Gandrake IzayoiThey began to climb a slight hill as they reached an Estate, Gandrake did not say a word, he stopped staring out the window and then closed his eyes and became lost in his own thoughts, The Maid sitting in the passenger seat looked back to steal a glance at Gandrake and then closed her eyes in an inward sigh, looking up ahead once again.past the windshield and towards the rather humble mansion coming towards them. Gandrake listened to the rather stubborn girl as she snapped back at his could shoulder. Gandrake did not move or react for a second as his jacket flew towards him and draped over his face, it was rather damp, but he showed no response, a second passed and he then lightly lifted it and placed it in between where they were sitting. The Vehicle finally came to a stop,"...We are here...Naoki..please make the accommodations for her then bring her to me when you have her settled in..." he said in a low voice. He opened the door and then stepped out wordlessly making his way to the entrance, the rain stopped however the ground was still wet, and the area was now dark as the sun began to set. Gandrake entered and shut the door behind him. The maid opened her door and waited patiently allowing her to step outside.

 Rosemarie Lee CrossRose perked up slightly when she saw the mansion come into view. She leaned forward in her seat and a little to the side so that she could see around the seat in front of her and see the house better up ahead. She leaned back in the seat and looked over at Gandrake when she heard him speak finally, even if the words weren't directed at her, she was glad to know something about what she was to do next. Of course, now she seemed to have more questions then before pop into her mind that were wanting to be answered, but by now she figured that the asking of any questions was useless. Except maybe for Naoki. While she obviously worked with this man, maybe she would answer some of her questions that Gandrake refused to answer. Rose stepped out of the car and took a few steps towards the house, squinting her eyes in the quickly darkening sky to see the mansion more clearly. After she had seen Gandrake go into the house, she waited only a few seconds before she pivoted on one heel, facing towards the maid now. "Do you know what his plan is?" she asked of the girl, a curious expression lightening up the features of Rose's face, feeling a little more comfortable and content around the maid rather than Gandrake.

Naoki had waited for her to step out of the car, lightly closing the door and following her closely, as to lead her inside, she was caught off guard as Rose turned to look at her, "....Plans?..." she repeated curiously, her surprised stare faded as she returned to her normal expression, a rather sleepy look with a gentle smile, "I see...his plan, he found you while searching for a new worker, when he found you he seemed rather intent on purchasing you...however I cannot tell you for sure what his intentions are...my master tends to have a rather...complicated way of approaching things...there are many things even I do not understand, but...If it makes you feel better...I can try to find out what he is planning to do with you...please leave it to me though....It may not be wise to be inquiring such things to him while you are so new to this manor...." she explained simply, she spoke in a soft tone that could not be heard if one was not paying attention or was further than a few paces, "....Now then....perhaps we should get you cleaned up and dressed properly....I'm afraid I will have to lend you one of my uniforms until we can get you situated with your own clothes..." she said apologetically.

Rosemarie Lee CrossRose listened to what she said, turning each new bit of information over in her head as she heard her speak it. At last she nodded and said to Naoki, "I would appreciate it if you tried to find that out for me, thank you." She didn't make any promises that she wouldn't ask Gandrake questions though. Knowing herself, as soon as she thinks of one that she deems might be important enough to bother asking. Rose shook her head and smiled at the girl. "No problem, that will be fine," she said, quickly reassuring the girl that it wasn't a problem with her on who's clothes she wore. Rose kicked at a rock with the toe of her shoe for a moment as she thought. When she looked back up at Naoki, her face held the expression that she normally got when she was about to ask a question; bright eyes and a certain set to her lips that basically said curious. "How long have you worked for Gandrake?" she asked her, as Rose tilted her head to the side slightly as she said the question. Rose looked back over towards the house and simply frowned at it, wishing that she was just about anywhere but here at the moment. She briefly contemplated running for it but she pushed the idea aside . . . for now anyway.

Naoki nodded,"Very well, I'll get your clothes while you are getting cleaned up...hopefully you did not go through too much of an ordeal before my Master found you..." she said softly. Naoki looked at her curiously as she began to ask her another question, however this time, it was much more personal,"...Me?....why...now that I think about it" she paused for a minute,"...I cannot honestly say i remember, but I can say I have worked for him for quite some time now....hmmm....what would bring you to such a curious question?..." she asked with a small smile, however is slightly faded as she watched Rose's attention turn to the house as she frowned, her eyes became slightly downcast,"...Oh...never mind then...I'll lead you to the bathroom...ummm...what was your name again?" She asked in a much quieter tone as she opened the door.

Rosemarie Lee CrossRose refrained from giving a humorless laugh at what she heard Naoki said. "No, I didn't go through too much of an ordeal. Well, not one that you would understand anyway," Rose said with a simple shake of her head. She wasn't about to elborate on the detalis any, it was after all, something that she was going to have to change and figure out on her own. Hearing the girl's response to her question and then the question that she asked Rose in turn, Rose answered her but remained looking at the house a few seconds longer. "Just curious as to how long you've been here working for him is all. Have you ever thought about leaving this place and not working for him anymore?" she asked Naoki as she looked at the girl. It was clear in Rose's voice that she did not like Gandrake and it wasn't like she was trying to hide her distaste for him any either. She didn't care whether Naoki or even Gandrake himself knew that she hated him. Rose nodded and followed the girl into the house. "My name is Rosemarie Cross but you can just call me Rose," she said to her as she stepped inside the house and looked around at its interior.

