Red dead won? It was a good game, but it didn't deserve GOTY. I'd personally say Super Mario Galaxy 2 or Halo Reach deserved it.

Most of these results were painfully predictable.
The only one I was surprised by was Portal 2 as most anticipated game. I didn't think most of the mainstream cared about PC games (which was what Portal was) considering Gears of War 3 was on it, I'm surprised.

Sailorcancer2004 Most of these results were painfully predictable. The only one I was surprised by was Portal 2 as most anticipated game. I didn't think most of the mainstream cared about PC games (which was what Portal was) considering Gears of War 3 was on it, I'm surprised. yeah but portal was on orange box for the xbox 360...which made it pretty popular even among the xbox community.

Iriso Luzio im quite happy reach got best multiplayer but i could have been happier if black ops would have won it biggrin black ops got best shooter...at least they made the 2 best games of the year somewhat equal in awards.
