The Head Hunter raised its sword to block the ball of energy, but was surprised when it exploded, knocking the sword out of its hand. The other head hunter got up and approached Cherry with its comrad when a series of creasent shaped energy flew towards them. The blades of energy went through the monsters, making them fall into pieces where their bodies slowly faded away to ash, then nothing for some reason. The way was clear once more

The corridor shook alittle as on the other side of it was a head hunter. That eerie skull in its left hand and that wicked sword in its right. However, behind Cherry another one emerged, the two blocking her path with her in the middle. Suddenly, the two Head Hunters began charging at her with a decent yet controlled pace, swords branishing

Adept "Why do I have a feeling this won't end well?" Cherry looked at the head hunter then to the one behind her as the two began charging. She had to think of something and fast. She knew these guys were no joke.
The female concentrated on her energy and began creating a large animal from that energy. What she formed was a giant octopus in the middle of the area. One of the large tentacles wrapped around Cherry and lifted her up, out of the reach of both of the head hunters before setting the woman down on it's squishy head.
The large animal then began lashing tentacles out at the headhunters, in an attempt to snatch them up so it could squeeze them to death. Cherry watched from her perch on top of the energy animals head, hoping this battle wouldn't take too long so she could proceed. (7 posts)

The Head Hunters saw the creation of the octopus, but not light up on their attack. Getting in range of both octopus and Cherry, the two began their assault. The one on the left did an uppercut motion with its sword, intending to cut right up the Octopus and strike Cherry from back to her skull. The other one did a C like cut, intending to cut at Cherry's neck and curve downwards across the Octopus
(they are tall enough XD 9ft tall monsters)

Adept "I hate headhunters..I really do.." Cherry turned her head slightly and watched as the one used a uppercut to slice up the octopus and towards Cherry. She had her rock armor on but she still wasn't about to take this lying down. The female quickly conjured up another Halcon spell. Her body began glowing a neon pink as two magic circles instantly appeared. She sunk both hands into them and swung her hands around, firing ten crescent beams at the head hunter that was coming up to cut her open. Of course this left her open for another assault, but she already knew these head hunters attacked in pairs and simultaniously.
As the headhunter made his attack towards her neck, the female rose her arm up to protect herself. The rock armor took the hit of the headhunter, making sparks fly up as his blade ran along the length of her rock armor. When he had fallen back to the ground, she pointed the Halcon at him and fired off ten more shots. She could just hope this would kill them both so she could proceed. Of course, now her Animalia attack was gone as well, which meant Cherry too was now back on the ground.

Description: One of the less area affecting spells under the Arcanist arsenal its made to kill lots of targets quickly. The arcanist creates two circles of magical energy beside him/her and then he/she will drive their hands into it and move their arms to throw it forward. The circles will not move but launch crescent shaped blades of energy that can slice easily through anything weaker than itself. At most you may create twenty but each one is only of C rank power you may use A ranked energy to make it of B ranked power. )

((Since they are in a hallway....))
The Head Hunters manage to land a blow before being cut up once more by the blades of energy. They cannot jump real high, and in a hallway they are very restricted on movement. Like before, the bodies vanished

Cherry winced in pain as she looked to her shoulder. It was bleeding, but it wasn't about to slow her down. With the headhunters gone, the female headed off and began walking around. She came upon a quiet corridor and peeked down it. After sniffing the air, she concluded that there was nothing there and followed it down.

Cherry was still sure that something was going to pop up. As she reached the top of the steps, the woman came down the same corridor she had been down before. With a light sigh, she followed up, keeping her guard up.

Cherry continued walking, but she started drifting off and thinking of something else. As she walked, she triggered some sort of trap, because the next thing she knew was falling and landing on her rear end.
