I'm going to enter and say the first and last (Corkscrew) are denied. Purely for the fact we don't need OP guns. I have a minigun. Do we really want that thing firing these bullets?

What if I limited the gun type to just rifles?

Round name: Inferno Rounds Is it only for a specific gun?: Nah. Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason Sure. What it does: Inferno Bullets are designed to immolate their targets and destroy them with superheated chemical fire. The normal core is replaced with an oxy-phosphorus gel, known as Promethium. However, due to the decreased projectile mass, armour-piercing capabilities are compromised. Sample: I shot several enemies. One of them being a paladin, and the other a Cleric. The round exploded on the paladin's armor, doing nothing. But the cleric's robes had caught fire, and he began to scream "Mother of God!" as he ran around flailing his arms.
Round name: Stalker Rounds Is it only for a specific gun?: Sniper Rifles Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason Sure. What it does: Stalker Rounds are rounds with low sound signatures, meant for covert fighting. They are often used in conjunction with an extended barrel. A gas cartridge replaces both the propellant base and main charge for silent firing, but this sacrifices muzzle velocity as a result. These rounds are used when stealth and precision are required. Sample: When I was stalking my target, he finally walked out into the open. When he did, I fired a Stalker round into his head. I didn't get the joy of watching his head pop, as the bullet went in one side and decided to stay there. From any other point of view, he just fell over for no reason.

Before we go any further. From now on, we are to refer to bullets as "Rounds" thus making it so that we're not singling out any kind of bullet. And I'm also going to make about 14 more types of bullets today so the basics are done.
Edit: Claru: I'm sorry I like Nazi jumped this forum. but I'm going to make it permanent. I want things to be crisp and clean.

Round name: Rubber Round Is it only for a specific gun?: No Should it be added to the special Round list.: Yes What it does: Rubber bullets are a suppression type round. Dealing light blunt damage rather than piercing, they are mainly used to bring down a target without using lethal force. If hit in the right place they can knock the air out of a person’s lungs, cause crippling pain, or possibly kill only if aimed in the right place, but will generally do little more than cause pain and leave severe bruising. Note: Only uses one ammo rather than the usual two. ( You can remove that, but really, I assume the special ammo using two is because they’re more dangerous, not less. )
Sample: Really? I don’t think anyone in their right mind needs a sample to understand a rubber bullet.
Round name: Blank Round Is it only for a specific gun?: No Should it be added to the special Round list. Yes What it does: A blank round is a normal bullet casing, with only gunpowder inside. When fired, it lets off the same blast of noise as a real bullet, but is completely harmless. These are commonly used only to distract or scare someone, without dealing actual damage. Those with sensitive ears however, might think differently. Note: Only uses one ammo rather than the usual two. ( You can remove that, but really, I assume the special ammo using two is because they’re more dangerous, not less. )
Sample: … Bang.
Round name: Shrapnel Shell Is it only for a specific gun?: Shotgun Should it be added to the special Round list. Yes What it does: A regular shotgun shell, but rather than being packed with metal balls as is the norm, the shell is filled with shards of metal. The shards won’t fly as far as a normal round, because they lack the aerodynamic capabilities of a sphere, but when they hit, they dig in deeper and cut up the target. The shards are difficult to remove, and will cause irritation to the victim as any movement will cause the sharp edges to dig deeper into their flesh.
Sample: Are my descriptions not good enough for you?! But seriously, I can come up with a sample on this one if you REALLY need it.

Well, taking into account what Urban said, I took out the shotgun-only corkscrew bullet and changed the regular corkscrew bullet so that it'd only work with rifles. If even that's too op, then can I have it work for only sniper rifles? Snipers aren't nearly as portable as other guns and so need to be set up in one place to use properly, balancing things out.
Jamming is the same as before. Just putting it up so that it doesn't get lost.
Oh, and as for the rubber bullet. I've had it for a while but didn't put them up because I was waiting for some other bullets to get approved. I'm really not trying to copy Hinote or anything sweatdrop .
RPC Name: Nai Rank: Adept Class: Gunslinger Element: Chaos
Bullet name: Corkscrew Bullet Gun type: Rifle Free bullet?: Yes Description: A bullet with a corkscrew-like pattern on its side that increases its speed and penetrating power by two times. This increase also makes it harder to deflect/reflect whether it is with a shield, wind, etc.. Sample: Nai could tell that the opponent was hiding behind the tree, not that hard considering that she had run there just a moment ago. Loading her corkscrew bullet into her rifle, the girl aimed then fired, her shot easily going through the bark in a line so straight that the shooter could see the light coming from the other side of the hole that was made, the side that now had a dead body. If she had used a regular bullet, it would have probably either gotten stuck in the trunk or have had its path changed thanks to the thickness of the tree, which was why she had used the corkscrew bullet instead.
Round name: Jamming Round Gun type: Any Free Round?: Yes Description: A round that jams the gun when it is shot, causing the gun to explode when it is shot. Can be used with any gun. Sample: Nai was caught, and she knew it. However, before she needed to show it, she managed to load in one last bullet, the jamming round. A moment later, the gun was handed to her captor, who shot it to take out the bullet that he had seen the girl loan. A loud "bang!" as the shout was fired, and Nai ran off without a glance back amidst the screams of pain from the man who had shot her gun, the man who's hand was now blown off thanks to the explosion-causing blockage that the jamming round had created.
Bullet name: Rubber Bullet Gun type: Any Free bullet?: Yes Description: A bullet made out of rubber. It can deliver quite the shock, paralyzing people for one post if hit in a vital spot, but cannot pierce skin. Sample: Nai shot at the prisoner, a valuable captive that she had orders to capture alive, which explained why she was using rubber bullets rather than regular bullets. Finally, she managed to hit her target in a vital point, causing him to shudder slightly as he regained his senses, during which time Nai managed to catch up and place her gun threateningly behind him.

