Khole slowed down as they approached possible food. She licked her lips at the idea. She wasn't hungry before but now food was sounding pretty good. "Right on,"She said in a whisper. "What do you think it is?"

She tilted her head to listen at the noise. "Sounds like a couple of them, so small rodents or young deer." The thought of deer made her mouth water, but she figured it was most likely rodents. "I can get a couple of them if they are rodents, for us." Iris didn't doubt Khole's skills, the are Daeva's after all.

Khole nodded to show she had heard the other daeva and understood. But most of her attention was fixed on the creature ahead of her. She took a deep calming breath and lowered the flames around her paws before springing into action. She had tackled something. That something happened to be a rabbit. She locked her jaws around its neck and than shook her head snapping its neck like a twig. She than dropped it leaving a small red circle around her mouth.

Iris watched the other take off and get a rabbit. It was a good size one, which meant there probably was more. Not waiting a second longer, she bunched up her legs and went after one herself. Catching it around the neck, she snapped it with a bite. Looking up, she smiled at the circle around Khole's mouth. "Small but it's food all the same."

Khole set her rabbit down. "That is true but some days that's all you need because it just hits the spot,"She stated plainly before starting to tear into her rabbit. She hadn't realized that she was hungry. She was getting blood everywhere even though she hadn't noticed just yet.

She nodded her head before taking a bite from the rabbit. Blood ran along the sides of her maw. Iris watched the female tear into her rabbit and the blood all over. She looked back at her food and the small neat bite she had taken. Before she knew it, Iris tore into the small animal like it was nothing.
With nothing left to chew on, a burp erupted from the Daeva's mouth. "Excuse me." She said a little sheepishly.

Khole started to laugh when Iris burped but ended up choking some since she hadn't swallowed the the bit of food in her mouth. After her little choking episode she was finally able to talk. "Your fine."

Iris stared as Khole started to choke. She didn't know what to do when one was choking. "Easy now." She stepped up to the Daeva and licked her cheek in worry.
With a sigh of relief, she smiled at Khole. "Feeling better?"

Khole nodded reassuringly to Iris. "Yeah i'm fine no worries." She than licked her paw and began to clean her muzzle. When she was done she walked up to Iris and asked "So um... yeah now what?"

Iris looked around, thinking about what to do now that they had food in them. She licked the rest of the rabbit off her muzzle, "Umm.. Is there anything you would like to do? I really have no clue"

Khole tilted her head to the side as she thought. "Want to fly around and terrorize things?" She asked unsure if Iris would go for it. It could be entertaining and that was what Khole was aiming for.

Iris tilted her head. "I haven't terrorized.. Well besides the phim and kit." She looked at Khole, maybe she could teach me how to terrorize. The daeva licked the blood from her maw and nodded, "Sounds like fun."

Khole stood up with a wicked smile on her face. Oh yeah this felt like it was going to be lots of fun. "Where should we start? Deeper into the forest? The sky? Other foxes?" She asked while stretching out.

The smile was contagious. A glance up at the sky, "Let us start in the sky. So much easier to see most of the victims?"
Her wings stretched out with a snap as Iris flicked the little bit of dirt off of them.

Khole grinned a mischievous grin. "Lets us take over the skies than." She laughed and opened her wings letting the wind brush the underside of them. She waited a second or two before pushing off the ground and making her wings pump two powerful flaps. This allowed her to gain height off the ground. She turned and looked at Iris laughing. "Come on." and with that she started to fly higher and away.
