Quick piece of information of women teaching: The Bible doesn't prohibit women teaching in any capacity. There was a female Judge in Judges, a female apostle that Paul mentions (though in some translations the name is changed to a man's name) and anything Paul says about women is specific to the situation. Paul have very "situational" theology. He acknowledges in certain passages that women have certain gifts should be used and any of his other passages are directed specifically at the church he is writing too. Usually he was speaking against something specific. Also, some of his passages claiming women shouldn't teach have relatively not backing or explanation as to why, which is probably simply Paul's Jewish heritage coming out.
