[Appeal]

When Lucien went through the door he was very, very surprised at what he seen: a giant yellow metal butt. Lucien was pretty confused at first until he realized there was some sort of elfish-sized creature inside of it. It was attacking all the students in here. The most dreadful thought rang down on Lucien: it could attack Israfel! Where was Israfel? His eyes searching around for his friend with haste. He couldn't find him! Where could he be? Questions flooded into the poor air spirit's head.

Then the panicked air elemental spirit spotted his friend, along with a few other familiar faces. A flood of relief well over him, but then panic again when he realized how much of a mess they were all in. This thing was huge! Why did they have to be in this place? Oh how Lucien wished he could be back up in the skies, snoozing on a cloud with Israfel. It was a much better alternative than this.

Frustrated beyond belief, the air elemental growled at the machine and threw his tangled lights. After he lost his lights and no longer had to fear tripping over them as he had so many times in the past, the air elemental looked for a way to get around the machine and to the rest of the students. It would be better if they were in a group, right? And better if he was closer to his bird. After finding a way to them and making it over there, he hid behind a gnome with Israfel. He looked to his friend and he whispered, "Are you okay?"

The first thing the gryphoness saw when she went through the big yellow door was her friends being attacked by a big giant robot. First her thoughts were 'well thats not something you see every day' followed by 'OH s**t I SHOULD HELP'! Tahki wasted no time to launch her self toward the robotic enemy.

ONLY problem though was her timing was way off. Tahki ended up flying right past the thing. Well damn. That hadn't gone how she intended at all.

Julian walked in after Tahki and stopped in his tracks when he saw the mechanical contraption that stood before them. A quick glance around showed the three they had followed, plus a few other students and a table cover as well as some debris around. So he did the first thing that came to mind.

He ran towards the cover as Tahki took off, scooping up the closest throwable object and chucking it at the... the thing.

He smiled a bit when he heard a clang, but his victory was short lived as he rolled slid up next to Sammy, back in owl form.

"Oh my! You naughty people sure are cursing a lot! Heeheehee!" The elf giggled as its machine lurched around, lifting one fist to waggle reproachfully at the Halloween students. Its movement stopped as first a bundle of tangled lights thrown by Lucien went passed, followed by Tahki herself. The elf giggled. "You guys sure aren't good at ai-"

CLANG!

The tiny wrench Julian threw was enough to make the elf operator duck, covering its ears as the sound reverberated inside. "Ooooh! Now you've done it!" It yelled, moving to pick up another table to throw at the students. Of course, it would help if the machine had fingers to do so. Instead, the machine fumbled, and was unable to pick the machine up.

The gnome who had set the fire earlier yelped as Israfel tried to hide behind it. "No, no, no, no, no!" He yelled, scurrying away from the student. "I'm a sabatour, not a meat shield! You go hide behind someone bigger, or let ME hide behind YOU!" And in saying so, the gnome hid behind the panicking siren instead.

DIstractions, distractions everywhere!! Shehk was torn between following Nukpana into his hiding spot and staying where she was, peeking her head up over the edge of the table she was hidden behind in an attempt to snoop the enemy. It seemed to her there wasn't a lot he could do, but it also seemed like Nukpana was up to something.

Something that made her own joints go 'WRYYY' with pain. And oh, how much joyous pain there was to watch...or at least what looked like pain! The Pricolici practically backed up against the table she'd hidden behind, panicking when she nearly knocked it over and leaning up on her hind legs to try and keep it corrected in it's stance.

Hopefully that wouldn't move again. However, it also seemed like the 'human speaking' ones would be winning out in numbers soon enough, if her count of everybody around was to be accounted for... and she was counting Nukpana in the number. Well boo. She'd just romp freely on four legs by herself.

Maybe then the big ol' Robo-droid-thing would... NOT kill her.

“How about we turn up the volume in there?” Hazel smirked as she watched the elf duck and cover his ears from the noise of the wrench hitting the bot. Her heel clicked as she stepped backwards and grabbed her Christmas Wreath, now it felt more powerful? Whatever it was she was pretty sure she could use it more than once now. She threw it at the large dome of the top of the robot. It made some contact, but didn’t seem to damage it too firciously.

“…Well hope it’s noisy anyway.” She cursed at the dumb scout as she jumped back once more to stay out of arms reach of the brute.

