“The only thing to do is to drive the energies to one place before confronting the entity… it feels like Oasis moved some of the energy through the house…” Hatsuma commented noting the separate energies along with the fact the energies in the room with the double doors had grown a bit more potent. Picking the nearest door to her at the time she pushed open the rather heavy door and found herself within what seemed to be a parlor of sorts housing a few comfortable looking chairs some tables and a long liquor bar behind which was a man who was clearly a bartender based on his attire and the fact he was cleaning a drinking glass seemingly oblivious to Hatsuma’s arrival. “Excuse me, I’m here to help the spirit tied here in whatever way that I can…” Hatsuma commented as she stepped into the room. The man turned to face her his eyes squinted and a large smile spread under the moustache that rested under his nose. Setting the glass down he motioned her to be seated. Hesitantly Hatsuma took a seat at the bar.

“You are a bit young to have alcohol dear, but what would you prefer as a drink?” the man spoke rather softly a hinting rasp in his voice seemed to keep his voice from resonating throughout the room… though there was likely another reason.

“I’d prefer to get this dealt with so I can move onto crucial things I need dealt with…” Hatsuma responded bluntly her expression remaining relatively dull as usual.

“I see, you want to help? How can you do that?, the person needs to know who they were to be helped… as you can see… I don’t even know who I am…” the man stated his soft rasping voice cracking away into a strained breathy voice that seemed to resonate through the room. The calm mustached face of the man sunk away into his head bubbling a swelling until only a flat slate of flesh remained where a face should be. “See?! You can’t help us,me, Them! Leave before you die!” The now faceless bartender cackled out before fading down into a wispy form which darted about the room knocking things down before shooting through the door and fading away from Hatsuma’s senses.

“That was a bust… but it seems my thoughts were right… it’s one spirit who’s forgotten who they were…” Hatsuma commented getting to her feet and exiting the now significantly aged roomed that before had look quite tidy and pristine. It was a wonder how long this spirit had remained unattended. In the hallway once more she saw the wisp trail off into another room rather then what was likely to be the spirit’s source in the double doored room at the end. “I need to lead it in the proper direction…” She stated traveling down to the next room which had been decided by the wisp. Pushing the door open the light from the hall shot like a spear into the completely dark room. Stepping within she glanced around a moment before entering further. The door in almost a clichéd manner slammed shut violently behind her leaving her in temporary blindness. She put her hands together forming a seal that activated a sort of night vision technique, though she couldn’t really make out colors she could at least make out the lay of the room. To her surprise it didn’t seem to be a room at all but a dark hallway whose light gray walls extended off into the darkness.

“Didn’t I say to leave!?” a wicked voice echoed out from the end of the hall. “You’ll pay for not heeding my warnings just like the others!” the voice continued causing Hatsuma to pull out a few spirit tags just in case before she proceeded to navigate down the seemingly endless corridor.

“You have a strong will… Spirit… you must have had a harsh death…” Hatsuma commented her voice slightly wavering as she began to feel some sort of sensation from being in this hallway… or perhaps this home as a whole. Regardless she felt her nerves more so than she ever had in her life.

“I would say your spirit is strong but it would be a lie girl… you emotions are just masked, I know the fears you feel within the dull unresponsive exterior of yours! You are a coward!” The voice resonated again just as the hallway opened into a room which housed a floor of sand and within the massive walls the caravan she knew as home was visible, however it was silent and the air smelled of iron.

“This… is a trick I won’t be fooled by this…” Hatsuma managed to stammer out as a well of emotions began to steadily get a grip of her with their sharp talons. Walking through the ‘caravan’ she noted blotches of dark liquid staining the sandy ground, it was likely blood judging from the smell. Coming to a stop she spotted a familiar figure strewn upon the ground, the wavy mass of hair attached to the body pretty much confirmed who it was to be. Without stopping to think logically she rushed to the cold form upon the sand the color returning to her vision as the jutsu faded with her concentration. The large area was dimly lit fading off into shadows at the edges. “Ishala… get up… you aren’t supposed to fall here…” She uttered out glancing around for any signs of life. None to be found a familiar presence suddenly came into being. Glowing red slits could be seen in the shadows.

“Ah it’s the brave little child all grown up… not so brave now are we… I knew you had fear then, but it wouldn’t come out, it made me so mad! But now things are different! I can play with your body parts all I want, of course it’s only better when you are drenched in your own blood!” a familiar voice resonated out with a hiss. A flash of memory shot into Hatsuma’s head as she recalled the beast from the gorge.

