Reason for getting one: I can be very active. I also am a good rper as well as i am a big fan of the series. There arnt to many with our side yet. I think i would be good at using it.
RP of you using the stone: ( will be applying for a change with my character shortly so this will make more sence then.)
Sorrow slowly walks down the stairs of the now empty house. Tears falling from his eyes and running down his face. He looked like a sad innocent child. He looked arround the room seeing the dead bodys he had left in his wake. He walked to the front door and opened it. stepping outside he turned to take one final look at the house before holding up his hand a small ring with a red jewel atop of it suddenly sparkeled and the house behind sorrow burst into flames. the flames so how they seemed to burn white and consumed the house in a matter of seconds. thew strange thing however was not how quickly the fire had spread but how it had not even touched another house almost as if the fire was being controlled and was only ment to burn down the one house leaving no evidence of sorrows crime.

I think I'm going to have make you wait until you've been active and had everything approved. Basically, I am asking you to prove yourself over an unspoken period of time. Then you should be able to get one.

Reason for getting one:
A philosopher stone is very helpful to a typhoon alchemist.This stone would be very useful in war, and it would be useful to Voma since it specially enhance his air alchemy and help him during battles. Using this stone, would cause much more destruction and mayhem specifically for military purposes. This stone will also help Voma on his research about alchemy.
RP of you using the stone:
Voma burst into thin air and disappeared. He reappeared 30ft away with a slash mark across his body. With a emotionless face it turned to anger. Voma finally took out his stone, he then grasps onto the stone which activates it, Voma lowered his sword (materialized out of air), hitting the ground it ignited. He spun it around his leaving a circle of flame around him. Voma then lifted his sword into the air and suddenly slashed it down. When he slashed it down a great wind phoenix (with some fire gathering around it) ignited from the tip of his sword. With a stern face he watched as the blazing wind phoenix encircles the opponent like a snake. The wind of the tornado singed(burned) parts of the enemies clothes. The phoenix grew tighter around the opponent and suddenly the opponent and the phoenix was engalped in flames. Voma stood there in the circle it was a shield that could not be broken.
