Snow White. Hands down.
First ever full-length animated film. People told Walt it was too amibitous and would make him bankrupt... but he did it anyway and it was one of his best decisions ever!

Wow, looking at my answer in 2010, I can say some of my favourites have changed :
Yzma, Rafiki, Basil the Great Mouse Detective and Kida are up there now!
