Noël's beauty boutique in Phony City. Since she's been obsessing about her hair and her looks since she was a filly, she decided that she would make it her life's work to make all of the Phonies look their absolute best on the outside.

Cheveux de Chevaux, (Literal meaning: Horse Hair) also know as C.C. to those phonies who don't want to bother pronouncing the name, is a square, modern building in Phony City. Tall glass walls on three sides allow phony passing by to watch Noël groom and beautify her clients, let in light for the flowers that decorate her shop to grow, and keep a couple of pegasus window washers in business.

Her since of style and beauty is unmatched, and she instinctively knows the correct length and style of hair of any Phony she grooms. She's extremely focused when she works and rarely listens to the idle chatter and gossip her clients engage in. (Unless the client is a very good looking stallion, then she listens with great interest to everything he says.)

Services include: hair treatments, hair styling, and retail of products. While working, she offers her clients treats from Café Délicieux and after treatments, she lets them pick out a perfume that was made by Scent Puff be sprayed with before leaving.

OOC Details: Feeling a little bit of kinship with Bon Appétit and Scent Puff, she's worked out a exchange of services. She grooms the sisters for free, and when their customers ask about their shiny and well styled hair, they're referred to Noël. In return, Bon delivers fresh treats every day and Scent stocks her perfumes in Noël's salon for free. When Noël's clients rave about the sweets they are offered or the perfumes they're adorned with, she directs them to Bon and Scent's shops.
