Digitality I vaguely remember reading about a ninja named Nokkutisu Arrekusu. Is that who you were talking about?

No, it was someone else. I think his RPC name was Kinkaru, but I'm not sure.
Edit: Also, Irish should have the crew power to accept or denied because he had a good eye on who should have one or not. (If i do remember, you were the one that accepted them right?)

S-rank, Sage's are just Masters of there elements.

Last I saw him was like 2 years ago as he was fed up with the guild since his void like telaport that all assassin members had was banned.

Well some of us remember the good ole' days where it was only S rank jutsus. SS came about when to Sannin join in a joint attack. But with coming of bonuses to classes, types, demons, angels, cursemarks, and other stuff allow for the creation of SS and SSS ranks to occur in a single person instead of a joint group of people acting togather as a unit. We have seen in rp, that this sometimes pushed rpers to their limits to create such strong techniques and other times we have seen it being abused by multiple rpers. Being that those that abuse it out way the true rpers that stay true to the acts of creating such techniques and the strains on the body it creates along with the amount of raw chakra flowing through the body in order to create such skills have been overwhelmed into an idea that was great to one that is more costly than it is productive.
Thats what i think of them.

I used to think of SS-Rank as someone who could fight an S-Rank with the equivalent of Jounin vs. Chunin or Chunin vs. Genin while SSS-Rank being equivalent to Jounin vs. Genin or Chunin vs. Academy.

I think an SS ranked person would be someone well rounded in all areas, who can win in any situation.

Thats a rather good concept of it actually becuase it explains it alot.... Again I also think its quite alot to do respect.

Well NAruto +full control over nin tails + sage mode + rinnegan and Sasuke with mangekyou vs. MAdara with eternal mangekyou and rinnegan Hmm well sasuke loses pretty fast