“Y…you died!” she shouted out getting to her feet in an attempt to ready a counter attack for the surely impending assault. Her emotions made it difficult to think clearly never having had never experienced the sensations that were regular for everyday people.

“Crumble and weep, your village is gone and you can do nothing alone!” the beastly form said never really emerging from the darkness of the massive room. Almost on command Hatsuma crumbled to the ground tears running along the black markings on her face as she felt overwhelmed with this strange feeling of fear. Instinctively she curled up upon the ground wrapping her arms over her legs pulling them close to her chest as she curled into a ball.

“GO AWAY!” Hatsuma shout out closing her eyes tightly fear shaking over her entire being, she knew not the reason but she couldn’t think clearly or even move. “Leave me alone! I want my home back!” she mewled out weakly to the cackling voice as the darkness closed in around her becoming the light-less room it was before.

Oasis turned and continued down the hallway skipping a door that, didn't really speak to her at all so she continued walking until she heard something. It sounded like a giggle. She turned and looked to see a door which she was certain wasn't there before. She put a hand on the door and heard a gentle chiming of a bell followed by the sound of a child's laughter again this time it sounded further away. Oasis reached down and took hold of the door knob turning it she pushed the door open and stepped through to see a stairway. Surely this was a stairway to a basement, but why had she not noticed the door earlier? Oasis took a few steps down before she lost her footing and nearly went into a painful tumble down the stairs however, she instinctively threw her hand out to the walls at her sides and gripped onto them, she looked down to see for only a brief moment pale fingers disappear back into the stairs. Followed by the sound of laughter again. 'more ghosts...' Oasis thinks frustratedly.
"Teeheehe. Your a tricky one huh, no one has defeated that move before." a small and devious sounding boys voice called out from the dark of the basement. After the voice she heard a bell chiming once again, sh could hear it fade off into the distance.
'Hmm... Tricky huh.' Oasis thinks to herself as she heard the voice of the young boy. She paused to think there had been stories told about mischievous ghosts before. She remembered tales around the fire about such ghosts. Usually they do not intend to do harm they think that all they are doing is playing but their actions are usually such that are dangerous to people who aren't ghosts. Oasis nodded her head a few times and closed her eyes for a moment she would need to focus on what was happening if she wanted to be safe. She dropped down onto the step and looked behind her, the door, it had vanished again. She let out a sigh, so she would need to go down into this basement for certain. She reached into the pouch she wore at her side and pulled out an odd little stone with a chain attached to it. She pressed her hands against the stone and it actually compressed slightly before it began to glow with a fairly bright light she then clipped the chain onto the strap over her right shoulder. Oasis clasped her hands together again for a moment before bounding down the stairs she landed only for brief moments before jumping again sending herself further down the stairs it only took three such short jumps but on the second of three, as she had expected little hands came out from behind the step again, but she had been expecting it and her light footed movements just slipped through the attempted grasp. She figured the sound of retreat was only a trick, and she wasn't mistaken. She hit the floor and spun to look at the stairs, she noticed that they seemed alot shorter from where she stood, than when she was descending them. So that seemed a bit odd however she shook it off and looked around the basement area, she cupped her hands around the stone and made the light more directional so that she could see with a bit brighter light. Oasis turned and ducked just in time as a wooden daruma doll rushed past her head and hit the wall. She looked back at the doll as it rolled about on the ground. She turned away and started to walk when she heard a creaking sound from behind her. With a reactive jump she moved herself from that location and turned to see the daruma had become much larger in size, and a pair of odd little arms and legs now stuck from the doll. As she looked at it one of its two white eyes were colored in with a black circle that now seemed to track Oasis' movements. What was the trick here? Oasis quickly panned her vision around the room, there was dust all over, and an old fire pit or something, she wasn't certain but there was bits of old burnt wood, ash, soot and other things that meant a fire had been in that place before. She turned back around to see the daruma stomp its feet and move into a sumo like position. Then its mouth opened and something shot out. Oasis jumped narrowly avoiding a large red sphere. She landed on the sphere pushing it to the ground. It felt like it was made of wood, however there was also a long string attached to it which retreated into the daruma's mouth. A few moments later the ball snapped up and went back into the daruma's mouth followed by the daruma charging Oasis like a sumo wrestler. Oasis crouched for a second and then tossed herself up over the charging doll, she extended her legs into a kick and hit the back side of the daruma sending it crashing into the wall. She heard a cracking sound as she hit the ground. She turned around to see the daruma turning to face her, its face was smashed and seemed to be cracking, but that appearance only lasted a few moments before it healed itself and looked as good as new.
"THATS NOT HOW YOU PLAY SUMO!" the childs voice screeched out obviously irritated. Oasis jumped startled by the sudden and loud voice before the daruma took on an angry looking appearance and its mouth opened up again and suddenly a barrage of small items launched from its mouth. They looked like shuttles, they definitely had colorful feathers on them, however instead of harmless seeds she could see that they were sharp tacks. Oasis almost moved to use a technique against them however quickly thought better of it, this was likely a punishment game, and these tacks were punishment for breaking the rules of sumo. Oasis reached down quickly and took up a piece of wood, conveniently the right size for use as a paddle and she swatted the shuttles away. She heard the giggling again and the daruma's face became no longer angry. Oasis took a deep breath and braced herself what was she supposed to do, then something came to her.

