Placing the guitar back down on the floor so he could use both hands, he took the ring from it's box. Holding Moira's left hand Vic slowly slipped the ring onto her ring finger. The incubus stared at it for a while before going in to kiss Moira's hand while he looked up to her with a suave look.

"Mi princesa." He said before standing up straight. Lately he had been learning to speak Spanish because he found it rather sexy plus he had the best teacher, Markus. Chuckling a bit he finally noticed that there were more people in the gym. "When did more people get here."

Happy at getting to see the person he was to give a present to, Yoo soon began getting that all too familiar nervous feel as he was right in front of Silas. His hands that held onto the medium sized present began to shake slightly and as he was waved to by the boy in front of him the teenager tried to wave as well but nearly dropped the box. "S-s-sorry." Yoo said finally handing over the present that was filled with many different books of painting and art. "I ...I hope you like it." Bowing a bit he ran off back to his brothers and Moira, feeling way to nervous to talk anymore and the fact that he felt like an idiot for making a fool of himself.

Once again Akito got that feeling that he was being stared at and as he looked around he noticed his older brother running to them. Akito kept looking but his attention had turned to someone else, a boy with a tired look on his face and clothes that looked as if he had just finished painting. It didn't hit the teen that Silas would be his Secret Santa but it did leave Akito very much curious. "Wonder who he is?" Akito whispered to himself and just continued looking at the boy.

As the incubus was looking around the gym he had spotted another looking toward his location then turn away. In a weird way it made Vic a bit thinking that Deskri was staring at Moira. Of course Vic just jumped to that odd conclusion not knowing that Deskri and Moira were like family but being the jealous guy Vic was he couldn't help it. Part of him wanted to rush over to the other and possibly 'teach' him a lesson but that wasn't the type of boy his parents raised.

Turning to face Moira with a bit of an angry look he then pointed to Deskri. "Who is that?" That was all the incubus said before crossing his arms and waiting for Moira's answer.

Silas stared at Yoo with a rather bewildered expression. Come to think of it, he knew this person. Not personally, but he had joined his sister for Thanksgiving at this person's house. He lit up with a bit of a smile, but Yoo disappeared soon after handing the present to him, leaving him to sit on the chair with the box of books. He watched him for a moment, but then opted to open up his present to see what was inside.

"Ohh, look... he gotted me lots of paintin' books. We can mayk moar pretty pikturs on the walls." It was likely that such a strong expression of happiness hadn't appeared on his face before. The ever-present invisible woman beside him did her best to hide her displeasure at the event, and simply put up a smile of approval for her host to see.

After flipping through a few of the pages to see what was inside, he placed the books back in the box and then closed it up. He then put his own present to Akito on it and then stood up and walked over to the group of Metas. He didn't feel quite as awkward since he remembered that he'd actually met them before.

"Hi. I gotted you a present." He stopped next to the teen Meta and stared up at him simply. "Issa one ontop," he added a moment later. Inside the bag was actually two presents, since Akito and Akira were twins and Silas had decided to get presents for everyone in that house as a thank-you for letting him participate in their Thanksgiving dinner. He still had one for Yoo and Vic, but he figured he'd start with the twins.

Deskri had, of course, chosen the exact moment that Vic pointed at him to glance back over at the couple. The look on the Incubus's face made him rather uncomfortable. He'd heard about human boyfriends beating on their human girlfriends, so it didn't seem entirely impossible that the same thing could happen for Metas... that expression on his face was rather angry. He never thought it could possibly be jealousy, since it was clear as day to himself that Moira was just a friend/fake little sister.

Well, he had to go over there at some point anyway. Deskri sighed, composing himself for a moment before heading over to the two. He figured even though the kid was obviously physically stronger than he was, he likely couldn't get him if he ported away.

"Surprise, you get to be the target of my crappy gift giving." He held out a small gift bag for Moira to take, only barely giving Vic a glance. He had no intention of actually starting anything, just successfully invading their space for awhile to see if this person was acceptable. Inside the bag was a giftcard, one that could be used at any store at a particular shopping district.

