Lucia nodded, "When I get a chance to, yes. I work a full time job so it's a little tough at times, but I do spend time with him. Geoffrey, my husband, stays at home for work so he spends a good chunk of time with Jason." she chuckles a little, "Oh boy, I remember the first day with that little ball of energy.. we had to make sure everything was fireproof."
The fiery haired boy pouted, "Is beeg 'nuff for me, momma an daddy tho." He states with a firm nod before looking shocked that the other boy didn't run around much, "Wha aboot tha park?" He asks, his eyes wide.

"I see." Myrtle nodded her head a little, but quirked a brow at the mention of fireproofing their house. "Fireproof? What sort of abilities does he have?" She momentarily gained a worried look on her face, but quickly covered it up with one of curiosity.
"Yew no has servants?" The idea of not having servants was a strange one for Tobias. "Mertle an' Cristofer never tayk me to th'park. So I ne'er been. Mama keeps me in the house too. Daddy dusn't play wif me."

"Fire based abilities, he burned his clothes when he grabbed the urn of phoenix ashes that apparently became a part of him." The woman sighs a little, "Luckily Geoffrey knows several spells to fireproof anything from clothing to an entire house." she smiles, "If it wasn't for his magic, we would be on our fifth set of clothes for that boy."
Jason shakes his head, "No sebants, Jus' me momma an daddy," He says cheerfully, "Momma 'n I shud take yew to da park!" he grins and laughs, moving to hug the other. "Mebbeh eben has sweep overs!"

"Your husband has abilities as well? Was he also from the academy?" Myrtle seemed intrigued by the idea. "Thankfully all Tobias has displayed so far is a knack for invading personal thoughts. And... sometimes things levitate near him." She cast a glance toward the children before starting to pour the water into the teacups.
"Tha's weerd, who dus the cleenin' and cookin'?" Tobias sat up slowly and brought his legs into the Indian style of sitting. "I dunno... Mama might nawt laik it. She prolly has to meet yer Momma first, but Mama's so busy..." He shook his head a bit. "Mebbe can ask Mertle. I wanna see what it's laik outsyde."

It took Lucia a moment to figure out what Myrtle had said, though she soon laughed softly and shook her head, "He's not a Meta, if that's what you're thinking." She did want to tell the other exactly what her husband was, but she knew it was a bad idea, even if she had dropped several hints about what Geoffrey was.
"Ma pawents." He says, though when Tobi mentions he wants to see what it's like outside, his eyes widen, "Yew neber been ootside?!" He shouts in shock, surprised that anyone could be locked inside and not experience the wonders of the outside world.

"How curious then." Myrtle shook her head a bit and decided it was best not to meddle, Lucia hadn't given her an obvious explanation and so she figured that was hint enough to leave it be. "Boys, the tea is about to be ready, why don't you go sit at the table?"
"Nope, ne'er. I wented to the toy store wif Cristofer once, but he maded me sit in the car and then we just walked on the hard rock stuff." Tobias shrugged his shoulders again, figuring it wasn't THAT weird that he hadn't been outside. "Tea~!" He pushed himself to his feet and offered his hands to Jason to get up.

Hearing the call to the table, Jason took the others hands but used most of his leg strength to help him up. Once up, he quickly made his way to the table and sat at it, bouncing about happily. "Tea! Tea tea tea tea Tea tea Tea tea tea Teaaaaa!" he seemed to sing happily as he waited for the tasty drink.
Lucia laughed as she watched her son bounce happily in his seat, "Still as hyper as ever." she smiled, walking over with the two cups of tea for the boys, setting them down before returning to make her own cup of tea. "Careful you two, it's hot."

Tobi toddled along after him and then climbed into his own chair and sat up with his legs curled under him. "How hot? Can drink it rait nao?" Once Myrtle set his cup down it scooted across the table, seemingly all on it's own.
"Blow on it a little and then you can drink it, you'll get a burnt mouth otherwise." Myrtle sat down in her own chair and sipped lightly at her tea. "This is very good tea, thank you for sharing it with us."

Jason blatantly ignored the rules of waiting for the tea to cool down as well as blowing on it, he just took the cup and downed it in one gulp, grinning when he finished it. Leaning against the chair, he let out a happy sigh, steam escaping his mouth as he did.
"No problem... and Jason, what did I tell you about showing off the fact you can't get burned by tea?" She asked, walking over with her own cup of tea and a small knife to cut up the fruit she brought with her. Sitting down, she set down her tea and the knife and pulled a starfruit out of her bag.

Tobi stared at Jason with wide eyes, and then looked at his own tea, and then back at Jason. "No hert?" He frowned a bit and then picked up his own tea and blew on it a little before sipping it.

"No hert." Jason grinned, though when he heard his mother, he bowed his head, "Sowwy Momma.." he murmurs softly, his eyes starting to droop a bit, though he reaches for a slice of the starfruit that his mother had cut off from the large fruit. Tearing it in two, he handed the other half of the slice to Tobi. "Here." He smiled softly.

"Yer weerd." Tobi giggled a bit, though the sound echoed through the heads of anyone that was listening rather than through his actual vocal chords. "Wassis?" He took the slice of starfruit and smelled it before taking a small bite of it.

The boy stuck out his tongue, giggling as well, "Issa ster froot. Is tasty." He nodded as he ate his half with a happy smile, his eyes closing as he droops a little, the tea quickly having an effect on his body and mind as if forcing him to sleep. "M'sleepeh.." Jason muttered as he rested his head against the table.
Lucia smiled a little before handing a slice to Myrtle, "We should have them meet up more, it seems like they'll be close friends. Do you think the 'missus' would let Tobias spend the night at my place?"

"Is tastee fer sher." Tobi nodded his head and finished it off, and then drank the rest of his tea. He looked over to Jason, wondering why he was so sleepy. It was then that he noticed he'd gotten rather sleepy as well. He looked to Myrtle and Lucia and narrowed his eyes. "What yew do you me?" He rubbed at his eyes and opened his mouth to yawn, though he made no sound at all.
"Perhaps, I'll ask the missus about it as soon as she gets back from her showing." Myrtle nodded her head, and then looked to Tobias who seemed to have caught on to their tea switch.

Lucia winked at the sleepy boy as he asked the question, "It seems as if that specific tea makes you drowsy. Just take a nap, you two look like you could use one." She smiled softly before sipping her own tea, hoping Tobi would willingly take a nap. If Jason was down and out for the count, it shouldn't take the other too long to be taken by the grasp of the warm, sleep inducing tea.