"See Oasis-tan! When your wish comes true, you fill in the eye!" the voice of one of Oasis early childhood friends spoke as he held up his daruma and then turned it around and painted in the eye as he had mentioned.
"Huh. so then.. what did you wish for Taka-kun?" she questions looking at the doll curiously
"hehe, I think that's for me to know, and you to find out Oasis-tan." Taka respons with a grin as he put the doll back on the top of his dresser.

A catlike smirk spread over Oasis' face as she ran her hands into the soot on the ground she pressed it into her fingers and rubbed it around until she had a good black substance like paint on her fingertips. With her other hand Oasis grabbed a lump of what had become charcoal and sent it sailing at the Daruma while she personally jumped over the daruma. The enemy did as expected and moved to avoid the charcoal turning and moving it moved into Oasis' trap she struck her fingers forward and jabbed the black against its blank eye, she smudged black into its eye and as she did this it suddenly stopped moving and toppled to the side. The legs and arms that stuck from it flailed about before being sucked back inside. The daruma turned back to its original size and Oasis picked it up and looked at it. "SO! What did you wish for!" Oasis called out after the ghost that was still hiding from her. Oasis watched as a small boy appeared before her, wearing a fairly plain formal boys kimono. A bell was tied around his wrist. He reached out and held his hands out for the daruma.
"I wished that someone would come and play with me, for once." he said in a voice that was so much more cold and lost sounding than before. "Its always so dark down here and cold... always." the boy continued as Oasis placed the daruma in his hands.
"It doesn't have to be dark, or cold." Oasis states softly as she knelt down and put a hand on the boys ghostly shoulder. "If you have a friend." she adds as she looked back over the room, she didn't have any wind techniques, or fire techniques so that she could change the room. However as she thought this a little white streak raced through the room and the fire pit sparked to life.
"...Would you be my friend then?" the ghost boy asked plaintively Oasis responded with a smile and a nod before hearing something, her ears perked and she turned and looked back up the stairway.
"...Your other friend needs you now." the boy states before fading from sight, becoming a trail of light that raced up the stairs and out the wall which faded to reveal the door which stood wide open. Oasis didn't take any time at all in racing up the steps and launching through the door she knew what she had heard. She heard Hatsuma cry out and loudly, which was not something Hatsuma was known for. If she was calling out like that something serious had to be happening. As Oasis bolted the stairs the glowing stone changed color from a light near natural white light to a more cyan blue tinge as she made a B-line for the steps and raced up them immediately without hesitation. Oasis found her way to the room where Hatsuma had to be and she crashed into the door with every bit of force she could muster however the door didn't give. Oasis took a deep breath and stepped a half step back from the door "I'm coming Hatsuma." she states in a determined voice pressing her palms together she took a deep breath and then stepped forward she launched both hands in a palm strike fashion crashing them against the door which this time gave in, it didn't brake however it simply swung open. "HATSUMA!" Oasis called out as she saw her friend in the middle of the room, she raced in after her with only a moments hesitation.

As Hatsuma heard Oasis’ voice she uncurled on the floor and sprung at Oasis wrapping her arms around her team mate in a hug of relief. “I, was scared… it’s strange to be scared… I thought I was alone…” Hatsuma exclaimed shakily still clinging to Oasis who was no doubt confused by the whole outburst. Finally opening her eyes she glanced back into the dark room, an old scroll lay upon the floor. “I… think that’s important… we… should take it with us…” She stammered out as she finally released Oasis and brushed at her own clothing to fix anything that may be disheveled and out of place. Quickly she wiped the salty liquid from her cheeks and eyes and wandered over to pick up the scroll. She was quite grateful to Oasis. After bending over and grabbing the scroll she righted herself and glanced over her shoulder at Oasis a large smile on her face. “Thanks for helping me, I don’t think I’ll be able to express my appreciation once we finish this task, but just know I’m very glad to be your partner and friend…” she explained gently having enough logic to realize that this outburst of emotion was already fading away and she would likely be back to her old self once they helped the spirit here. “anyways we should get this stuff done with don’t you think? I’ll be fine now that you are here!” she commented making a hasty escape from the room before enthusiastically pointing towards the double doors at the end of the hall. “Our target is that way let’s go!” she stated enthusiastically though a twinge of flatness began to hint through in her voice hinting to the fact they might be close to finishing this task. Then they’d get to have a conference with the earth caravan’s elder for certain.