Edmund stood in the doorway to the gift exchange and fiddled with his tie a bit nervously, clutching his gift in the other hand. He'd bothered to dress up only because he felt like it was proper for an event like this. His dress shirt was black and his tie was white. The present he'd done up in black a white wrapping that had snowflakes on a white back round printed onto it. Finally he spotted the twins, one of which was to receive his gift. The trouble was, Edmund wasn't totally sure which one was Akira. He'd met them once at a sleepover when they'd been toddlers a long time ago but...their names were so similar that he was confused as to which one was which. In addition to that he'd been really unsure of what to get him, so Edmund had no idea how Akira was going to react to his present. This had the potential to be very awkward.

Gavin wandered in not far behind Edmund, chattering with Willow how they planned to go in, give and get their gifts and split. He didn't really see much of a point in staying long. None of his friends or extended family were going to be there that he knew of, and besides, he had another party to go to that wasn't going to include any kids.

The present under Gavin's arm was wrapped in gold paper with some holly on it and was for Vic. Gavin hadn't really met him so he figured he'd just mingle until he did. He looked around for who he should try first and his eyes fell on Cedric. The key hanging around his neck was kind of a flashing sign so Gavin trotted over to talk to him.

"Hey you're Cedric right? I think we met once as toddlers at the egg hunt. I'm Gavin in case you don't remember." Gavin dropped his eyes down to eye the key. "Nice key by the way."

Keiran strutted into the room behind his older brothers and Willow. He was excited for the party unlike some of his siblings. Even though it turned out he was getting Willow a present, he was going to get a present from someone. Also even though his best friends weren't going to be there, he was sure some of his other friends would be, and he was eager to show off his teen body to everyone besides.

As usual Kei had put care into his appearance. He was wearing red head to toe with splashes of green in his outfit. Around his horns he'd weaved some holly to match. His shoes were red heels with bells on the straps. Yes, Kei was feeling quite festive. He jiggled his way over to the snacks and waited for Willow to give her gift to her secret Santa before he gave her the present wrapped in candy cane paper he had for her.

Willow had come in with Gavin, commiserating about how they both didn't quite want to be here. In a way Willow felt kind of bad for feeling that way. Someone had probably put a lot of effort into picking out a gift for her. She couldn't quite help it though. After she'd had to pick out a gift for Nadia, and that just...well it was awful. Nadia still treated her like crap and it was bad enough that she had to get her gifts as a sister, but now for this secret santa thing too?

But if Willow admitted it to herself she was mainly just disappointed. When she'd entered into the event she was hoping that a certain someone with fluffy antennae would be attending too. It was an excuse to maybe see him again. Then Gavin had told her that he wasn't going to be involved with it and she just felt disappointed. Still, she'd put effort to her looks since this was the first time many would see her as a teen. She was wearing a red dress that was trimmed in white fur in a santa like way and in her hair she'd put a piece of holly that she stole from Kei. She joined Kei by the snack table so she could wait for Nadia to hand out her gift to whoever she had and scanned the room looking for any friends to talk to.



[Nadia's post gets to be separate since it's dinner time and she didn't come with her brothers and sisters]

The entire time Silas was coming towards them, Akito kept his eyes on the child but the moment Silas spoke he instantly remembered him. "Oh hey your Moira's brother. Silas right?" Akito ruffled the young boy's hair, messing it up and laughing before he took the present. The teen wasn't really expecting much but when he opened it his eyes widen. "Woo. This is pretty amazing. Hey Akira, look at this."

Akira quickly turned when his twin called and his eyes as well grew. "This is so pretty." The both of them weren't joking like they normally would, they had really loved and anyone could tell from their faces. Getting in closer Akira gave the small boy a quick hug. "Thank you." He said soon fixing his dressing and his white hair.

"Yeah dude, thanks. It was a bit rare for Akito to thank anyone he rarely knew but he really was thankful though what was even more rare was that he fit a bit bad. He didn't have a present for the kid but he had made a mental note to get the kid a present. Though as he thought about presents he thought about the person he had to give a present to. "Hey does anyone know a Sonnet person?" He asked aloud wanting someone to answer him so he could give his present out.

"Oh the person you have to give a present to? I need help too. I need to find Keiran." He took began to looking around as he hugging the present he had gotten from Silas and the present he had for Keiran.