"Naughty this."

Where a behemoth of a canine had been before stood the native american student, his human-like form having completely replaced the bear-wolf he had been before, no trace left behind beyond the cuts he had received during that time. A few dark smudges marked the areas where the blood had just barely seeped through the clothing, most notably the recently-opened ones on his back where the robot had hit him, although a few purplish-green bruises had formed where blunt limbs had done some damage. Still, it looked like the skinwalker could care less about them, his posture overwhelmingly and foolishly prideful, anger radiating from his glowing-gold eyes, his fingers gripping the Snowball Bazooka a little tighter.

Taking a few steps forward, Nukpana's hand hand jerked as he cocked the snow-gun, flipping it up onto his shoulder with one hand, his eyes never leaving the target. In his peripheral vision he could see the other students start to dash in, assumedly their backup, although he paid them no heed for the most part. Thank you for the help, stay out of my way or I'll blow your brains out. He braced himself, not bothering to use the scope as he swung the barrel up at the robot, sure not to miss with such a large target.

"Eat snow and die."

The air exploded with the sound of compressed air and gunpowder, the force tearing the trigger and handle back into Nuk's shoulder with the force of the blast. He heard the impact of the compact snow hitting metal, but that was all. It hurt. Boy did it hurt. He felt dizzy with the pain, more pain than it should have been, although he had expected the recoil. The force of the blast had dislocated his shoulder, and he could feel his body trying to reassemble it back into the warped form it apparently so desperately wished him to be. Sheer physical strength and will power was keeping him as a human -- although he would hardly admit it, even to himself, he'd been shaky on his feet even before the blast, the effort a constant physical strain. Now, with his arm already dislocated, it was harder than ever, and he squeezed his eyes closed, gritting his teeth tightly together, the soft sounds of grunts, human this time, just slightly audible.

Tahki tries the same tactic as before and misses. Completely. Fail aim is fail.

That... that thing had tried to attack again. Lucien would not have that attack his bird. He looked back to notice Israfel's hiding spot, the gnome, decided it wanted to be the one hidden and not be the shield. Lucien attempted to attack the machine but instead he slipped and lost his balance, falling in front of Israfel and becoming his new shield.

Julian ducked down with a kind of flinch when the robot thing lashed out, but nothing hit. He peeked back up and decided to try an tack a chance at scoring the glass on top so that it would be easier for them to smash.
He flew out of hiding and headed straight for the top of the elf's machine.

Talons extended, he scrapped them hard across the machine, then flew towards Tahki.

Looking at his abandoned shield Israfel flailed about again. Hey, it worked the first time! Then he stopped flailing and hugs Lucien. "IDON'TWANTTODIEEEEEEE~"

Just as everything seemed to be getting completly screwed up something else busted into the room. From over head a Gryphon shot towards the robot, it was the one from outside! More students! She was about to cheer when Julian landed in owl form again beside her, "We really need to stop meeting like this." Pausing for a moment she brushed a feather back into place on Julian's head before he took flight for his second attack.

All around was general chaos, tangled lights, a flying wreath. Nuk being Nuk ended up hurting himself more then the robot but at LEAST it hit and left a dent in it.

Turning and taking a cue from Julian she grabbed at piece of junk tossing it again.

"Christ do we have any more of those cannons!? We could use more of them more then anything! And watch where you fire it! If you hit that little owl I'm knocking you out! He's doing better then you are!"

Lucien felt the siren hug up against him and he took a deep breath before slowly exhaling. The panic of his friend was really rather worrisome and he didn't know how to make it better. There was a giant machine in front of them bent on hurting them and Lucien couldn't just say they'd be okay. It was scary. He didn't understand why they had to do it. There was a machine loaded with JOY ready to fire at them and they were expected to deal with it? Lucien really hated gnomes. Really.

He pressed back against the siren a little and put his hands over Israfel's hands that were wrapped around him.

"I'll try my best to protect you," he said. It was not as reassuring as it could be, but it was the best he could do under the situation. Saying everything would be all right in such a dire situation just didn't work.

"AGGGGGH! You little brats are burning up my patience!" The yellow-clad elf screeched, wrenching the levers. From the scratch Julian provided on the machine, metal sleets slid apart to reveal... Jumping Jack Flash is that a machine gun?!

Whatever it's loaded with, it misses everyone completely!