Oasis was a fair bit startled by the outburst, however she responded clasping her arms around Hatsuma "Nah, you can't be alone as long as I am here." she states, a statement which was a bit awkward sounding in the way she put it. She released when Hatsuma released as well. "Hnn..." she mused tipping her head when she saw the scroll, Oasis reached back and her hand glanced the scroll at her back for a moment. "That's interesting..." she states quietly as she reached a hand out for Hatsuma. "Good cause I am very glad that you are my friend too!" Oasis chimed as the stone that was clipped to her changed back to its original white glow and was slowly fading out having spent its energy. Oasis trotted out the door alongside Hatsuma, she rather liked this side of her friend, and was a bit disappointed that when they were done here that side of her would vanish again, cause she seemed to be more fun, aside from having been scared silly that is. Oasis cheered and then made her way towards the double doors that Hatsuma motioned too. "If that's the case lets kick the doors in!" she states with her usual vivacity back in place before she raced down the hallway and right into the door, and doing exactly as she had said she made an entrance with an extended right leg making the double doors swing into the room. "Cause we are unstoppable!" she chimes loudly as she slowly lowered her foot to place it on the ground again, not really sure why this room was their target, however she had opened the doors and whatever was going to happen, would happen soon.

Hatsuma followed along after Oasis and into the room that had the double doors, the dim light from the hall shone through into the dust ridden office that held a few book shelves here and there. What was the most prominent thing in the room however, was the massive desk in the center of the room. The ornaments along the walls were to riddled with dust to discern however the desk seemed almost pristine. Laying slumped over the desk was a grungy lump of clothing of which housed an adult human skeleton. This was likely all of the spirits because imbedded within its back was a long katana which seemed in fair condition safe the handle slowly crumbling away with time. “I think that is the body of the spirit… this is where we need to be to perform the rights to let this individual to pass on…would you help me set these tags in the four directions er… one in each corner… it’ll let the soul form back into one… hopefully we can help the spirit then…” Hatsuma explained holding out some little white triangle tags for Oasis to take smiling softly realizing it was actually pretty difficult for most to discern a direction within a room. Once Oasis took the tags Hatsuma began chanting some words quietly causing small glowing orbs to vacuum in from the walls of the room and collect into a large form just over the skeleton and the desk. After a few moments the light dimmed a bit and a scholarly figure stood over the desk. The man was young and wore thin framed glasses. His hair was a bit frazzled though it was likely how it was in life.

“I’m…dead aren’t I?” the man commented quietly. “Of course I should have known how dangerous the research of the legendary swords would be… but they intrigued me none the less… I remember who killed me now… revenge would be pointless though… he was driven by the same desires I had yet he only had a certain skill set to attain them… he tracked me for weeks and stole all the information I had on the swords… but those scrolls you have… I hid them so he wouldn’t take them… I have one request of you two… give me your word you will continue my studies and find one of the swords… it would make my heart rest easy knowing my research was useful to such kind people as you…” the man commented floating down until he was ‘standing in front of the desk.

“you… have our word we will find one of the swords…” Hatsuma said calmly and the man’s spirit smiled before fading away from their sight. Hatsuma felt a shift on the scroll she was holding and looked down at it. the red seal of wax that was on it simply crumbled away and it became loose as if want to unroll. She heeded its need and unrolled it looking it over carefully; it contained a loosely ciphered location, from a glance she could tell the scroll wanted the search to begin in the eastern part of the continent. “You got a scroll to right? You should see what it says…” Hatsuma commented the rest of her inflection fading away with the last words of her sentence allowing the seal of her markings to function once more suppressing any feelings she might have to an internal place she couldn’t access normally.

