And Your Voice Was All I Heard...
He nodded at his girlfriend's question, but smiled faintly at the rest of what she said. "Adney said she was not at all timid. I think he used the word butcher, but I do not know what a man who chops meat has to do with anything." he looked confused, hoping that Mizuki might understand what the redhead had meant. His friend wasn't the type to chase after timid girls, always saying that Pyry was more shyness than he needed. "No, I think they had a fight. He knows how to handle shy, but he does not take arguing with people he like." he meant it in both uses of the word, but it was still an understatement. Adney flat out refused to argue with either of his brothers, but since the spirit wasn't the arguing type, Cam always got his way. "He would not drink so heavily otherwise."

Mizuki again thought over the even newer information that Pyry talked about. This was getting interesting by the minute. "Butcher could mean two things. She's really headstrong or she's one of those girls who try to look like a guy. I think it's the later because of the argument they must have had." The mermaid commented. It was getting interesting by the second. "Now I have to talk to Adney. We should get this straight before we say anything to anyone outside of this apartment."

Seeing the interest grow in her eyes, the spirit sighed. He really didn't want to unleash a drunken Adney on Mizuki just yet, but she seemed determined. He didn't know why they'd say anything to anyone else, but he could see the merit in getting the story correctly; just in case. "You wish to talk to him now?" he asked, lips pursed a moment in consideration. "If I let him out, he will latch on to one of us. Please do not hold it against him."

Mizuki knew her boyfriend was right. This moment wasn't probably not the best moment to interrogate Adney about the date. Who knew if he understand what he was saying. "Yeah. Lets not. Do you have an idea when I'll be in his right mind?" The woman asked her boyfriend. It probably wouldn't be till morning when the drama teacher had a hangover and was upset.

He nodded, agreeing that now wasn't the best time. At her question, however, he shrugged. "Probably a few hours from now. If he was coherent enough to find more alcohol, then he was coherent enough to know that he was sobering." he wasn't sure if that was a proper word, but it worked for the occasion. "He will probably be sleepy, but I made him drink water before I let him sleep." which meant the possibility of a hangover had gone down, and since Adney had always been very good at handling his liquor, the spirit doubted a hangover.

Mizuki smiled and kissed her boyfriend's cheek. "You know Adney is lucky to have you as a friend." She told him. How many friends would make sure you got at least a drink of water to avoid a hangover later. The woman stood up and then turned to her boyfriend. "I'll come back in the morning and then we'll hammer him with all the questions that come to mind." The woman partly joked. They were probably going to do it.

Pyry blushed faintly at the kiss, quietly pleased. He shook his head in denial at her statement, but stayed quiet on the matter. He stood as she did, escorting her to the door. "I will not let him escape before then." he agreed, smiling in what could only be amusement. He hesitated, considering something a moment before speaking. "Would you... like me to walk you back to your room?" he asked, figuring he should at least offer. It would be the gentlemanly thing to do, and he had seen it plenty of times in the movies; the man was supposed to walk the girl home.

Mizuki smiled and giggled that Pyry was going to hold the other teacher back so he wouldn't escape until they could talk to him. She blushed a little when the swim teacher offered to take the woman to her apartment. "No. I'll be fine. I took up a lot of your time and it's not far away." The woman stepped out of the apartment and turn. "I'll see you tomorrow during our little date." She joked to him. She blew a kiss before walking away.

Smiling at her as she turned, he raised a hand to wave. "You can take up all the time you want." he told her honestly, oblivious to how cheesy it might sound. He watched her move down the hall, waiting until he couldn't see her before turning back in and closing the door. Sighing, he knew the redhead would be most agreeable if allowed to do what he wished. Pyry moved quietly across the room, unlocking his friend's door. Pushing it open, he was instantly jumped by the waiting redhead.
"I knew you'd come back, sweetheart!"
Resigned to the clinging man, Pyry hauled them both over to the couch where he sat none too gently. He disregarded his friend long enough to become comfortable, settling into place as the redhead latched on the same way he had before Mizuki had come. The blue-haired man patted his friend's head, tuning back into his shark show.

