Taavi chirped her head tilting and jaw dropping as the boy spoke HER language. She chirped a horrendous bunch now, in draconic it was mostly a spattering of words strung together that made no sense. She was hyper and didn't even know where to begin in the talking.
Saedah was use to her dragon being this way, hyper chittering away despite her having no idea what she was saying. But was it wrong of her to like being in Geia's arms? To wish he'd never let go of her? To call him mo...wait. No Lucrecia was her mother figure right?
Swallowing she bobbed her head trying to ignore the frantic chirps and chitter from her dragon to focus on the class. Focus. She just had to pop, a shudder went down her spine, another balloon. Wait...wasn't it two of them?
Still she reached for a balloon and Taavi finally went quiet hiding behind Geia as if he was the best shield in the world. Slowly the girl wrapped herself around the balloon, she closed her eyes. It wasn't a balloon it was her stuffed toy, and she was giving it a hug. She tightened her hold on the balloon but it didn't pop.
A BIG hug. Yes she wass giving it a gigantic hu....
POP
She felt her entire body stiffen as the balloon made that awful sound and winced a bit at the pain. She opened her eyes to reveal tattered remains of the balloon.

Ligeia found himself starring at the brightly colored dragoness as she started to speak in a racing jumble of words that had his eyes going a little wide. He could make out a little bit of it, words here and there, but she was so excited that it was a little hard to make out what it was that she might be trying to tell him. He starred at her for a moment then chuckled, "Your a cute little thing, aren't you?" He asked of her in her language since it seemed that talking to her like this was what was making her so excited.
He turned his attention back to Saedah then, watching the manner in which she wrapped herself around one of the balloons, "Your doing very good, Saedah." He praised the girl as she tangled up one of the balloons and then set to squeezing it. He watched the brightly colored party favor strained under the weight and power of her tail before it suddenly burst, causing Saedah to jump, "There you go! Good job, Saedah!" He said, giving a clap of his hands, hoping that if she were praised and cheered on that she would be able to get through this without passing out again.
It would seem Orpheus was thinking the same thing since when Geia clapped the red haired teacher did the same, "Ligeia is right, Saedah, your doing very well. You have only one more to do and I would hope that you at least consider practicing the skill in the future." He said, he knew that she might end up like Geia, might end up not liking the idea of using such skills that could be dangerous, but one never knew when such things would be needed. He could only hope that she never had to entangle anymore then a balloon.
"One more Saedah! I know you can do it!" Geia said in an encouraging voice, wanting to help her to get through the popping of the last balloon.

The poor little snake girl looked absolutely miserable, like she was attempting to hold back tears. Rubbing her arms as if she was chilled she looked a bit surprised at the praise. Really it was so silly, popping balloons...anyone else could do this without a bat of the eye but oh no not her....this was positively terrifying.
Still she felt a little better at the kind words and Gewa's encouraging words, taking a breath she nodded her head and then went to wrap herself around the last balloon. With one last look to her teacher as if hoping he'd tell her she didn't have to she tightened her hold on it. She wanted to make her father proud and Gewa proud as well.
Taavi who had been distracted by Ligeia suddenly seemed to blush as if completely caught off guard by his earlier words to her. Her? Cute? She gave a chirp and went quiet for a moment before rubbing her head up against the boy quite happily.
Saedah managed it, with another squeeze she felt the balloon burst before her strength. Shivering badly she clutched her arms as if she was freezing to death.

When the final balloon burst, and poor Saedah was left shaking like a leaf the owl boy took a step forward, wrapping his arms around her, and hugged her tightly to him, "There we go, good job Saedah, you did really good!" He said, praising her in the same manner that any parent would their child, something that made Orpheus shake his head. There were days his son made him wonder... he was going to make a good Mommy someday he thought before he stepped forward.
"Alright Saedah, you did what was required of you, popped the needed amount of balloons, and without one... hiccup. I am quite impressed." He told her, "Its a very difficult thing to stand up against something that your afraid of, Saedah. I am sure that your quite unhappy with me but keep in mind that when you think about this class, how strong you were. Isn't that right, Ligeia?" He looked at his son who was snuggling the snake girl.
Geia gave a smile and a nod of his head, "Hes very right! You were scared over the first balloon enough to faint but you came back and stood strong against the second and third." He said, giving a smile, "Its something to be proud of and I am sure your Father will be impress."

When she felt Geia's arms wrap around her she clung to him desperately she had wanted to break down and cry but hearing their words made her realize she had been very brave...in fact..the balloons didn't scare her that much anymore. Sorta.
"T...tha..thank you.." She managed to whisper to Geia her face blushing slightly as she realized that how good Gewa smelt. Her small arms wrapped around him tighter before she finally managed to let go. Looking up at him her eyes were a tiny bit damp but nothing serious.
"S..so..I passed?" The snake girl asked as she half turned to look Orpheus sama over.
Taavi seeing how brave her girl was growled lightly at a balloon and swatted at it with her tail it floated away from her and in a much Pluto like stance puffed herself up with pride and pranced about.

Orpheus gave a nod of his head and gave a smile, "Yes, you passed. I am glad that you stuck with it Saedah, I am quite impressed. Now if you, your dragoness, and Geia want to play around in the classroom for a bit I am going to see about cleaning up the balloons. If not Geia is more then welcome to walk you back to your place if you want." He would leave it up to the three of them to decide what they wanted to do while he picked up the popped balloon mess and took notes on how the class had went for the higher ups.
