"It is haunting to see something so grand simply destroyed." Her chin raised a bit, defiant. Her constellation's main planet was still beautiful and haunting, even when destroyed. It didn't lessen its significance or its wonder. The visions that she had had in the place had revealed its true splendor, and Perseus could still see its perfection through the wreckage.
"We shape what our world looks like, one battle at a time." Regardless of where she heralded from in the ancient past, earth WAS her home, just as much as it was anyone else's. She had been born and raised here, unknowing of her starseed's heritage until much later in her life. Perseus had to bite her tongue from saying a snarky comment about what the earth would look like if Beryl had her way in shaping its progression, but they were fighting words.
It was Christmas time, and the season demanded at least some pleasantries. "Maybe someday you will manage to see it." Her eyes held a bit of mischief, but in all honesty she didn't know if it was something she could actually grant to him in the long run. For some reason, taking someone with her there, to the tomb of her ancient life, seemed sacrilegious. Particularly taking into account the fact that all the while she would be giving the grand tour to a Negavese Captain, someone bent on destroying what good was left in their own world.
It didn't mean she couldn't hint, however, at the possibilities. Anything was a possibility, after all.

"Well... I will hope for that someday." He bowed slightly and then added, watching the angry glint in her eyes. "...and...before you lay it at OUR feet, let us hope too that the destruction of those strange worlds... was not the -senshi- either, given the sleeping sickness that dropped the city to its knees was NOT us... it's a shame that we can not be both right in our convictions... Season's Greetings Perseus, be well."
He backed up from her again, one step...two...and then he was gone.

"You as well Zinkenite, you as well." Perseus watched from her spot as he stepped backwards and popped away into the night, going somewhere to do something. She was slightly jealous of their teleporting abilities, only if because they were so damn convenient.
Their conversation had been an interesting one, but then again all of their talks tended to be that he. He was the first person she'd ever discussed the merits of war with. Every time they talked, she had something to think about. With a last glance around, Perseus descended from the roof and made her way back to around her apartment building before finding a secluded spot to change and make her way back up the stairs.
