* * * Leon blinked and looked at Duo. Why wasn't he talking? Smiling softly he looked back to Shawn," He's not dangerous... is he? He was protecting his brother." He said and Shawn smiled and rubbed his brother's head," No he's not bad Leon, he was like me. Protecting you from danger." He said and his little brother smiled, more brightly this time, as he looked at the boys," Can he talk?" He asked lightly and took notice of the boy who was talking to them having a problem with his eye as well. Shawn knelt down next to his brother, who was watching Duo with mild curiosity. Shawn chuckled," Well, Vayne, Duo, we're looking for some people to have at home since me watching over my brother is starting to get a bit tiresome with just the two of us. Would you be interested in coming with us?" He asked, then he noticed the bruises. His eyes narrowed slightly," Who did that to you Vayne? The same men who tried to do something to your brother?" He asked, his appearance now a bit annoyed. Leon looked at his brother then to Duo," Beating people is bad... the person who did that is a bad person. Right Shawn?" Shawn nodded to his brother, who looked at Duo again. His head tilted to the side softly as he blinked," Duo... Duo..." He said the name under his breath softly then hid his eyes under his hands. He was already starting to get attached to them. Shawn wrapped one arm around his brother, who lowered his hands to lean on his brother softly and his eyes drifted back to Duo for some reason. Shawn smiled down at him and then looked to Vayne, who was answering questions. * * *

My world is cold.....  Kivuli ShirotoshiXXXXXXBusiness OwnerKivuli jolted slightly when he heard a cage getting kicked and he swiveled around to see what had happened. It looked to him like the guard had possibly been unpleased with what ever the neko had been doing. He watched for a moment at a distance as the one in the cage put his back to everyone and fell asleep again. Kivuli seemed to think for a moment before continuing his advances around the store before he came back to the one neko's cage again. He knelt down slightly watching him. His clear water blue eyes staring at him silently before he spoke in his usual soft tone, never raising his voice any higher then such.
"What is your name?" He asked, not sure if the other would answer or not.
The neko looked as though he was defiant, but it didn't matter to him. He didn't care how others acted. If they wanted to be the way they are then that is all that matters. No use in fighting something that is fated to be that way for he was one to believe fate to run the way it pleased no matter what he may think. ......It must be destiny to be alone.

People are cruel.....  Vayne & DuoXXXXXXStraysVayne Visibly sighed softly as he listened to them, "No.....He hasn't been able to talk since we got found by some gang in town. It's not his fault, but he tries to his best abilities to not cause problems. Though someone always finds fault in him." He listened to the other male and Vayne visibly shivered, "Some are from people that come in here and believe they can get away with such acts, and more times then not they get away with it. So in short terms yes and no. The rest are old and I'd rather not talk about it to people I barely know."
Vayne had looked away, his brown eyes not even looking at them. He was used to being asked questions like theirs. Most of the time when people got the truth from him they would turn a blind eye to the two of them and never think twice about it before they left them to the cold interior of the shop around them. Vayne glanced up when a neko's cage got kicked hard, jolting the being to awareness. Which shortly after-wards a male approached said cage to talk with the neko. Vayne looked to Duo whom had shifted again to go to the edge of the cage. His white ears twitching atop his head. He tilted his head to the side as he watched the two silently. He looked to Vayne whom only half smiled at his brother. Duo's answering grin was big as usual and his tail swayed back and forth, the smaller boy having been some how pleased by the fact the two of them were asking questions and genuinely curious of the two of them. Vayne looked to them when he heard the one ask if they would like to go with them. He blinked a bit lost for no one had wanted them since getting there. He looked to Duo and Duo gave him pleading eyes, obviously wanting out of this place as much as he did so he nodded slightly.
"Yes we would like to come with you two," He said after long deliberate thought. ((Edit)) ........They care for nothing, but themselves.

* * * Max had kept his eyes shut and he heard someone speaking to him, his ear twitched as his gold eyes opened. The male that was walking around before spoke to him. He flicked his tail, not planning on responding to him but... something about this master had him curious," Maxwell. Just Max though." He replied. He kept his arms folded under his chin and his legs raised up as he swished his tail back and forth. Hopefully this... human wouldn't be too bad. He kept watching him as he bit his lip," And you are?" He then asked, but his voice was obviously wary. Guards were shocked that he was even talking to anyone that was a master. * * * I swear to you all, I will break out of here when the time is right.