Oasis followed Hatsuma into the room and looked around it was a room similar to the first library room she had entered, but it seemed more formal, or something. Oasis snapped up the little tags and made quick work of the room, she darted with her usual energy about the room planting the tags into the corners. She spun about and watched as energy flowed into the center of the room, she recognized the look, the ghost boy changed into one of those spheres, so he must have been one of them. She blinked a couple of times. So he had been in search of and researching the swords that they were searching for now, how very fortuitous. "There's two of us!" Oasis chimed as she bounced over to Hatsuma and turned to face the ghost. "So, I say we should get two of them swords." she states with a wide grin. Oasis listened to the ghost for a bit. "hehe, we're kind." she stated with a little chuckle as she rocked from side to side slightly. "Yea we will do that." she states in unison with Hatsuma as the ghost faded. She watched Hatsuma unroll her scroll and so she reached back and snatched up the scroll she had from the scroll holster on her back and unrolled it. "Nyaa..." she exclaimed, making once again making a fairly random sound not dissimilar to a cats mewl. "Yea, think mine might say the same thing about going to the east somewhere, I dunno what else though yea." she states with a shrug as she scanned over the paper a few more times "...what next?"

“Well these certainly seem to have roots to the caravans since the ciphers on the scrolls are similar to ones I’ve used… but it’s likely we will need to speak with the elder about them… then we should be able to get the rest of the information from the scrolls, mine stated something about traveling to the eastern part of the continent… I’m sure there are more accurate details in the sealed part of the scroll… we should leave the building first and wait for the earth shinobi to contact us… she commented as she pulled out the large coat she had been using to conceal her identity and put it on over her arms before making their way down the stairs and out of the building. The house felt much more calm and the sun was beginning to rise they would need to get back to the room before any type of room service decided to knock or enter to find the occupants missing. “We should hurry back to our room. The nomads will likely contact us there… also the hare should be back with some information.” Hatsuma stated before quickly traveling the streets towards their hotel, shortly they reached the window and she hopped up to it rather easily entering their room which was thankfully undisturbed since they had left it earlier. Walking over to the back she casually flopped down onto the bed which was clearly out of character so maybe the seal was weaker than before allowing minute bits of expression to shine through. Relaxing a bit as she waited for the shinobi and the hare to come here and contact them before they could continue with their mission.

"Yea, they look alot like stuff I've seen at home, mine says east also..." Oasis states lightly as she rolled the scroll up and put it away. Oasis let out a soft whistle as she looked around "The house, it feels happy now." she states quietly as she put a hand on the wall. "Sorry I didn't get to play with you more." she adds in a very quiet voice as she followed Hatsuma out of the house and back outside. She watched Hatsuma don her coat once again, and found herself thinking it would be best if she found something similar to that to hide herself as well, however, since she didn't have such a thing the thought passed nearly as quickly as it had came to her. After two wandering steps she entered into a bounding motion and launched herself down the street and shortly up the side of a building making good time back to their room she entered only just after Hatsuma. Oasis then proceeded to jump from the window sill to her bed and hit it with a good heavy thump when she landed. "Hoosha." she states with a big grin as she looked about. After she relaxed a bit into the bed a familiar figure stepped into sight.
"Ladies." Itoku states as he seemed to appear in the room. "I found information on a haunted house, which the two of you already dealt with. As well as a roving band of trouble makers who seem to have their eyes on the swords. Unrelated to the swords I took note of group of uchiha at the borders of the village, that could mean trouble, but I doubt they have anything to do with us, so simply avoid them to avoid trouble." Itoku states as he lifted his mask and looked at the two of them "I take it your experience in that home was interesting." he states with an odd expression on his face as he approached Oasis "I feel you are almost ready to learn whats on that scroll as well." he states before walking back to roughly the center of the room. "We can rest for a little bit here, I contacted the nomads here, we should expect a response in short order." he states with a nod. Itoku was known by most of the nomad tribes though they didn't all know his true appearance.

