Awesome, right?
The Progfox appears as a Blue Noise symbol, but I forget the day and week, so you'll just have to check the wikia.

Week two, and when I first got into TWEWY that boss was hard. I believe it appears on the day that Joshua gets his phone upgraded and it's on the bridge before Cat Street.

But can only be battled AFTER you beat the main storyline.

So, basically an Ecchi Sephiroth with a gun? Love it.