* * * Leon smiled at his brother," They can come? We won't be alone at home anymore?" He asked excitidly as he looked at his older brother. Shawn chuckled," Yes Leon. They're coming with us. Now wait here." He told his brother and stood up to talk with the guards. After he left Leon tilted his head," Hey... um Vayne? You don't have to worry about your brother... even if my brother acts like a complete airhead sometimes... he really cares about others." He said shyly as he glanced to his brother," And I'm just really shy." He then said, his eyes looking at his hands again. Shawn came back, spinning a key on his finger as he walked up to the cage," Hey, move bro." He said to his brother, who moved and he opened the cage. He reached a hand in, unchained Vayne from the bars and tossed the key in his pocket. Leon looked at his brother, who grinned at him and ruffled his hair, before waiting for the twin nekos to get out. Leon hugged him," Thanks big brother." He said softly," I'll try not to be clumsy when they're around. I promise." He said and Shawn smiled," You can't help it, don't worry about it." He said to him then glanced to Vayne," Have you two ridden in a car before?" He asked them, curious. * * *

My world is cold..... Kivuli ShirotoshiXXXXXXBusiness OwnerKivuli watched a moment as it looked at first like the one he spoke to wasn't going to talk to him. He just sat there though, for he was curious about him and just simply like to watching him. When the other looked to him and started to speak did he slightly smirk, but it quickly vanished. Not one for showing emotion outside his home, or in the presence of so many strangers. He watched as the other positioned himself more comfortably before asking him for his own name.
"My name is Kivuli Shirotoshi. I am a business Tycoon," He stated in the same soft spoken tone he'd used before, "I wonder though. Would you like to be taken far from here, away from those whom restrain you?" He spoke without falter in his words. His eyes always staying on him and never looking away.
A guard came over and tapped him on the shoulder before speaking, "Are you sure you want him. He's not one to be bought if you can't handle his behavior."
It was then that he broke eye contact his jaw muscles twitching slightly as he closed his eyes before looking up at the one whom had spoken, "What people are like is their business. If he wishes to do what he wants then so be it, it is his choice and if fate made him that way then nothing can sway it's demand. But you people treat people that a different badly as though they are to blame for your ignorance. I do not control those whom work in my steed, and I do not command those whom work in my house, what they do is of their own accord to control someones fate is of their own and not mine." He looked away his voice never leaving the octave he'd used earlier, but it was cold and steely before it became warm toward Max, "Well Max what do you say?" He looked at him as the guard nervously walked away without another word. ......It must be destiny to be alone.

People are cruel..... Vayne & DuoXXXXXXStraysVayne watched as the one male walked away without another word to the two of them. He knew he was going to get the key and he felt an odd feeling in his chest. It was kind of a light feeling and it left him a bit shocked and unbelieving.
He looked to Leon when he spoke to him, "I'm not sure I can stay.....erm.... relaxed around people I don't know much of. If you say I shouldn't worry then I will try not to, but I can not guarantee that I will not still feel worry. It will take time to do so." He said truthfully.
It was shown in the way Vayne talked and acted that he had taken most of the beatings and abuse then Duo had. Having always been the one to stand up and fight for his twin when things got bad, and leaving him being unable to trust people till he got to know them. He was truthful and that was something Vayne always tried to push for, and he would tell people what he thought to their face. He would be defiant if given instructions or given orders to do something he didn't wish to do. Duo was listening to the two talk when he came close to the bars to look where Shawn had gone. When the male had started coming back he backed up a bit as the cage was opened and Vayne was let loose from his bonds. Which Duo immediately lept into his arms. Vayne sighing slightly as he helped Duo to stand since the littler neko didn't seem to want to let go. He then looked to Shawn when he asked if they'd been in a car before, both of them shaking their heads no.
Even with the gang they had never been in any kind of vehicle. When they needed to go any where the walked with the gang, but when things went south and Duo was getting hurt often as much as he was. Vayne fought tooth and nail to get their attention on him and not his brother. He didn't want Duo to hurt anymore and so he sacrificed himself for the sake of his brother. Duo squeezed a bit to had making Vayne flinch and Duo leaped back with an apology on his face as Vayne grimaced and his face paled a bit. One arm coming up to wrap around his midsection. ........They care for nothing, but themselves.

