You counted some hits as being successful even though the AC you rolled was below 10, meaning they weren't successful. Taking away the damage from those, your grunny still has 4 HP.

Uncle Kenny You counted some hits as being successful even though the AC you rolled was below 10, meaning they weren't successful. Taking away the damage from those, your grunny still has 4 HP. sorry 4 that sweatdrop
