At that, a grin spread over the strawberry child's face. "Sure!" he agreed instantly. He really did like to cook. And though Nash could cook too, his guardian was a bit more concerned only with cooking basically the same things without much variation. Ceinlys ... Ceinlys liked to experiment.
"What kind of things do you like?" he asked, scooting a little closer.

Nani paused in thought at that, still lying on his back and sort of half-staring up at the ceiling. His tail twitch-twitched lazily as his mind whirred.
"Nani likes sweet things." he said, with a soft nod. "Nani likes cakes... and pies with no crusts... and... and chocolate... and sweetbreads."
He smiled over at the other boy, and rolled onto his side, arms under him, just like a giant kitty cat looming over its own paws.
"Nani thinks he would like to help Princess cook some time. Would Princess want Nani to do that?"
