At first, I was telling Rock to sue as a joke.
But then I learned that the driver of the car was drunk.
Now I'm all for suing the pants off the dumbass.

Everyone is telling me to sue in real life as well. I actually found a lawyer he said that i can sue and have a good chance of winning. Talking to a judge. Says maybe it will be in December. I don't know how much money I'm going to get though.

Okay I just found out what I get if I do win. 1. A billy Mays Cardboard cutout 2.A masturbating machine 3. An NES 4.A mini fridge 5. Money$
That's not all of it and I'm scared to see more. I can go with the NES and the money and maybe even the mini fridge but the first two are just freaky.

if he has insurance then he has to have third party liability which normally starts around one million, you have pain and suffering, broken damage, loss of mobility, probable pain for the rest of your life and have developed a phobia of cars...you are now set for life.

The car phobia thing can come back to bite him in the a** if he's found driving, riding in, or standing near a car at any time.
He'd have to attend at least a month of therapy after making that claim in order to have plausible deniability.

given that the driver was drunk I would say your chances of winning a massive settlement or ruling are in the upper 90% so not suing would be a really bad mistake.

Going to court on December 12. It's official. Also I may have to go to therapy because now everytime I see a car I see a mad face that is going to headbutt my balls.
