ideas, and San could do some stelthy insergency too.....He may still be useful

Six sighed at Bast's comment. "I'm not a Ryourinin, Bast-chan. Throwing tea at the enemy may work as a distraction, or it could have hindered me. I'll try to remember a jug for the next time, ne..." Six had gone listless, her mind zoning out as sugarplums danced in her head. "Fooooood... mmm...." Even one her favourite subjects, total annihilation, didn't bring her around enough to comment on the situation.

Lilith smiled at Six, and pulled from a side pocket in the backpack a small paper bag. "For emergency Six visits" she explained as the smell of Dango's would waft into Six's nose, bringing her back to the situation at hand. Idly, she fidgeted with a small pouch on her belt, checking it.

San held his head down slightly. These people kew eachother, and knew eachother well. When...would he be a major part of the village and have people like this. It was his dream....

The smell of food permeated the air, and Bast instantly switched in to scavenger mode! She lunged for the bag of food, turning to the steel of her sword's hilt via Shinranbanshou Douka no Jutsu as a preemptive measure against counterattacks. She bore her fangs as she honed in on the source of the scent, intending to swallow not only the food, but the bag and Ganchou's arm as well. Truly, Ganchou needed to learn never to bring up the subject of food around a Miyamoto.

Even now, her dreams were producing their own genjutsus... hot dangos out in the middle of the desert? Rediculous! Drool pooled at the corners of her mouth before the scents overwhelmed her. "Food!" she yelled, leap-frogging over San to get to the dangos before Bast did. Flying through the air, she raised a leg up high above her head before bring it down on the potential victim below, her taijutsu going into food-eat-food mode.

Bast, sensing the changing possession of food and an incoming danger, immediately launched a counterattack. While Six's leg was still high in the air, Bast reached up and prodded the other woman's chin, changing in to the other material so as to successfully survive the blow. As the ground ballooned out underneath Bast, her wrist flickered and she retrieved the bag, instantly scrambling away to find a safer place to devour the spoils of war.

Six's head tilted back as the leg connected with Bast's shoulder & the uppercut. Crawling out of the catastrophe, she absorbed all of the floating death-dust & sneered, "I have a cook, anyways. Mumble, mumble, mumble..." Her wording trailed off as several bowls of Ramen poofed in from Two. "San, you should eat while you have the chance. There's Miso, Teriyaki, Blowfish, Chicken, and... and... candy cane flavored?! I'll leave that one for later," she finished, scarfing the Teriyaki flavored ramen, completely oblivious now to the emergency rations that Bast had snuck off with.
((I'll get ch'you back for shtealin' mah dangos! XD))

San smiled as he recieved the miso from Six. It was good to get the mild flavors and the nutrition down into his body, as well as fill in a long served gap in his stomach. Now his chakra was full, and he was ready to fight.....

((Is Ganchou's arm still attached to the Dango?))
Bast sat and munched on the Dango, oblivious to the buffet behind her as the scents of the speared treat filled her head. The ground under her started to turn black as she savored the food, letting the paper of the bag caress her mouth and melt away, and then enjoying the sticky goodness of the Dango, and then chasing it all down with the wooden sticks that until recently had speared the food. All of it was to be broken down in her now-overclocked digestive tract over the next few hours, but for now she was satisfied.