* * * Max flicked his tail again. Kivuli huh? And he ran a business? Interesting... but still a human. He leaned his head onto his right hand as his left hand played with the lock on the cage," Sure, I do want to get out of here. But with who is the question." He said and when the guard spoke to the man his eyes narrowed and suddenly became very cold. Damn guard. Listening to the man's reply his glare didn't falter but he moved his ears slightly. Now he had his attention. It was fate that made him this way? Yeah right, that woman who predicted this was to blame. If you don't think it will happen it won't happen. If he didn't get changed he might still be back home... with his pack. A scowl formed and he laid his head down again. Hearing the man speak to him again he raised his eyes up. What did he say? Getting out of here would be nice but.. it would be with a human man. And he hated that thought.
Shutting his eyes he moved his tail back and forth," Like I said. I do want to get out, but it depends on who I'm going with... if I'll take up someone's offer." He said rather coldly, his defiance starting to slip through his curiosity. Sure enough, the man made him wonder, but he also wondered what kind of business he ran," What's your business?" He asked simply. His voice held that hint of curiosity as he opened his eyes again, meeting the man's eyes again. He wasn't all too fond of being bought but if he wasn't here with these men who tried to torture him... and only got hurt in the process, he might just take this man up on his offer. Besides, where else would he go? He even smelled like a human now, well not totally, but he either scared his pack or they chased him off. The thought made him growl to himself. * * * I swear to you all, I will break out of here when the time is right.

* * * Leon blinked and nodded, he decided to give the boy a reply," I'm the same way, I understand." He said softly and then Shawn nodded to them. " Alright! To the car then, I just hope you won't be scared if you see it this ti-" He stopped in the middle of his sentence as he saw Vayne holding his midsection for some reason. Raising an eye brow he noticed the other boy, Duo, apologetic for some reason," Alright that's it. The first thing we're doing when we get back is getting you fixed up." He said with determination to Vayne. He hated to see anyone in pain, especially someone who fought so hard for his brother. Leon had looked at Duo when he jumped back and pulled on his brother's sleeve," Can you do that? I don't want to hurt him anymore if I mess up." He said and Shawn nodded," Yeah. Besides, you plus sharp objects isn't a good combination. You can hardly see out of your right eye." He pointed out, Leon looking down to his feet and Shawn patted his head before he looked to Vayne," Can you walk without being in pain?" He asked. Leon still watched the mute neko with curiosity but his brother's comment hit him fairly hard. He bit his lip and touched his own throat, he'd hate it if he couldn't talk... what would he do? As long as Duo was around him and his brother, though, he knew they wouldn't get hurt. Not on his watch anyway.
Leon, not being much of a fighter, wanting to protect someone was big. He was shy and timid of new people but he wasn't too shy around the pair of twins. Maybe because they were in a bad situation and needed help? The boy really didn't understand but really did want to help him. Even if he couldn't bring his voice back he'd help him communicate in some way, well, after gaining his brother's trust. Looking back down he sighed, it was true, since he had his accident he couldn't see well at all so he didn't really fight much, he even made a mess that morning. He couldn't help it though, and he was glad his brother understood. * * *

Kivuli ShirotoshiXXXXXXBusiness OwnerKivuli looked to the neko and could tell that something he'd said to the gaurd had bothered the other and now he wished he'd just kept quiet and told the guard to leave insted. He sighed and sat there for a moment till he heard the other speak to him again. He nodded at the first thing thoughtfully, he could tell the other was defiant and it didn't seem to bother him much. It would be interesting if this one came to live with him. He was sure there probably wouldn't be a dull moment around the house anymore and that was fine with him. He wouldn't set rules or regulations, but instead just let the other do as he pleased. Kivuli wasn't one for control anyways, he pretty much hated control and he thought he himself was unsuited for his job, but people some how thought differently about it. When the other asked of his business he had to hold back a chuckle. This kitty was curious and to tell the truth he liked curious people more then anyone else. They were the smart ones. The ones whom always had something to think about doing and people he could relate to in some form or manner.
"My business is an electronics business. We are currently about to expand our horizons though and also go into restaurants, Clothing, and other such luxurious that most people commonly use today," He stated his jaw clenched a bit before speaking once again, "It was my father's business." He seemed reluctant to reveal such thing, and it was obvious the way his mood shifted that he didn't like his father in the least. ......It must be destiny to be alone.

