The old man nodded "Yes I will take full responsability for anything IF he is found guilty of anything. I believe we were talking to the Hokage for not filing a missing nin report when Tesai left the Leaf"

The old raikage laughed "You want me to spend 5 years in the high security prison I built? Lord of Lightning I propose instead that I be on village arrest and remain at Tesai's side as an advisor. He is very smart but still young an dwill need guidance."
Tesai looked at the old man and smiled "Yes I agree. Lord of Lightning I would have no problem with that as you said he is a strong ninja and that would be excellent protection for the village if I were ever away and the village were attacked. Also I humbly accept the 5 day suspension and Thank You for your kindness and grace." He finished with a bow to the lords.

The old Raikage laughed as he looked at the council of elders he had grown up with and wondered why they turned out to be like that. Wars had made them tough and hardened. He looked at Tesai. "You are the new Raikage. You were like a grandson to me but you know I can't be captured. Not as young as I used to be you know." The old man hugged Tesai "Stay safe and out of trouble. Your village needs you. Goodbye." The old man turned to the crowd "Fine I accept the charges and will go if you can catch me that is." The old man looked like he was playing with his hands due to nervousness but had actually been forming hand signs. In a bolt of lightning and a bright flash he had vanished leaving the air crackling with electricity where he had been standing.
A single tear left Tesai's eye and he wiped it off as he turned to the elders "As Raikage I am hereby filing a missing nin report on the Former Raikage. Once my suspension is over I will dispatch a team to look for him." Tesai almost couldn't believe what he was saying.

Tesai looked at the young man "I'm not sure yet but we are talking about the former Raikage. He is a very powerful ninja." He paused as he looked at the young man. "Aren't you a member of the Hidden Sand Village?"

Kaze walks out the door and a barrier appears to sarround the building with 4 black op agents out each corners with there hand slapped together from any one escaping kaze walk out with dushin infront of him as they both take off there vest and robes
Dushin talking to 200 black op agents infront of him "WE ARE NOT AKASUKI WE ARE BETTER WE ARE NOT WEAKER THEN THE KAGES WE ARE THE SHADOW ASSASSINS we have 200 agents at the leaf and sand we will take over
Kaze pulls his swords out and wisks away to the raikage office killing everyone in side of it "******** you ******** you ******** you" as he slashes away all of the village leaders
Dushin " we have the kages without power and weve trapped them"
As assassins have the raikage trapped in a water trap killing him
Dushin "kill every one who apposes us we will rule"