Meanwhile the incubus had just been just told who the mystery person was along with that person coming up towards him. Vic still kept that mad look but the moment Deskri gave the present over to Moira Vic gave a smile as if his attitude had changed. He had been mad but now the tall teen was all smiles. Of course Vuc didn't say on word, why would he, he hated talking in front of people he didn't know. The teen was happy that he could meet someone that Moira knew and more that was kind to her.

While everyone was in some sort of conversation with someone Yoo was all to himself but it was alright or at least to the short teen. He had been use to being by himself or just listening to the conversation in his group plus he was just excited to see who his secret santa would be. Looking around he saw no one come towards him. At first he thought that there was something on his face or that something was wrong but he tried to make that thought disappear.

"oh.. thanks, you didn't have to." Deskri took the box, albeit a bit awkwardly. He opted to go ahead and open at least a little bit of it, just to see what was inside. Even with just a little of the wrapping paper put aside, he knew immediately what it was. Those red boxes were awfully familiar. He honestly couldn't help it, for once, the moody adult actually lit up with a bit of a smile. Brownie mix. It was ridiculous how addicted he was to the darn things but really, he couldn't help it. He looked up to offer a thanks, but Moira was off again, leaving him alone with Vic.

How awkward. He glanced at the teen, feeling a sort of moral obligation to check him out since Moira's parents obviously weren't around to do it. "So... are you together?" He asked after a moment of silence. He had yet to notice Sonnet entering, but as soon as he did, he would be sure to hightail it out of there and go attach himself to her side. Things were much less awkward and a hell of a lot safer around Sonnet.


Silas wobbled about as Akito ruffled his hair, but welcomed it. It wasn't very often that he got to interact with people, let alone have any sort of physical interaction with someone. Akira's hug was even better. Hugs were an incredibly rare thing for him. "I'm glad you laik them. I maded pikturs for ev'ryone 'cause you letted me come eet wif you." He offered them a lazy grin. "I dunno them. Mebbe the older peeples kno?" He glanced around the room. No one seemed particularly older than teen stage... seeing that, he opted to slip over to Yoo to give him his present.

"Heer, I maded you a present fer thanks." He offered the boy a wrapped square, which was a painted picture of a lightening storm, but it didn't particularly have any bad mood to it.

Deskri just so happened to hear Akito's question and turned around to look at the teen. He then looked around the room and did indeed spot Sonnet. "That's Sonnet, the girl with the purple wings." He replied with a nod in her direction. He'd have to escape this awkward conversation as soon as possible.

River looked down at Zahur, and then around the room. "Nope, I don't know Yoko. Maybe one of the others does? I'm gonna give my gift to Akito and then we can ask around..." He patted the toddler's head and then made his way over to Akito, attempting to put up a brave face. Judging by his reaction to the other boy, he seemed friendly enough. It was still nerve wrecking for him though.

"U-uhm.. hi, I'm River... I'm supposed to give you a gift." He offered the taller male a small wave and then held out a gift box, complete with a white ribbon tied around it. Inside were two hats, two pairs of gloves, and two scarves. The wish list had mentioned that he wanted something matching, so River figured it would be best to get him two sets of winter gear. The colors were white and blue, since they seemed to go together pretty well in River's opinion.


Tobi had been content with just observing the crowd until someone practically shrieked his name. He turned his head to the source, eyes wide in alarm. The girl in question was blindingly bright, but the thing that saved her from his critical thoughts was the fact that she had horns. Perhaps they had something in common. He raised a hand. "I'm Tobias." He made sure to direct his "voice" at her alone, not wanting to attract the attention of nearby Metas.

Aiden peered in from the doorway, feeling the butterflies in her stomach go crazy. She'd already come out to Edmund as being female, but... this was other people in the school. People that she most likely had never spoken to in person, but what if people she HAD spoken to were there? She swallowed the nervousness and stepped into the room, making sure not to draw to much attention to herself.

She was wearing a red ruffled dress, with a white ribbon tied around the lower part of her ribcage, the bow was resting on her back. She had opted to let her markings be visible, and so she was wearing a pair of shorts under the dress, but they weren't visible. She looked at the secret Santa paper Avon had sent out as a means of distracting herself. Well, she didn't see her target, Syth.