People are cruel..... Vayne & DuoXXXXXXStraysVayne looked away and was silent Duo tugged on his sleeve making soundless mewls that were unheard to anyone's ears. Vayne looked to Duo and patted his head with his other hand, "I'm fine Duo. No need to worry, you didn't mean to I understand." He smiled gently to his smaller brother. He looked up and over to the boy named Shawn, whom started talking about Leon's sight, "Being half blind doesn't mean anything. With practice even a half blind person can do simple tasks with ease. It just takes a long time getting used too." He had noted the way the other boy had looked at his brother's statement and felt the sudden urge to defend him, so that's why he'd said what he did.
Vayne's visible eye looked between the two boys whom had now become their masters. Duo noted that his brother seemed resigned a bit and Duo looked to the other two before looking back at his brother whom only half smiled at him and shook his head. Duo sighed, being unable to say anything was getting on his nerves, but Vayne still seemed to understand even without him having to say anything. Duo started to wonder if it was just twin intuition or if Vayne was more observant then people gave him credit for. Vayne heard the question about being able to walk without being in pain he paused a bit in thought unsure how to word this. He was a defiant person and hated lying, not to mention he's never had anyone other then his brother worry about him. He wasn't used to getting help from others. He sighed after a while and just slightly shrugged.
"I dun know....I've been in a cage most of my life and we're never let out so I'm unsure if I'm able to walk without pain," He hadn't really moved much so he didn't know if he was able to walk without the sharp pain that laced over his midsection. ........They care for nothing, but themselves.

* * * Leon blinked as he heard Vayne. Was the boy defending him? Raising his head he watched him softly but kept quiet. Shawn tilted his head," Hmm that is true. Although, my brother's been with one eye since a child. Maybe he hasn't had enough practice or something." He muttered to himself then smiled," Alright, so do you need help? Just in case of course" he asked and Leon blinked again, his hands moving from relaxed to a fist slowly," So... no one ever let you out?" He asked softly, his voice was obviously a bit worried and he looked up at his brother, who crossed his arms and looked at his brother as he spoke again," Isn't that abuse of some kind? I mean... they should let people out to walk around sometime..." He said softly, his brother sighed slightly but then smiled at him softly," Even if that is they don't have to go through it again. I promise." he told his brother, who looked back down, something bothering him. Shawn then looked at Vayne and his arms lowered again, one going onto his brother's head.
Leon was thinking,' How can we do something about this? No one deserved to be treated this way no matter if they are human, witch... animal turned to human, or anything at all. What can I do? Call the cops? No. That wouldn't work. They might take these two boys away from us for buying them from here....' Biting his lip he was still silent,' But how... oh! I have it!' The boy thought then looked behind him rather quickly. He noticed the owner was a older male.. he had seen him somewhere before... where though? He frowned, then it hit him. He had been in jail for something and it had been all over the news. He had it! If only he could get to the police, let them know that this man was running a shop, have them come see and... put it to a stop. Yes! He could pull that off. Looking at Duo and Vayne he put on a fake smile, but he seemed a bit proud of himself for coming up with a plan on his own with no help. Vayne was right. Even if he couldn't see well... he could still think perfectly clearly. * * *

