Back in NUR, Havock was responsible for destroying the Sand and Leaf Villages using crazy nuclear puppets...without being opposed by anyone X_X He would go around killing dozens of people, simply because his goal was: To create a human puppet for every clan and bloodline

Yeah he was also singlehandedly responsible for the highest activity rates ever. And people did oppose him - and he was beaten from time to time. It wasn't always overwhelmingly Havock pwnage.

It almost is. We need :
A banner
To post the types, we already made them, (though we need to be a bit more descriptive)
We need to finish the original crew members
We need to make more town posts for the three major cities and their unimportant branches
And we need to make more jobs, (We haven't posted any, but so far I've made up 5.) and make missions for them.
There's more things I need to do; but they'll be easy and will only take a second to post. These things are important and will take a bit.

One thing that Utopia doesn't have, that alot of other guilds do, which make them kinda shitty:
Low ranked people can train themselves. They'll learn about a post quicker with a master, but they don't need to weigh anyone down.
