ok I get why everyone else is here but you guys love to talk mad s**t about so am I here for the like the entertainment. or do you guys just want me to improve? I mean im not trying disrespect anyone but I just wanna know this isnt going to be a waste of time.

Criticism Learn to take it
Obviously as a guild owner there's going to be high expectations of you and you should prepare for PMs from people that are unhappy, want to discuss storylines, or just want to b***h.
If someone says you're doing something wrong, don't just go off on them right off the bat. Listen to them, they may have a point (even if they're cursing your head off).
If you can learn to accept criticism with a straight face and say:
"Okay, I ******** up. My mistake, I'll fix it and promise to make it better next time around"
and actually do this, you do wonders everywhere not just guild owning.
