I try myself tobring people over to the guild but it is hard when they do not respond or are not willing to listen... so unless there is a change in the MANDATORYNESS of 2 per month then I will just do what I already to to try to bring the guild back up.

Best of luck to those who do join. I feel like any of you that makes the effort to bring people to the guild won't be penalized for efforts. That requirement is in place so that members at least TRY. As Professor Adonis said, if you fail to get 2 members recruited, you're not going to get banned.

One final clarification thought:
The two member requirement was my idea (with approval from ALL the mods). I still stand by that requirement. I believe it is similar to the Inactivity rule EXCEPT there's no chance of a banning (as Adonis stated before). With that said, just like I don't think TRYING to post five times each month is a lot, I don't think TRYING to recruit members each month is a lot. The Task Force was meant for members who are willing to help HPGoG get really active again; it's been stressed that not everyone is going to join. Some of you have been in this guild long enough to know that we're not dictators here and we're really understanding that [stuff] happens. So if the two member recruitment requirement is keeping you from applying to join, my reply is wellll okay. Don't expect those requirements to change.
I appreciate every single person that puts effort into HPGoG because I've been doing it for years and I KNOW it takes a lot of time. To those that do it without being told/asked, in my opinion, you're exactly what we're looking for in our TF members and it's the reason why you've been given certain guild positions: you take initiative. Whether or not you apply to join the Task Force, you'll always be appreciated.

Ok, I understand the two person a month rule. I like the rule but I just don't want membership revocked because of that. As many of you know I do a lot here and really love the guild, but the chance that it could all be taken from me because two people are not recruited scares me.
I am willing to help in other ways though.

Aww we've said so many times that BANNING isn't even going to be an option in that case.

It shouldn't. As we've said there will not be banning as long as you TRY, to recruit people.
