Wisdom is always desired... But rarely earned... ☯ Sadhbh wandered into the room. Her eyes widened slightly as she entered. The place was truly beautiful and completely harmonious. She saw three figures and greeted them with a dip of her head. She was here to ask a favour of the one known as The Growth.
A demi-god was to be born soon and she wished to know his talent. Sadhbh wanted to give the child a gift, to assist him in his rise to heroism. Normally she would have known the area which his talents were based in by who his father was. But the child's mother did not know.
Also, the reason her visit had been made so urgently was that the Oracle at Delphi had made a propehcy. The prophecy was yet unknown to her. But it made her gift all the more imperative.

Marcus turned around to face Sadhbh "Hey, I'm Marcus, god of good-looking and charming people." He winked and smiled.

"Oh, Sadhbh, what a pleasant surprise." Addy seemed to glide over gracefully to the other, enveloping her in a hug that unleashed a soft silver glow. It seemed she had silver for females, and gold for males. A very interesting way of going about this. "What do you need darling?"
Looking back to Marcus, she waved her hand, vines piling up and as they spilled away, they exposed a fine, thin book. "Perhaps a book? It would help your mind expand?"

Marcus shook his head "I don't like reading lots of books. Magazines, fine, but books...Not really."

Skor sat on the chair, he looked around at each person in the store keeping tabs on them. His Kew peeked out of his jacket, he grinned at it, it smiled back "Keeping tabs on people is boring huh?"Skor asked it, Kew just shook it's head and sneezed. He turned around in his seat and found a book called "Evil corruption and Good corruption?" the question mark interested him, he started to read it.

A Sports Illustrated magazine appeared in Marcus's hands. He started reading it. When he was finished, the magazine disappeared magically. He looked up "What were we talking about?"

Wisdom is always desired... But rarely earned... ☯ Sadhbh acknowledged the two men politely and she then quietly drew Addy to one side. She put forth her inquiry concerning the child and waited for a reply.

As she was pulled to the side and had the situation explained to her, she pursed her lips and sighed, wondering how she was to know which soul it was going to be. You see, they were in the shape of infants, but they bore no gender, they had no tags to their family, they simply had the time of birth, time of death, and what subject they would have advanced growth on. How was she to know if she was giving the right child the right to have growth in virtue? In strength? Biting her lip, she sighed, a frustrated expression growing on her face. "I'm not sure I can promise to kiss the correct soul, but I will try to the best extent I can." Looking to Skor, she blinked, "It's interesting, each person grows up differently."

Skor could feel eyes looking at him, his Kew shivered "Room of gods" he mumered to it "probably not good for us here, yeah?" His Kew looked at him in a blank stare "Useless..."he sighed. He stood up straight and put the book back where it was, he learned a lot about being good and evil and the differences "Maybe we can be one of the few good demons." He noted to Kew, it seemed to understand because it nodded and snuggled into Skor's chest, Skor noticed the third person and kept eye contact, he could see the person's mission and goals coming to him but they seemed personal so he blocked them out and walked along the path between the sections and found another book to read.

"Beyond that..." Addy was about to continue talking, when the man had began to look through her books! If it was possible, the ends of her hair curled up tightly and she moved over. Some of those books were extremely fragile, because they were centuries old. She wouldn't let him touch them! Moving a hand out, it tapped his gently, a small golden glow showering over it, "Please refrain from touching my novels. They are well aged and require the upmost care." With that, she gave him a kind smile with warm eyes, and moved back to talk to Sadhbh.

"What do you think Kew, you think demons cant be civilized?" Skor asked, Kew was fast asleep, Skor grinned "as i said useless" he continues reading the book, with care.

Marcus clapped his hands together "Well, I am bored." He didn't do well with boredness. His ADHD and ODD didn't help much, either.

𝔖 𝔞 𝔡 𝔥 𝔟 𝔥 Wisdom is always desired... But rarely earned... ☯ Sadhbh thanked Addy profusely. She knew the favour she asked was difficult and she appreciated the effort that she was taking. She scowled when she saw how the demon treated the books, she moved slowly and placed her hand on his shoulder. She had nothing against demons and she admired their inherent stubbornness. But there was a difference between being stubborn and being disrespectful. As her hand touched his skin she felt it burn. But she kept it there. "Please respect your hosts wishes." She said softly. It was not a threat. She she still had her hand on his shoulder, despite the pain. She then heard Marcus' comment. "If you're bored, then why are you here?" These two visitors had intruded on Addy's kindness, which Addy had graciously accepted. but now they both had the nerve to be rude. Sadhbh bristled with annoyance.

Irritation flooded her briefly when Skor did not listen to her wishes and continued fiddling with books. A few of them frayed lightly as his hand passed over them, and the pages he had turned curled at the corners due to their unique age. Pursing her lips, she'd look to Marcus and release an exasperated sigh, "Bored people are boring people, Marcus. If you haven't realized, we Gods aren't exactly the correct form of entertainment that you need."
She paused and crossed her arms over her chest as she thought aloud. "The majority of us in this room want more to talk to, not to be physical with. If you are bored, I suggest you find something to do, or leave." Swallowing, she glanced to the side. "Boredom is an insult to the quality of life. Though you are immortal, remember that it may be stripped at any time."
