Description: The Phoenix's Talon

A rather simple blade to most, none would suspect that it is a unique blade which draws upon the chakra of the user, to awaken its innate abilities. Primarily, it seems normal, as the chakra awakens the sleeping beast of the blade. Primarily, it seems to run with sharpening. However, as the chakra utilized begins to expand and grow, it takes on the nature of a fire. In the end, the blade ends up as a source of trauma, cauterizing the numerous wounds it inflicts.

[10 Chakra Consumed] - The blade begins to sharpen, with the force of nature permeating from its blade.

[20 Chakra Consumed] - The blade takes on the apparent glow of the user's chakra, as it begins to awaken. The chakra rotates, creating something akin to a chainsaw.

[40 Chakra Consumed] - The glow begins to fade into something more... Embers dance about the edge of the blade, causing minor burns when it strikes.

[80 Chakra Consumed] - The embers spark up into a flame occasionally, causing a spontaneity that most won't expect with a blade. Burst of fire, which one will learn quickly that these create second degree burns.

[160 Chakra Consumed] - No longer does the blade sputter with the fires of youth. The blade itself burns brightly, a blade of the fiery one. At this point, wounds it inflicts cauterize swiftly, causing consistent agony, rather than simple bleeding.

[200+ Chakra Consumed] - After much cost, the user finds that there's an odd change in the blade. Despite having the same effects as the previous stage in awakening, the blade resembles feathers of varying colors (often determined by the users secondary chakra element). The effect isn't quite important so much as what it signifies; The Phoenix's Talon has awakened. Should the blade find itself broken, a C ranked pulse of chakra into the blade can coax a rebirth of steel.

Description:
The blade has been passed down through the family to the first born male. From his father to son in that line. The blade is said to be the treasure of the family of ninja that have been known to be reliable Chuunin to Jonin. Mizukami is also passed down to the Son that is a Genin and when he marries and has a son. He is to pass it to him when the time is right.

The Blade it's self is made a of a less metal than most making it slightly lighter and easier to wield. In terms letting the user do a bit more motion free and able to swing and slash the blade faster. But because of the less material if one with a heavier blade slashed at it, it could break or chip it. Which in terms could weaken or damage the blade.

Ability Summary:
• Blocks Water Jutsu Slightly Better
• Condenses Water Around User More Effectively
• Absorbs Water To Produce Small Amount of Chakra
• Can Produce Water When Chakra Is Flowing From User To Blade

But, for the water to chakra ability, would you be able to give a base amount of water which would be converted into a certain chakra number? =/
Like... a cup of water regenerates 5 chakra, or something.

- Weapon: Elbow blades, Katsumi’s weapons were built around the concept of dual-weapon usage, with special emphasis that while bladed, the weapons themselves are not actual extremely durable and sharp as a razor. They are usually on Katsumi's person or mounted on his back. When mounted on his person they are usually concealed under his longs sleeves. His are uniquely designed allowing him to shift the blades pointing outwards at his wrists. Such occurs as he pulls a series of eclipsed switches on the weapons.

~~Fighting style: Wind dance. With his elbow blades Katsumi is a close-range character who fights with his trademark wind dancing attacks. His battle style heavily relies on seemingly quick and random strikes all around the opponent at awkward angels. His special stances place him in position to make wild acrobatics to easily overwhelm the opponent. In addition his special stances combined with his strategic maneuverability also allow him to use his opponents force against them depending on the type of attack.

Description: The Setsuna was built for Ash's unique style of swordplay, which mixes his natural feral ferocity with the style of a samurai. Simply, it coats the blade with the user's natural primary elements (Which exclude Medical, Neutral, the obvious, but includes combinations like Snow, Wood, Iron Sand, etc). The creation was done with metals which when smelted together made the blade both extremely durable and surprisingly light.

Ability Summary:
• Elemental Blade - Coats the blade with a fiery aura, causing addition damage in the forms of heat burns when it makes contact with something.
~ Forming the Elemental Blade is like using a C-ranked jutsu, but stays active through the entire fight in question.
~ Because of the nature of the weapon, the blade is completely fireproof, and due to the materials used in its forging, is very lightweight.