Naoki simply nodded,"...Alright...pardon my asking then..." she said quietly, "...I have worked as his servant for a long time, however it was not like you think...he offered me a chance to go back home...however I refused and stayed here..." she explained, "...Well Rose...welcome to Izayoi manor..." she said quietly. The house was two stories, however it looked like a castle, a royal blue seemed to radiate from all around, as she stepped forward a srair case stood in front of them as the stood in the lobby, he headed up the stairs and down one of the hallways, she stopped at one of the doors, It was somewhat larger than the others, she lightly knocked on the door and then opened it, revealing a grand looking washroom, almost the size of a public bathhouse, "...Please take your time...I will be preparing your change of clothes..." she said quietly.

Rosemarie Lee CrossRose shook her head. "It was no problem that you asked, it's just a long story is all and one that I haven't figured out all the pieces myself to yet," she said to Naoki with a small smile. She walked along slowly until she heard the answer that Naoki gave and she raised her eybrows in surprise. "He offered you a chance to go home and you refused? Why?" she asked the girl curiously. She had no clue as to why anyone would want to stay here. Rose certaintly didn't and she was already trying to think of some sort of little plan to get out of this place. If she were to walk back to town and hope to have a little better luck it wasn't like she didn't know the way. She knew the way all the way back to town, problem was, it was a pretty long distance to make on foot. Rose brought herself to the present when she heard Naoki speak once more. Listening to what she said, Rose merely nodded and walked into the washroom. She closed the door behind her and looked around inside. Except for its size and interior, it looked like any normal washroom to her, it held the same things. She sighed again and went ahead and starting cleaning herself, she didn't see any harm in it and her skin did feel rather grimy so she was, almost, grateful for the chance to get cleaned up. Almost. . .

Naoki never answered her question and walked to her room, it was very cozy and had very little, however she liked it that way, she grabbed one of her old uniforms and placed it on the sewing machine as she worked diligently,"...Gandrake....are you doing the right thing?..." she wondered to herself as the sound of the machine filled the room.

Rosemarie Lee CrossRose was slightly disappointed when she hadn't answered her question, but she soon shook it off. She figured that if the question was really that important to her, then she could always ask again when she and Naoki weren't parting ways and then she would have to answer it. Rose continued to clean herself as she thought certain things over in her head; How did she get herself into this mess? How was she to escape from this place? If she were to escape, where would she go? Why had the angels kicked her out heaven in the first place? What had she done to deserve such a thing in the first place? Several more questions continually revolved around Rose's mind but she pushed the away. When Rose was finished cleaning herself, she searched for a towel and found one a little ways off. She got it off the shelf and then wrapped it around herself. She didn't quite know what to do, so she figured that she would just wait for Naoki to come back.

Naoki Was about done with the uniform,"...There...that should fit nicely for now..." she whispered to herself, quietly she got back up and stepped out of her room, as she headed back to the bathroom she remained oddly quiet, she seemed concerned about something, however that face was soon hidden by a soft smile again as she lightly tapped on the door,"...Rose?...I am coming in.." she announced softly as she opened the door, she gasped lightly as she may have kept her waiting,"I'm so sorry!....I must have took longer than I thought...please put this on..." she whispered as she handed the finished garment to her.

Rose had been sitting on the edge of the counter, or rather resting against she supposed, as she waited on Naoki. When she heard the girls voice come from the door as well as the light tap, she smiled slightly and said, "Alright." Rose took the uniform from her and looked it over for a second as she saw what it looked like. It wasn't the worst thing eve she supposed, but it wasn't exactly a garment that she wear everyday either. "And you didn't keep me waiting that long, now worries," she told her as she went behind a short curtain and got dressed into the piece of clothing behind it. When she was dressed, she came back out and looked at herself. "Well, it fits at least," she said, not knowing what else to say about seeing as the reason to why she was wearing it was because she was in a place that she'd really rather not be.

Naoki smiled calmly,"...I'm glad it fits at least...I hope to get you clothes later..." she said calmly, She straightened her dress and then began to head out the door, "...Now..If you could follow me...My Master would like to speak to you...Just follow me..." she said calmly as she headed to his private study with a steady pace, as she headed to a small hallway, they made it to a simple door. Unlike the other rooms it was not as decorated or special. She stood back and tapped tightly,"...Master?...Pardon the interruption....I have brought her like you asked..." There was a slight silence, and then he replied,"...Enter..." with a low but easily heard tone. She nodded and opened the door,"...You can go in..." she said with a slight nod.
The room was very quiet, the only sound heard was the clock ticking softly, books lined the shelves, and crossed swords mounted on the wall. Aside from a few scrolls and rocks, there were only a few artifacts in the fairly small and simple room.
