Tony nodded and smiled.
"Alright, good luck in your searches, then," he said, smiling. He made sure everything was alright, the books weren't going to fall off the table or anything, then left her to do her work with a polite goodbye.
He moved off to the elevator, then rode it down to the front desk, sighing as he sat down once more at the computer. He enjoyed helping patrons much more than he did the computer work, but he knew both were vital and he couldn't get any further behind.
So computer work it had to be.

Ariel finished the book. She had found what she was looking for!! It was really Astronomy after all. Spica was one of the star in the Virgo constellation. One of the brightest star. She smiled; at least she knew now where she came from.
She took a look at the candles books too. She was the Senshi of candles after all. That and she didn’t want the librarian to have search for nothing. After taking a look at everything, she took all the books and went back at the front desk.
“I finished everything. Thank you very much. Can I help you putting everything back? So I will know where is it” she smiled, you could see on her face that she found what she was looking for.

Tony looked up from his work when the girl came down a little while later. Judging by her expression, it seemed her searches had been successful. He smiled, very glad to see that.
A successful trip to the library for the patrons always made for a happy librarian.
"Ah, good," he said, standing up and heading over to the front counter to look at the books she had brought back. "I can put these away. They'll be right where we found them before, I just need to do a count on them for being used in house. Ah, so yes. Unless you wanted to check anything out to take home with you?"

Ariel shook her head in a no sign. "No need I already memorized everything"
she was not even showing off she had a really good memory, able to memorize everything she read once.
"So let me help you if you don't mind. I have some free time before going home and well I love being in the library" she smiled warmly.
"Oh and can I ask your name ? Like this if next time I have an other search to do I can ask for you to help again."

Tony chuckled, shaking his head. He often had people offering help, but he also had people paid to do these jobs, and he might as well put the student workers to... work. He looked a bit dismayed, though, when she asked for his name.
"Ah, forgive me, I should have introduced myself before," he said, shaking his head. He offered her his hand. "Anthony Darrow."
He took the books then, over to a computer near the drop off area. There were a few other books waiting in a stack, with a label on them that said 'in house count'. He motioned for her to follow him, though she would be on the other side of the front counter. She could still see him, though.
"We just collect the books that get used in the library, but not checked out, and then we scan them into the computer one at a time, like we might if we're checking them in. Instead, though, it adds a point to the number of times it's been used in the library. It lets us know which books are more, ah, popular, in a way. In any case, I have a student who does this... somewhere around here. Then the books are taken to the back for rough sorting, then back out to the shelves."
He smiled, chuckling. "I appreciate the offer for help, though. It's very nice, and not something you often see."

She offered her hand back. "Then nice to meet you mister Darrow. I am Ariel Storm, student at Crystal" she thought it was not necessary to tell him because she was wearing her uniform but well it was still more polite.
She looked at what he was doing while he explained. It was interesting in one way to see the other side of the work. "You are welcome. Can I ask you, are you the director of the library? Actually it is the first time I see you and I come pretty often."
She was just curious, she liked to know the name of person where she tend to go, like the music shop, she knew everyone, like this she can greet them whenever she went. Or if she met them in the street.

"It's nice to meet you, Miss Storm," Tony said, shaking her hand gently by reaching over the counter. He released it in short order, chuckling. He liked meeting students who didn't hate the library. Some kids associated, and rightly so in most cases, the library with late night study sessions and miserable research papers.
Which was fair, but moody students made enjoying his job a bit more difficult.
"Director? No, not quite," he chuckled, though he might as well have been as far as he was concerned. He didn't want to gripe on that however, "all the administration work upstairs, away from the book work. Er, well, I mean, the literal books. Not... well, you understand."
He chuckled, shaking his head wistfully.
"But I am quite happy behind the front desk. It's a nice way to meet people."

((so sorry for the wait, i was abroad))
Ariel shaked his hand back. So he was not the director, but she could guess he still had a lot of responsibility here, not like students who were working here sometimes.
“I understand” she smiled. She looked around. The library started to be really quiet. Actually it was almost the time to close. She didn’t see the time passed because she was only thinking about her research.
“I can understand your feeling. I am working in an equestrian center and I always like to meet new student.”

"An equestrian center? Now that sounds rather fascinating. Do you teach riding? Or take care of the horses? I always wondered what it was like to ride a horse, but I've never had the opportunity. Or I never went out to find it, I guess."
He frowned thoughtfully, but only for a moment. It was gone and his smile was back in short order, his expression bright.
"Well, I should probably get to clearing this place out. Good luck on your research, and I hope you have a nice rest of your day." He nodded at her jovially, before heading back toward his desk.
He had a few things to wrap up for the day, and he imagined he would be here late, as was getting more and more common. Maybe he just didn't like going home anymore. Even less than he had before, at least.

"I am a teacher yes. I take care of the horses too. I am working only on week end but if you ever want to try you can come"
she said while she searched in her bag of the center card. She found one in her wallet and put it on the desk.
"Here the card, you can call anytime to make a reservation or just come when you have free time". She smiled.
Then she packed back all her stuff and put her jacket.
"Thank you for your help. Have a good rest too. See you next time maybe" and she get ready to go back home.

"Oh, thank you!" Tony said, with a bit too much enthusiasm. He sounded like a little boy who had been offered the same chance at riding horses, which were some of his favorite animals. He just couldn't contain himself, though he hoped he would have time to visit at some point.
He would look ridiculous on a horse, but that was the point of learning, wasn't it? To overcome any bashfulness, and just do something for the fun of it. Or maybe that wasn't the point.
Oh well, he didn't need to justify it. He just wanted to ride on a horse once.
"Thank you for the card! Good bye!" he called, then moved to get everyone else out, and close the library for the night when the time came.