The next morning the dance teacher came back to the apartment. She brought with her a salmon fillet. Her father was setting her too much fish and she knew that Pyry loved a good piece of fish. The woman again wore heels with a pair of stockings, a pair of tight mini cotton shorts, and a tank top. She was going to practice dancing after she was done with her boyfriend's best friend. The woman stepped up to the door and knocked on it before waiting.

Show Me How To Lie....
Adney had woken some time ago, and while he had a small headache, it was nothing he didn't expect to fix with Excedrin. His friend had practically forced him into the shower that morning, letting him have all the hot water as he always did. After the redhead had emerged, Pyry had showered immediately and rather quickly. Just pulling on a pair of jeans as someone knocked on the door, the spirit glanced at his roommate a moment before moving to open the door. He smiled at the visitor, having known it was her; otherwise, he would have hurried to pull on a shirt. Neither man had a tendency to wear shirts around the apartment, and Pyry had made sure the other was wearing pants this morning. "Good morning. Please come in." he stepped away from the door, motioning for her to enter.
The redhead at the kitchen island looked up from his omelet, which he was picking at absently with a fork. He was mildly surprised that Mizuki was there so early in the morning, not at all remembering her being there last night. "Morning. Want some juice?" he offered, shoving a small forkful of eggs into his mouth. Juice was, of course, something considered very important to them. Juice meant they had made out well the past week, and while no one else understood it, it was something they offered anyway.

Mizuki smiled to see that Adney wasn't drunk again as she stepped into the room. Once she was in she handed her bag with the salmon inside to Pyry. "I hope you don't mind this present. My father keeps sending me food like this. My freezer is getting a little full." The woman told her boyfriend. She then looked at Adney about the juice. "No thanks. I'm going to workout after this." She answered him as she found a seat. "Hey Adney. I need to talk to you. Come join me." The woman called out from her spot.

Show Me How To Lie....
Accepting the fish, the spirit shakes his head to show he didn't mind. "Of course I do not mind. Thank you." he smiles, closing the door behind her. Moving towards the kitchen, he fights a moment with the fridge before it finally opened; he'd probably eat the fish later, so there was little need to freeze it. Besides which, even Adney had trouble with the freezer sometimes, which meant Pyry would be wrestling with it for a while. Closing the fridge, he moved across the room to sit on the couch near Mizuki. He leaned back, very relaxed in the private atmosphere of his own apartment.
Adney, however, was feeling fairly suspicious. Finishing his omelet, he places the plate in the sink before moving to sit on the opposite end of the couch. Extending his legs, he crosses them and blocks out all access to the shorter part of the L-shaped couch. "Yes?" he asks, his eyes narrowed slightly in suspicion. Pyry seemed far too relaxed, and was obviously in on whatever Mizuki needed to talk about. "How can I help my best friend's girl?" he asked, his arms crossed casually across his chest.

Mizuki smiled and looked at the human. There was a glint in her eyes suggesting that there was something up and there was no way to get away this time even with trying. "So Pyry. When were you planning on tell me about the date you come home and drink even if it was the first one? Was she worth it? What is she like?" The woman asked getting right to the point.

Show Me How To Lie....
His eyes narrowed further as he realized what she was talking about. "Considering Rye doesn't drink in public, I'm going to assume you're talking about me." he stated, watching her carefully. "And since it's me we're talking about, I'm going to say it's none of your business." he definitely did not want to talk about his date last night, especially with this woman he barely knew. He opened his mouth to say something else when a pillow slammed into his face, and he flailed a moment in surprise. "Hey!"
Pyry, looking quite displeased with his friend's attitude, held another pillow at the ready. "Even if it is not her business, it is mine." he told his friend rather firmly, raising one hand to stop his friend from speaking. "You came home and nearly tackled me. I had a grown man clinging to me nearly all night." he finished, crossing his arms triumphantly. The redhead mumbled something under his breath, crossing his arms around the pillow that had been thrown at him moments before.
"We fought." he finally said after a moment, his eyes on Pyry. Mizuki might be there, but the drama teacher was speaking only to his friend, whom he would tell anyway. He had nothing against the dance teacher, but he was not one to confide in someone he didn't know very well. "Or rather, she insulted me because I wasn't exactly forthcoming with every detail. She became angry, and stood and left." he shrugged, brushing it off.
