She begin to understand why her mother left her family, because Hotaru knew about her fate in the future. She turn towards back to Sanctus, but she noticed he disappeared and chamber door has been opened. She look at Merril with bit frightening, "Merril-chan, your father might didn't tell you because he's worried that you will ended up like Creed-san. Your father wasn't a priest, but your mother might be descendant and she will able to tell you everything. Think about everything for when he lost Saya-san!" she cried out loud to try to make Merril to understand about Train's anger for sorrow losing his friend, Saya. Alice's spiritual power trying to purify Merril's soul.

Alice catches her Second in Command, before her head hit the ground for more injuries. She begins to worry about Merril, she have to ask Sanctus to let them take a day to rest. She walked out and found him duck and cover under the table, which she made an anime sweatdrop about it. She walked towards him and knees down, "Hey Sanctus-san, isn't okay for let us stay here for a while... Merril-chan has collapsed after her dark aura faded way, but please teach her how to use Ivory & Ebony. I can't lose her, I promise her father to take good care of her." she said to him and beg to help her as she started to cry. Sanctus starts to think about it and looked at young Nazumi with thoughtful smile, "Alright, I will teach her how to use her guns. One more thing, why do you look like Lady Hotaru?" he replies and ask her a question. It's easy for her, "She's my mother, oh I'm Alice, but call me Angel." she answered and introduce herself along with her nickname. Sanctus begin to laugh, which she started to confused, "That almost same nickname as Lady Hotaru, people called her Angel Trigger because of her eyes look like Demon Trigger." he said to her about her eye color. Alice felt like she's been teased, but he wipe his tears off his eyes and walked to the chamber and pick up Merril, "This way... Angel Assassin." he blurted to laugh, this completely hurt Alice. Once they reached to the room, it's normal like the other members of Swords has. He set Merril to the bed and cover her up with the blanket, he look at Alice. "Okay, but don't worry about other members... they won't do anything ridiculous, so may Legendary Sparda protect your dream." he praised and closed the door softly.

Alice woken up after the Merril's voice questioning herself. She got up and listens to her words, luckly her weapons and her cloak was on proper place on mini table. She got out of the bed and heading to Merril's room. She open the door and see her talking to someone, but she just ignore it, "Good morning Merril-chan! He let us stay in shared room, because I told him that you need some training to how to control your twin guns." she said in morning greet and her little tomboy smile. She looking for someone, but didn't find anything.

Alice listens her question and she kept her ruby eyes to look other way. She threw the Shurinkin towards to someone, her tomboy attitude has came back, "Hai, I heard someone, and they shouldn't mess with kunoichi with eyes of the eaglehawk." she said to her with her iris has been turned icy blue, her Mountain Hawk Eagle Vision that she's been developed for archer.

Your welcome." she said to her and made a boyish grin at her second command, she turn towards to intruders and smirked a little, "Hmph, trying to messing with 10 year old and 16 year old fighters. Guess what, knight shouldn't treat girls way perverted, only treat them as a Lady." she told them with tough act as she remembered her time that any men treated her as young woman, except once that one male trying to hook her up. One man sees this and ran off, which Alice laugh about her act, she wasn't tough, but she has a strong will. She look at Merril, "Come on, Sanctus-san will teach you how to use your Ivory and Ebony."

Alice smiled, yet nodded and walked out to Courtyard, which it has living Lesser Demon, either caged or chained for trained Demon Hunter. Alice can tell it's lesser because she can sense the aura, she saw Sanctus standing in front of Court. "Sanctus-san, we're here." she called out with smile on her face as she waved at him. He saw her with blessing smile, "Ah~, you've arrived, Angel Assassin. Now, this is going to be tricky... unlike any other guns, those demonic gun can be used by demonic power. Your little friend probably have special power from priestess and able to use them. We will stand there and watch to see if something particular about her ability." he explains to her and he will study about Ivory and Ebony ability to work on Merril. Alice just nodded and look at her, "You ready to test it out, he will know how do it work."

"Oh, don't worry little one... the hunter will cover you from dangerous attack, I promise." said Sanctus and pointed at small building for long range. Alice listens to him and took Merril to the arena, where the hunter stood still for training. She will use her Mountain Eagle Hawk Vision for her archer skills, "Don't worry, I can help them back up... I will figure out my miko power will combine my weapons." she said to her calmly, hoping this will calm Merril's nerves. She walked out and goes back to same spot as Sanctus, she pulled out her bow and nodded at him. He called out his members, "Release the Demons!" and the hunter released the lesser demon with chains on them. Alice took her arrow and pull her arrow to prepare to shoot at them, if they were near Merril.

Alice, who can sense dark aura, and Sanctus looked at her with surprise, Merril can use dark aura to shoot a gun. Sanctus begin to learn about Merril's ability, Your little friend has dark aura, boy she almost reminded me of Nero's Devil Trigger. He's can be rebellion for killing all demons. She might be possible that she has some devil trigger for full human." he said about her ability as he analyzed her guns. Alice looked at him and then looked at the court, she noticed one demon changed form. "That demon has Devil Trigger, it can regenerated your health. I don't know about-" he stopped as he noticed Alice pulled her arrow and used her new ability of Mountain Eagle Hawk Vision and shot at the Devil Trigger. The arrow turned bright white, her arrow purify the demon and watched it disappeared.
