(( Okay this is a PRICELESS moment to enter here .... lol ))
As the lightning dragon flew closer to the town, he frowned slightly, squinting down at the ground below. What ... in the ... Jacking hell was that student doing? Apparently throwing clothes at a naked ... something. An elf? Which was running away from her screaming. Not only that, the clothing seemed to be doing some kind of damage.
Circling around, Aksaja landed a few feet away from the ghoul and stared for a minute or two. Then looked to the elf. Then back at her. Back to the elf.
"This has got to be. The weirdest field trip EVER," he muttered then.

It was a maze.
Of course it was.
Malodore glowered at the twisting candy-cane sugar-coated 'glory' before it. How splendid. How perfectly marvelous. The peppermint tang in the air was very nearly taste-able.
"Give me an honest full moon night and some cobwebs," the plague doctor sighed wistfully... then realized it WAS getting a full moon.
Of a kind.
Malodore averted its eyes, then bent down, grabbed Luce, and covered hers.

At first, Aksaja hadn't even noticed Maladore walk up, too distracted by the end of the fight with the ... naked elf. But once the thing fell for good, the dragon glanced around. Oh, look one of his train-car mates!
Giving the ghoul that had been throwing clothes another strange look, Aksaja sidled over nearer the plague doctor. "So how was the island..?"

Laiha huffed and struggled the rest of the way to her feet and angrily rang one of her bells. When it had completed its use, she threw it at the elf laying face-down in the snow. She looked angry... angrier than usual. She panted, hunched, and looked to the others who had arrived. Just in time. Hmph.

"Ah -" Malodore inclined its head towards Aksaja (once it figured out the threat to Luce's innocence had been averted, at least). "I don't believe I caught your name, before? I am L.C. Malodore."
"The Island was filled with beings that really should be in our own holiday - but they were terrible, JOY-infused menaces. Such a fatal flaw." It shook its head, sadly.
Luce squirmed out of its arms and snapped at a cheery candy-cane-sicle that hung from a nearby eave. Then she whined, drawing Malodore's attention to the victim of the streaking elf.
"Are you quite all right?"

Christmas town was pretty, and Itlzmyr'ree stared at it for a moment. It was bright and shiny, and was that house made of candy? What a strange place. It was even stranger because it was empty. There were footprints all over the place, but no one in site, well, almost no one. One of the girls from the Oblina car was fighting some strange sort of creature. " Good Job!" He yelled at the girl. " On destroying the strange little creature." He had faith in his fellow students, and was fairly certain there wasn't much that could stand in their way as long as they stuck together.

Eracs made his way to the front of the town. Looks like a few other students had made it too! One of them had already gotten into a fight with a small humanoid creature! Oh Jack, this was just to exciting! He peaked around the area, it looked so confusing, which way to go? "Uh, does anyone have a clue where we are going??" Maybe he'd wait for his friends from his car...

Laiha glanced back at the boil(?) who had spoken to her and glared at him. Good job? What had he expected her to do, curl up and die? She ignored him and turned to stalk over to the fallen elf. She stole one of his candy canes and started to crunch it. Dripping with elf blood, she returned to the group to listen to their conversation. She didn't know any of these boils.

Above the bright, twinkling city, a gust of wind blew. Black feathers floated down, landing like pen marks on the white snow. With a flap of his wings, Corbin descended, landing in a crouch. Despite the scenery, the action itself looked pretty bad a**. It probably would have stayed that way if his Stalkman didn't gurgle up a high pitched wail from 4 Inches of Bile that was decidedly out of place with everything else.
Still, having music was refreshing. He had gone without it for most of the trip up the Icy Path, which was considerably odd when one had such an uncooperative piece of musical hardware as he did.
Giving his wings a quick stretch before bringing them back to their neutral position, Corbin's blue eyes scanned the scene before him. Three was Aksaja, looking like he had arrived only shortly before, and ah, Malodore had made it safely across the Island. That was good news. There were others, as well, new but none he had seen along the path except for the Scarecrow and Corbin had doubts that one would be happy to see him. Had they all gone the way of the Island or did some of them brave the 'horrors' of Candy Cane Lane?
"Doctor," he greeted Malodore with a tip of his head and a faint grin. A silent greeting was offered to all of the others, as well, but the Wraith stopped short when he caught sight of a three eyed girl (it was a girl, right?) with gnashing teeth covered in snow and blood, particularly around her mouth. Not far off lay something he had never seen before; it looked vaguely like a gnome, at least in size, but was far brighter and...
It was missing its pants.
Upon closer examination, he realized the pants were laying over its head but that did little to explain its bare rump pointed towards the sky. Glancing up, he narrowed his eyes. Even here, the stars were near impossible to see. The moon, even, was either hidden behind clouds or was simply not present but the stars were hidden behind a sea of black thanks to the glowing lights of the town. In Halloween there were no stars, only an inky black sky, occasionally lined with sinister clouds and a large full moon as yellow as a cat's eye. Now that he was here, he quite missed that scenery. Homesick, he supposed.
"Is everyone alright?" he addressed the small group as a whole, holding up his wrist to show off the five jingle bells tied to it. In particular, he looked to the three eyed girl covered in gore--he couldn't be sure if it was her blood or the Elf's.

Meh to her too. He was just trying to be supportive.
He looked over at the boy who had asked if anyone knew where they were going. "Nope," he responded to Eracs. "And I don't think that it was on the map that we were shown." He wished he would have taken a closer look at it now, but it was too late for that. "I think we'll just have to wander around and hope we get lucky."
He chuckled. Didn't that just sum up their trip in a sentence.