“The house had some information that helps us in our search but we will need the earth caravan to decipher it for us… actually there is a high chance we’ll need to disguise ourselves better to avoid what I’d imagine to be a very dangerous piece of information we are carrying, we might not be known to have it however if someone finds out I’d rather them find out that we have it while looking drastically different then we do now…” Hatsuma explained calmly. “We’ll need different skin tones and hair styles as well as colors if we can help it, in fact we should use alias whenever we go from now on outside the caravans…” she stated before rummaging through her things looking for something in particular soon she pull from the bag hexagon shaped tags. “these are disguise tags they form over your body and change your hair and skin tone, the tags can cover your eye color but we can just conceal that with glasses of some type…” she placed the hexagon tag on her forehead and concentrate soon the white film spread over her entire body save her eyes and clothing. Soon the tags grain like particles took on hues to match a new hair color and skin tone quite accurately emulating the hair’s build so as to not look solid in fact the particles seemed to cling to the individual strands rather than the hair as a whole body. Hatsuma now donned a rather pale skin tone and brunette locks atop her head; she tied her hair up into a loose bun the excess length escaping down thanks to her hair’s excessive length. To complete the ensemble she pulled out a thick square-rimmed pair of glasses and put them onto her currently pale nose and behind her ears, even the markings on her face were concealed by the tag’s affects. “Here take this and concentrate on a skin tone and hair color different from your own, it can be any really then it will take on those hues. We’ll need to get you a new wardrobe as well… those are pretty clear as to where they originate from…” Hatsuma explained holding out the hexagon shaped tag for Oasis to take so she could do an extreme change of appearance as well.

Oasis looked at Itoku as he mentioned some things that she didn't quite know how he knew. She blinked a few times again and scratched at her head a bit. "Huh..." she states curiously. Itoku nods lightly and Oasis sighed not so sure what to think of that. Oasis went over to Hatsuma and took the tag from Hatsuma and looked at it for a bit. "Huh? what name should I use..." she thinks as she sticks the tag against her forehead. She took a few moments of thought and in a few brief moments the tag washed over her being and her skin tone turned to a drastically lighter tone, only sporting the lightest of tan. Her freckles were concealed and so were the stripes that were all about her body. Her hair turned a fair pink color, like that of cherry blossoms. "Hah I know the perfect name." she states as she spun about a few times "Sakura." she states pointing at her hair "get it." she adds with a grin. Oasis grabbed her hair and pulled the ties out of it letting her short hair fall free about her head leaving a nice, but fairly messy looking bob cut about her face. "hehe." she giggles lightly.
"That is not very original..." Itoku sighs quietly as he gathered some things up and his white cloak turned black and the markings on his mask turned an amber color and the white faded to gray making his appearance different, even the rabbits ears on the mask turned into something more like fox ears. He turned to Oasis, or rather 'Sakura' and nodded "I think I should tell you about that scroll." he states as he pulled out a chair and sat down on it. "That is the summoning pact of the hare." he states as he took the scroll from Oasis and opened it for her. "This would be where you would put your name, if you wish to sign the contract that is." he states as he held the scroll out towards Oasis. She looked at the blank space on the scroll and blinked a few times.
"Oh, I see." Oasis states gently and nodded as she took a pen from Itoku's other extended hand. "So just put my name there huh?" Oasis adds as she looked at the scroll, then she used the pen and scrawled out her name on its surface.
"Good." Itoku states as he rolls the scroll shut. "Now I should teach you to contact your first, and most important summon." he states as a light knock came from the door. "A little later." he adds before going to the door he gave a short odd knock, and received one in return. "Good." he states quietly before opening the door, and a group of shinobi entered.
"We received confirmation that you completed your task, we came to take you to the elder." one states as he takes a few steps forward and planted a hand on Itoku who looked back and nodded, then the two closed their hands and there was a whooshing sound and the entire group in the room was rushed off in a flurry of dust, a mass transportation technique, taking them to the earth convoy.

Zeru followed as instructed by Sorain as they finally moved from the cloudy and Miserable country of Rain in the the hard rocky, and dry country of earth. A little smile formed on Zeru’s face as they moved into the dry section and all three paused to look down on the village hidden in Earth, Zeru himself had never seen this place but heard tales of the Earth shin obi and their rock hard determination and hard hitting offensive and defensive techniques. Zeru’s smile faded when Sorain yelled at them to remove their headbands and activate their Sharringan. Zeru reached for his but remembered he left it in Rain country so he sighed and activated his Sharringan, closing his eyes and holding the hand seal so that when they opened the red and black would be visible, and Zeru would see the world differently. He then followed close behind Sorain trying to cover himself up and make everything about him less noticeable.

Zeru looked back to see Takera far behind and wearing an odd mask he said nothing about it for now and simply kept moving hoping his brother would catch up before he was punished for lagging so far behind. Zeru let his eyes wander a bit as they entered the village hidden in the Earth at first it seemed like a normal village there was a small district that they walked through but Zeru noticed there where not many people in it as they kept going though Zeru saw that they had entered a giant cave and there where again a few building here and there but nothing to be impressed about, until they came to the actual village it was built deep within the cave and spiraled downwards deep into the earth there where bridges made of stone and rock, even individual rocks floating around and carrying people on them, most people looked gruff and angry. Everyone seemed to have stone for hides here as well Zeru awed at everything as they continued it was like their village in what was here but the location and the slight differences in things made such a large difference Zeru couldn’t help but notice, one thing in particular that caught his eye was watching some men working on a build by forming the rock with their bare hands. Zeru smirked as they continued.

