Rizzi-Chan uh whats that???? Quvi Rizzi-Chan how do you do blinki art??? Sorry for the late response. I did it in flash. Adobe Flash, its an animation software from the creators of photoshop, illustrator, etc. http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/

I should take more time with things :/ I dunno if this was just a warm up or something but the perspective (foreshortening) doesn't appear correct, could just be an odd position or something though, and the overall proportions are odd also, but that could just be that you're not using a reference