Vic was in a bit of a pickle since he had wanted to answer Deskri but he was still refusing to talk. It just seemed to become awkward as the silence grew, wishing that Moira had not left but he was soon saved as the adult turned to answer Akito's question. Vic sighed and turned his head he see his older brother get a gift from the small boy. As he stared he soon snapped as he remembered that he was Yoo's Secret Santa.

Digging into his pant pocket he pulled out a Christmas decorated envelope with Yoo's name on the front. Looking at it he wasn't sure if just giving his brother a gift card to an art store was good enough but he just could not decide for himself. The incubus just stood there thinking as he stared too intensely at the envelope.

Yoo nearly jumped from not noticing Silas come towards him. Again his nerves got to him but as he told that he had gotten a present as a thanks he somehow felt a rush of happiness. "For m-me?" He questioned before taking the present. Yoo nearly couldn't believe it, that someone he didn't know much about would kindly give him a gift. A smile soon slowly began to appear on the teen's face from the joy that he felt. "Thank you." He said so cheerfully before carefully opening his gift and as soon as he saw what it was a small gasp came from him. Speechless at first he then looked up to the boy to squeeze out a few words. "I...I can't believe that you did this for me. It's so... so wonderful." Soon his gaze shifted back to the painting and just stared at it with a twinkle in his eyes.

The orange haired twin quickly turned his head towards the direction Deskri had told him and in an instant he saw her. "Awesome." Just taking his first step didn't seem so possible as he was approached by a younger boy saying that he had a present for him. He didn't really like being stopped just as he was going to do something but who could be mad a someone who was giving him a present. A gave a bit of a child like grin but quickly composed himself and took the present with his free hand. "Oh man. Wonder what I got."

In seconds Akito opened his presents he seemed to instant love what he had gotten and turned to his twin. "Hey Akira look. More stuff we can wear to match and keep us warm too." Turning back to River, Akito manged to hold all he had with one arm as he pulled the boy into a hug with his free arm. "Hey thanks. I'll remember not to pull a prank on you." Akito did intend to keep his word.

At the moment Akira had been looking around in hopes to find the person he was to look for, wishing that he had asked around a bit more before the event. Giving a small pout his attention was soon taken to seen the present his brother had gotten. "Oh those all look so comfy." His pout had gonna along with the worried thought of not finding Keiran.

Deskri turned back to Vic, and saw that he was staring perhaps a little too intensely at the envelope in his hand. Well, without knowing what was inside he couldn't really say anything, but he didn't feel right just walking away after asking a question, which he noticed went unanswered. "If you are, be nice. She may basically not have any parents, but I'm still here, and so is Sonnet, so..." He trailed off, letting Vic finish the scenario if he so chose. With that, he opted to get out of that awkward situation and turned to linger around Sonnet.

"I'm glad you laik eet. Issa thankyou fer lettin' me eet dinners wif you." Silas offered the boy a smile, and then looked to Vic, his next thank-you gift target. Since he wasn't exactly socially knowledgeable, he just walked on over there, without really saying goodbye or anything. Once standing in front of Vic, he held up a small box with yet another painting in it, though this one was of a guitar sitting on a front porch during the day, all in all it had a rather old fashioned feel to it. "Heer, you get one too." He smiled a bit.

P-Prank? River's smile cracked a bit to show a hint of fear. Maybe living at home wasn't so bad after all... "Th-thanks... g-glad you like it." He then opted to return to Zahur's side, just in case these older Metas were mean enough to pull a prank on a little toddler like Zahur.

"Oh, nice to meet you Kyle." Tobias reached out to take the package and then opened it, figuring it was required or something. "Not at all, I've only heard about these ones." A smile spread over his face. Finally, someone that got that he could read books like these. "Are you an Incubus too?" He pointed at her horns with a curious expression. Since he wasn't allowed literature about demons, he was not aware that the word for Kyle was Succubus, not Incubus.

Well, since her target wasn't there, Aiden opted to go stand over by the snacks with the other two people, they must not have targets to give presents too either. Once over there she poured herself a glass of punch and then waited. She hoped whoever this Syth was would show up soon. She glanced over at the other two, and put up a bit of a smile just in case one of them made eye-contact. She'd read somewhere that it was best to do that when meeting eyes with a stranger, otherwise you might come off as a grump or something.