Drake sat under the shade for awhile, then stood up and out from under the rock. He walked for a few feet then streched and yawned. He was tired, as he has been awake for the few days and was looking forward to resting once he found the right person who could help him find information on the Mist swordsmen. Iwagakure wasn't far, so soon this part of his journey would be over. After a few more minutes of streching, Drake then started to walk down the main road. As he walked, Drake started to think back on his old life, when he lived with his family. He saw old memories flash by. He saw his mother, standing at the front door, yelling at him to get in. He saw himself in a mirror, putting on his brothers headband. He saw his brother walk in and had him take it off, and told him that he would get his own one day. All of a sudden, Drake had a lance of pain shoot threw his head, and he fell to his knees, holding his head tight with his hands, as if his head would burst from the pain. Then he saw things around him, and he couldn't do anything but watch as things played out.

----------------------------------------------

Fire. Fire was all around him. The flames dancing like fiery serpents wrapping themselves around a victim. Young Drake ran past it all, and around him his home was burning to the ground. He had no idea what was going on, and it scared him. "Mother!!" he called, "Where are you?!". As he called out to the flames around him, he turned a corner, and saw his mother lying on the floor, covered in blood, and a sword sticking out of her side. It was like his father. But, as Drake approached, he saw his mother move. Panicking, Drake ran to her side. "Mother! Are you all right?" Drake said, with a panicked look on his face. "Drake...", his mother said to him, the light fading from her eyes. "Be strong...". Then she moved no more, the light no more in her eyes. Drake stared at his mother, tears forming in them. The fire started to blaze with more intensity around him, but Drake no longer cared. He had lost his father and mother, and he couldn't do anything. Then, a darkness swelled around him, smothering the fire as if it consumed all sources of light around it. Drake looked up, and saw only pitch black around him. Then, he saw what looked like an eye staring at him. But the eye looked wrong. There was no pupil or iris, but completly black, with red veins the only thing visible, as if they burned with the fire that was once around him. Then a voice boomed out from all around him, and Drake had to cover his ears from the noise, but it didn't help, as he could still here it, only as if it came from inside his head. Drake closed his eyes, and then he could here the voice clearly, and it said: "THIS IS NOT YOUR GRAVE".

----------------------------------------------

Drake opened his eyes, and saw he was back on the main road to Iwagakure. He then realised he was gasping for air and sweating, and almost rolled over onto the ground as he felt very weak all of a sudden. The memory was burned into his mind, and he was still trying to remeber when that happened. It was on the night his Clan house burned down, but the darkness he saw wasn't something he remembered. And the eye he saw, it was the same as his Eye of Fear. Only the blood vessels never glowed before. Drake shivered. It was like someone else was behind that moment, and Drake didn't know if that meant there were others with the Eye. Drake shook his head. 'There was no point in remembering the past', he thought, 'Keep to the present. That's all I can do now'. Drake then stood up, and felt wobbly for a moment, then felt better. He opened his pack and pulled out his cantine, taking a mouthful of water and swolling it. The memory, or dream, was fresh in his mind, but he had a journey to finish. So, Drake put away his cantine, noting that he needed to refill it once he entered the village, closed his pack, then started to walk on.

Sorain proceeded into the main village, keeping himself constantly under a very inconspicuous profile. He had to find the old man whom was said to have the information on the rare and very valuable swords of the legondary mist swordsmen. But he was not willing to engage into direct combat for it if he could avoid it. Instead he wanted to simply get in and get out as fast as he could, he only hoped that where ever the sword was, it was located far away from Kirigakure. Sorain understood the Shinobi mind, and he knew that in some cases the best place to hide something is directly where no one would look for it, in this case the mist village would serve that need perfectly. If he and his two captive crew were to have to go back into Mist for those swords there was an extreamly high chance that he would be captured, something that he was not in the slightest willing to do. It was at that time that Sorain had formulated a backup plan, in the event that he had to go back to Mist for one of the swords, he would simply send Takera and Zero in for him. The bright side to this was, although they would most likely be labled missing nin, they could at least plead innocence under the grounds that Sorain had taken them by force and at the very least could serve as a momentary distraction while he captured the sword. He would of course go back for them, but his priorities were set in stone, which put them directly at the bottom of the list when it came to the sword that he sought so desperately after.

