((Yeah, we did talk about it, and no, Undead are immune to all mind-affecting enchantments or other forms of mind affectation. It deals with the mind being frozen, in some ways, in the moment of the subjects death and the brain no longer being subject to brain chemistry. That's why we talked about the marionette style web-strands pulling him this way and that. I do hope that this will still work, and I thought it was pretty clear, but perhaps I wasn't insofar as I thought that I was. ((Also, before I react, she is keeping an eye on Illvringer, right? I need to know how he'd react.))

[[No, don't worry. I forget, and remember. Anyway, that is what I intended to say, that it only effected his body. Yes, she is keeping an eye on him, but she is very subtle and dangerous about it. ]]]

Matasoga's arcanely scarred eye flicked imperceptibly to hear and away, again. He made sure to continue to stay slumped over, appearing defeated and avoid any appearance of alertness. Though it took him nearly a full minute to be certain, she was indeed watching him... But she knew what it was like to have hunger like his. Your meal consumed you while you consumed it. It dominated your being, and every bit of your attention. He still ate every chance he got, for though the ring he wore eliminated the need, the same was not true of the desire. He could wait her out, as long as it took. It was all just a matter of caution, patience, and time. He had a great deal of both.

Eevie managed to spin her trap in such a tight time zone, and when she did, she made her way onto the web above where she had sent Illvringer a curious, assessing glance with her large luminescent, and very inhuman eyes. The skittering above was the only sound at the moment, as she did not seek to open conversation herself, with her hunger so upset as it was.

Illvringer continued to sit, still and seemingly unthinking but his mind was racing. The fact was that he was inhumanly dexterous. Even for a halfling and a ghoul. He would probably be able to slip out of it, but he would need at least a few solid seconds unobserved, and that was something that she wasn't giving him. The only magic that he had access to without the use of his hands was stinking cloud, and that wasn't actually meant for obscuring vision, though it might would towards that end. He knew that he'd only have one chance at it, though, so it was best that he continue to bide his time and wait for an opening. Undead as he was, time was the only thing that was always on his side.
