good lord i ******** hate when girls wear leggings as pants.
or they wear like yoga pants that don't fit and camel toes happen, too.

i can get down on the legging-camel-toe-hating but i don't see what's offensive about a bit of skin showing over the top of a boot... maybe they aren't going for a tights and boots look maybe they want... uh... a leggings and boots look? like the way they are actually wearing them.

leggings are warmer than tights anyway. and provide more coverage. i wear them with my shorter dresses that i'm not brave enough to wear tights with.

Leggings are awkward pieces of clothing anyway, I like them sometimes but others they're annoying...

I wore leggings under my uniform pants on Saturday. They kept my legs warm. C: (Even though it wasn't very cold in the afternoon.)

To combat the "leggings coming out of the top of your boots" I recommend "torenka":

Basically they are stirrup leggings that cover your foot other than your toes and your heels.

They look HORRIBLE with sandals (like in this photo) and with pumps, but cute with hi-top All Stars or ankle boots.