* * * Max kept his eyes locked with the man's, his mind running. What would happen if he did go with him? Would he regret it? or not? He had no idea. He watched him and his tail kept going back and forth, as if saying that his curiosity was still caught. Thinking over the previous offer to himself he tilted his head slightly, going with him meant out of here... and maybe he'd grow to like the place... most likely not, but there was a chance. His left hand hand been making patterns on the bottom of the cage, unconsiously of his pack and memories he had, as soon as his hand rested, he still didn't notice, it went to his arm where it laid for a while. A sideways glance caused to him to catch the picture. Hmm.. so he did miss his family. Too bad that woman had to curse him. Lowering his legs he restrained himself from rolling onto his back and he leaned his head on his arms again. He heard the man talking again. Blinking, his golden eyes were visibly shocked but soon enough that look vanished. He couldn't believe that he let that slip out! Well, it was to be expected. He wasn't one for human things but the sound of a 'resturaunt' sounded like 'hunting' for some reason. It must have been that human mind he had now... regestering things he had no idea what they were.
" What are electronics and... what's a resturaunt?" He asked, his hands relaxing a bit. He then noticed the other's reaction to mentioning his father. Looking away from him he bit his lip," I had to kill my father." He said simply, the memory started to come back but he pushed it to the far reaches of his mind," He got power hungry and ended up killing many of the male kin that the pack had, I was last and ended up killing him. He tried to kill his own son." He said, his right hand raised up to the side of his face, where a long scar was but he shifted his hair so it was hidden again," He forever scarred me but that was when I became pack leader. Then I got hit by this damn curse and now I'm... this." He said rather coldly, as if he was recalling a bad memory, well, he was. Shaking his head again he looked up at him," By the way... do you know what I am?" he questioned. His tail lowered very slightly but it was still moving a little bit. * * * I swear to you all, I will break out of here when the time is right.

People are cruel..... Vayne & DuoXXXXXXStraysVayne watched and listened for a moment debating on if he should tell them or not on the laws for beings like themselves. He sighed and decided to do as such, "Abuse.....Our kind have no rights, we are animals to the human race so wer are subjected to the whims of those around us. They don't care how we are treated in the least. So many have come and gone from here many more returned. Many never to be seen again and we are helpless to do anything. Most of us becoming defiant because we are afraid of what is out there then what we endure in here."
Duo snuggled close to Vayne and Duo sighed, he looked like he was distantly thinking about something before his eyes caught the manager and the guards looking at the two feline's. Vayne's eye narrowed and his jaw tightened in the action of defiance. His brown ears went back and a growl escaped his throat along with a feline like hiss. Anyone could tell that Vayne didn't like the man and he made it known with every action he could towards the miserable little man. He started to walk over, but upon hearing Vayne's violent growl and warning hiss caused him to stay in place. He shifted slightly to where Duo was behind him, whom in turn peeked around Vayne's arm to the man. An almost dumb founded look on his face, but he didn't dare step passed Vayne when he was staring down a man that made them both miserable.
"Cops or no cops they'll hold him for a while find some to hire in his place and hope that they shop gets better in their services," He spoke after the man slowly walked away, "We are animals and nothing more." He relaxed a bit, but it looked as though it had cost him for he flinched a bit. ........They care for nothing, but themselves.

My world is cold..... Kivuli ShirotoshiXXXXXXBusiness OwnerKivuli watched the other curious as he was silent for a moment before speaking to him. Curious just like he thought he was, "Electronics are among random things in society today. Games, TVs, Dvd players, VHS player, I pods, and many other electronics like light bulbes and vacuum cleaners. Restaurants are places either varying in being fancy our outdoorsy. It's a place where people gather to eat all kinds of different types of foods. Not to mention along with drinks as well. A place where people are served or serve themselves. Each restaurant is different, but still has a similar affect," He paused a moment hearing the others sad story, "I am sorry for your loss." He sighed before he finally forced himself to sit on the floor instead of crouching.
"My father blames me for my mother's death. When I was born she died by giving birth to me. So he never thought of me as his son. Finding any flaw he could to make my life miserable. He often said and did things people didn't agree with. He eventually died, but by then the damage had been done. He may have not of thought of me as his son, but he still left me everything saying he trusted no one else with it, and yet he gave it to the person he least of all trusted." He paused as some memories came floating back. When he didn't say anymore he in turn decided to just watch the neko for a moment before answering his latest question.
"From what I can tell Max, you look like a Neko to me. It's what most people classify a being that is half human and half feline. I'm sorry something like this had happened to you. Such beautiful creatures do not deserve what this life holds in store for them," He blinked a bit realizing he'd let his thoughts take over his mouth and started to chat away. ......It must be destiny to be alone.
