Vambre’s dark eyes glitter with amusement as he slinks forward, crawling up onto the mattress with feline grace as though the move is practiced and familiar; the cigarette in the corner of his mouth dribbles ash on the blanket but the Slytherin does not seem to pay it mind. “Now who said we NEED something, professor?” he croons.

*Watches Vambre bored, tilting his head like a tired, annoyed feline*
I know how you three work. You might just want mindless sex, but those two are a few grades higher in intelligence than you are, Vambre...
I'm really not as washed up as everyone would like to think...
*Sits forward suddenly and grabs the teen's chin, glowering at him as he leans closer*
I'm wanting a better sign of loyalty than a willing ********... If they decide to truly investigate my well-being my job could be on the line.. You already know how strict Snape is becoming with certain things.

"Snape is becoming a problem." Fred said thoughtfully, his tone unchanged at Theo's challenge. " His motivations are... unclear, sometimes nonsensical. He seems to want to protect our kind and yet Hogwarts keeps changing against us and more in favour of inter-relations with muggle culture. His choices as headmaster are leaving this school to stagnate in... filth and ignorance. He gives the populace too much, sacrifices too much of the school and its integrity for reasons that have no real working goal or purpose."
Fred paused to take a drag and gather his thoughts further. "The last thing we would want is to bring you to further negative attention, especially if we were to want to implement you as the new headmaster. Or someone more favourable to our politics, if you were unwilling. And loyalty, well our thoughs on proof would differ, however..... there are certain things, secrets, that might be given out of loyalty... and friendship. At least in my case."