Rpc name: Round name (doesn't need to be fancy): Pierce S Is it only for a specific gun?: It can be used with any gun, except for shotgun Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason(It's my special bullet does not count as a reason, nor does I made it) Yesh What it does: Well, as the name states, it is able to "pierce" through heavy armor. Thanks to the sharp elongated point it can leave a nasty dent on armor. One bullet dents armor, two bullets shot at the same position makes a small hole where the shot was placed and three bullets makes a three inch hole in steel armor. The user may only have 15 bullets of this type.
Sample:
Alphonse rolled evading the knight's blade that was aiming from his head. The transformed Watku drew his revolver, which had 6 shots in it. ' This is all I really need.' He thought as he looked at the Knight head on and aimed for the center piece of his armor, he quickly pulled the trigger of his small revolver, letting a single sharp and long bullet sliced through the air and smashed into the knights armor, leaving a small dent on his armor. The knight began to laugh at the pitiful damage that was done to his prized armor and drew a blade. Al prepared his gun for the next shot and fired quickly at the same area where he had made the small dent and the bullet made the dent larger, along with a small hole, as soon as the armor was pierced the man cringed back due to the energy that the bullet held, he quickly prepared the next bullet and shot the man in the small hole, this time the bullet completely pierced the armor, landing a clear blow on his chest.
Round name (doesn't need to be fancy): Slice S Is it only for a specific gun?: Shotgun and Rifle Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason(It's my special bullet does not count as a reason, nor does I made it) Yea What it does: As the name states, it it able to slice things due to it's anatomy and way of motion, the bullet is sharp and elongated, similar to the Pierce S only difference is that it has three razor-like spirals running along the bullet, allowing it to spin as soon as it leaves the weapon, once the bullet hits the intended target the bullet will continue spinning until it slices the area that was shot. The power of the slicing is measured by the difference in strength, each different lever represents and inch, so a person with the same level in strength would get one inch or skin or so sliced. Sample:
Al jumped on the tree on the outskirts of his homeland, he was tracking some rouges that had stolen valuable information, and it was his mission to take them down, he slowly pulled his shotgun, which was on his back, he held the weapon steadily as his targets walked bellow him, he positioned the weapon the gun at a seventy degree angle from their backs, he placed his hand on the trigger, he sighed as he took in a deep breath. " Hey you!" He yelled at them as they quickly turned, he pulled the trigger and a bunch of small slicing pellets shot out toward his target's chest. The pellets spun into the body of his target slicing their body.
Round name (doesn't need to be fancy): Smash S Is it only for a specific gun?: No Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason(It's my special bullet does not count as a reason, nor does I made it) Yesh What it does: As the name states, it is a bullet that is ment for smashing, not for cutting or piercing. UNlike the tip of most rounds, the Smash S has a blunt edge that instead of outside damage, cause inner damage, and it aimed right it can cause a heart attack, a concision or permanent brain damage.

Hinote: Approving your Rubbers and Blanks. But blanks still cost two. Just because there are plenty of creatures with sensitive ears. The other one is denied. Shrapnel is shrapnel either way. Whether it be in balls or Shards.
Kage: Corkscrew's are just fancy a** Penetrator rounds. Jammers: You think too much Kage. Rubbers: Denied cause I like Hinote's Better. Sorry bud.
Akura: Pierce S is again, Penetrator rounds. Slice: Bullets cut you as well. Just use penetrator rounds. They do the same thing. But I get what your going for and it gives me the idea for something else. Anti-Personal Rounds. Smash S: I'm going to approve these. But I'm renaming them Hammer Rounds.

Keep going. I'm about to make it so you can make bullets until you get 3 accepted that day.
And they are all posted in the beginning. It's all in the little box that has all the different rounds in it.

So does that mean that the jammers aren't accepted emo ? Besides, a jammed gun in a fight with the minotaur actually kept Nai from being ripped up....

Sure why not? But you gotta add them in, change all the words in the description that are bullets, to rounds, and put it in alphabetical order.
