Chuppi was watching everything unfold...when she caught a cymbal to the stomach. wincing in pain and coughing a bit she dropped the microphone from her hand and watched it roll away. When she finally caught back up to it and tried to screech into it she didn't notice that it had been turned off!
That meant the screech she heard only echoed in her ears. Merde!

A whack from Belladonna's guitar had sent her reeling back and her arm throbbed, was it broken? Sin had taken some hits and boy was she feeling them, still she hadn't lost the fight in her! She took her other drumstick and flung it at the Amigo's, let them feel her Amor. She cringed as the drumstick hit it's mark and then bounced back. Wood and bone splintered and showered them in tiny slivers, those would be a pain to get out. She looked to her fellow band members with narrowed eyes, her gaze said one thing FINISH THEM. Boy who knew that a succubus could have such a fierce competitive streak?
Sin's damage to Amigos de Amor: 7 damage!

This battle was getting intense and both team's hit points were getting lower and lower. Swinging around this heavy guitar was starting to get to Alcie but she still had a little more in her to do a little more damage. She hated the fact that she was confined to just the guitar to attack; it was so restricting and demons weren't exactly the most physically adept race. Clenching her guitar once again, the water demon moved towards Belladonna and she swung with all of her strength at the reaper. Phew! That would do some damage to her!
Alcie's damage to Amigos de Amor: 11 - 4 damage! = 7 hp
Howling Harlot's Total HP: 12 hp

He tried, and maybe the fact he kept trying to redeem himself for his team only made matters worse. He crawled up from his drums, growing more frustrated with his poor preformance. This was it. He was going to win this. Adjusting his sombraro, he narrowed his eyes on the entire opposing team and grabbed the biggest drum he had.
With a large heave, he hurled the drum before it landed with a crash. He whinnied with excitement to see some damage done, but he isntalty went still and silent when he noticed the reprecussions for his actions. He knocked over the OTHER teams drums and all of them were jumping and rolling at his team. All he could do was throw what he had left over, which was one small instrument stand and the last cymbal he had - all of which just bounced off the rolling drums.
And in one swoop, the drums collided into Amigos De Amor.
Calder's Damage to Howling Harlots: 12 -5 = 7hp
Amigos de Amor HP: 7hp - 8 = KO

Chuppi had been trying to turn the microphone back on when she thought she heard the sound of drums. The odd little phrase "can you hear the drums Fernando" was the last thing that ran through her mind before one of the drum pieces contact with her head.
Falling over (and almost off the stage) Chuppi was knocked unconscious by the actions of her own team, though she wouldn't begrudge her friend. He was hurt too, so maybe when she woke up they could go to the nurse together?
". . . . . . buenos. . . . noches . . . . ."

One decent attack only warranted one from the opposing team and Belladonna was hit with a guitar by a pretty blue girl. Ouch! That really hurt!
She cried out, stumbling backwards and throwing up her own guitar in a way that would hopefully protect her if anyone were to attack her again. But no guitar would protect her teammates and she saw a drum piece smash into Chuppi's head. Though she screamed at the turn of events, dropping her guitar and dashing over to catch the chupacabra before she toppled off the stage, another piece of the drum crashed into the witch.
The air was knocked from her lungs and she tripped over a forgotten drum stick-- What a cute thing! It was such a good idea to get cattails for Calder!-- and she fell to the ground. That hit from the blue girl's guitar had really done a number on her and she was feeling pretty dizzy.
Maybe it was best just to lie here for a little while and watch the whole world go black.

"IT LOOKS LIKE HOWLING HARLOTS HAS DOMINATED THIS STAGE! Let's give them a hurrah, a congrats, and well, wish Amigos de Amor the best. Amigos, you put on a good show, but it looks like your band career is over, at least for now. Howling Harlots you put on a brave front, and you will be advancing to the semi-finals. Let's hear you rock it on in the semifinals challenge soon!