The moment Sorain stepped foot passed the village gates he could already feel the wandering eyes on his body trying to make heads or tails of the three new strangers that had just wandered into the village. Although they caused many heads to turn, Sorain sensed no danger, nor had he any reason to believe that anyone knew who he was.. So far so good. Turning around he looked towards his temporary crew, "We are looking for an old man who resides in a cave like house. Inside the house is a hot spring in which he meditates and shields himself from the world. This is all I know about him. I want you two to try and gather some information. Ask some of the towns folk if they know of him. I will be lurking close by in case anything goes wrong. I promise I wont allow either of you to be harmed by any hand other than mine. Now go!"

“That name is common and suitable I think… I’ll go by… Ai… it is common easy to write and remember as well…” Hatsuma commented calmly before listening to Itoku explain the summoning the contract of the hare. It would be useful to have an additional member of the team even if it was via summoning. Getting to her feet at the sound of the knock they were soon created by earth caravan envoy’s that had gotten word from itoku that they had completed the required task. “Let us make haste then…” Hatsuma finished and soon they were leaving the hotel under their new identities and headed to the earth caravan which was likely hidden from the world’s knowledge like every other caravan. It was surprising as to how it was hidden though as they reached an earthy clearing. One of the envoys did a few hand seals and soon the ground shifted at their feet quickly pulling them under. Landing softly Hatsuma glanced around the encampment which was house in a massive man made cavern that traversed the under belly of earth country via large tunnels. The current area they were in was illuminated by many torches which cast a warm glow on the stretched canvas domes. They were lead to the large tent without haste the people here hardly glancing at them as they tended to the things that needed done. At the entrance of the tent they waited a moment before being permitted entry and quickly stepped inside. The innards of the tent were laid out much like the other elder’s tents however the man seated in the center was quite different than the others. His attire matched that of his people. Earth toned robes and a wide brimmed dome hat sat atop his old face. His mustache was long and thin and stretched nearly to his lap looking much like a eastern dragon’s tendrils. His eyes were closed shut possibly because he didn’t need to see but that was to be proven.

“So, what brings you two from so far away? Frost country was it?” the elder question calmly his posture shiftless and solid as he spoke; this inflected in his voice.

“We have come to inform your tribe of a gathering of the caravans in the land of origin… it was tasked to us by the wind and frost caravans… we also obtained some scrolls that hold ciphers set by your people we would like the information from them if that is possible…” Hatsuma explained not deviating from the main points in the slightest bit.

“Ah, a gathering, I wouldn’t have guessed… things must be getting dire continent wide then… I will meet at this gathering then I assume the frost envoy Itoku has the time we meet then? As for the scrolls, we knew they were ciphered, once you entered the village the ciphers were broken as they were set with specific conditions when they were written. Upon returning to the caravan their secrets would be revealed, you should have no trouble there… now you both have a long journey ahead there are still four more caravans to contact, we shall give you provisions for your journey.” The elder spoke strongly explaining what he wanted and nothing more. Hatsuma gave a bow and scooted back out of the tent with the others.

“The scrolls should be readable then…” Hatsuma commented almost quizzically as she looked over the scroll which indeed had revealed a precise location, though it was old some of the land marks in Lightning might be different, she hoped it wasn’t the case. “What is the location your scroll gave? Mine states a location within Lightning country…” She questioned looking over to Oasis.

Oasis nodded a few times, that was a pretty common name. "Ai huh... heh." she grinned and nodded her head again that name worked quite well actually. Oasis was caught off guard as a group of earth nomads all but appeared in the room and they were whisked away to the caravan. Oasis looked about, dumbfounded by where they were. It was an underground cave of sorts. So this was how they kept their caravan a secret from the outside. By being beneath the surface of such. She wandered about behind Hatsuma looking around the caravan as she had done the previous times in a very similar manner. She nearly crashed into Hatsuma as the stopped outside the elders tent. Once granted entry Oasis simply kept herself quiet, and calm while listening to the old man. She figured that it was better to remain behaved because these elders all seemed very powerful. She blinked a few times and pulled the scroll from its holster on her back and looked at it. As she did this Itoku placed a scroll into the elders hands and then left the tent with the rest of the group, catching Oasis by the straps on her top and dragging her out behind him.
"So... the scrolls are like magically readable now." Oasis states curiously as she looked at what was on her scroll. "Huuh, looks like mine says, water country, thats somewhere new." she mewled with a bright grin on her face "This time we need to visit the hot springs." she states.

((rolled a 1, water country))
