haha yesss !
im excited for her to play now. gosh darnit you ; u ;
you really think it would be that hard in battle ?
all she has to do is get in front of/near the enemy and shes set xD
and once she reaches super, she can move around and stuff so it makes it even easier for her. and then eternal all hell breaks lose and i LOVE IT 8D
well yes, bragging rights play a big part. but you know that thrill you get right when you do something you've never done before? talia liiiiives for that.
and you dont have to draw her, but thank you ; u ;

I mean much to the effect with my girl if her target moves to quickly while she is attack poor, her she cant do much about it. i think it will be okay. once the enemy is in the flamethrower, its kind of hard to escape it xD
plus, talia is pretty quick on her feet as well- what with tennis and all ouo
GOSH ROLLER COASTERS YES.
i personally hate them
but talia will totally be first in line for all of them xD

Well, for one thing, during “Arcade Fighter Games” you talk about how she will not try any other type of game, then in “Ooh, Let’s Try That” you talk about how she’s willing to try new things. Maybe you should make a distinction, like… maybe fighter games are her –absolute- favorite, but she’ll play other things and enjoy them too.
In “New Bold Flavor” you talk also about how she’s not obnoxious, but then in “Would You Listen To Me?” she acts obnoxiously. Again, maybe some distinction could be made?
In “Tennis” there is a contradiction. You say she’s polite. But curses the refs. That’s not very polite. Maybe clear that up, like she doesn’t yell at them at length, or something.
I’ve not known too many people who have that much energy. Maybe there are days when she’s sick, or when the weather just does not accommodate her needs for energy. Maybe you could add a flaw to the energy, to make to seem less Mary-Sue-ish?
Otherwise she’s looking good! I LOVE the idea of the dragon. Maybe she and Micah can be buddies?

It just sounded like she'd be really begrudging if she did try other games, maybe you could make it a little clearer that she would still be happy playing any game?
Maybe for Tennis put something other than "curse" since that has a pretty negative connotation.

well she is a BIT begrudging. if you take someone who likes shooters and put them with the sims, its going to be a BIT less fun, but still enjoyable.

OuO o mai, I super love Talia (gorgeous name too!).
It's actually really hard to find that much to crit actually. She seems to have grown a fair bit from other crits! Generally, her personality makes sense and flows together really nicely. Her attacks look good too!
I guess I only have minor comments:
- With 'Let's try that' and 'Bold flavor' traits,I really get how out going and up for almost anything she is. I'm just wondering to what extent that is? Does she go looking for a challenge? does she push herself to do the hard and challenging work, and prefers the challenge? Does she play all her video games on 'hard mode/ insane mode' and just skips over 'easy and normal/ settings? Does she know or restrain herself when something is too difficult for her and/or dangerous? Or does difficulty and/or danger make her want to do things all the more? -You could actually make a whole extra hobby out of this like 'adernelin junkie' (i.e. the roller coasters! sky diving, trying extreme sports, ect. . All the extra little things you have scattered in personality and in crits tied together in one spot) If she did a rope course, would she do the highest/longest/ most difficult course, just because?
-Tying into the 'too slow'/' would you listen', does she get critical or complain to other people if they can't keep up with her or join her in challenging/risky activities? And, can you explain a bit more how 'would you listen' is bad thing? Right now it seems... neutral. Slightly more positive than negative. So, she is disruptive in class? Does she argue and get irritated when someone isn't listening to her? Is she tactless? Does she try to control a conversation? I think it just needs an extra dose of 'negative', otherwise I might really her admire her for this trait.

but After reading this the only true question I had to ask and why she pick fan dancing over all other dances? I was just wondering. Other then that I really love her and her and pippin should be BFF <33

Maybe, instead of having all her attacks be based off the fact a dragon can breathe fire, have some (maybe the first two?) based off other aspects of a dragon? Like the fact that they're largely invincible ~ maybe Draconis could have an attack that makes her immune to physical assault for thirty seconds or something?~
Just because, right now, I wouldn't want to fight against your character with those attacks. She causes too much damage right off the bat for me, and possibly others, to be comfortable pitting my characters against her, and that'll make it difficult to find battles to fulfill your growth reqs. Trust me, I have a fire-based senshi and finding battles is definitely a bit difficult!
EDIT: Also, weapons are only allowed for the captains of teams--such as Pegasus or Ares. Which isn't to say your character can't be a team captain! Anyone can be! It's just that she couldn't have a weapon until then * n*

IMO the fire breathing thing is just fine the way it is! I'm visualizing it takes her a couple of seconds to take a deep breath in so she has enough air in her lungs to breathe fire, so that gives people some time to dodge if they know what's coming?
tl;dr if Sailor Gunn can theoretically burn down a whole building with her powers, I don't see the problem with Draconis breathing a little fire. XD HOWEVER, I think you might tone down the amount of damage they come out of it with if they do get hit just a bit~ First-degree instead of second-degree?
