IC Appearance: Personality: Playful and bitingly sarcastic, Kimest can be difficult to get close to. It certainly doesn't help that, despite being a member of the Xa'los pack, she's still a lone-wolf sort, and keeps most of her secrets, and her thoughts, to herself. However, she can be quite playful, in a mischievous, slightly malicious way, and will sometimes go out of her way to tease someone to the point of irritation.
Despite this sadistic streak, though, Kimest would never do anything to actually harm any of her packmates. Whatever her flaws might be, she is extremely loyal to them, and would lay down her life without a second thought if it meant protecting one of her family. Still, her motives can be a bit difficult to understand, sometimes to the point of being questionable. And though you can count on her to have your back in a fight or a hunt, you should never trust Kimest not to lie, or, at the very least, leave parts of the truth out.History: Most Ikal do not know much about Kimest's past, even her packmates. It's common knowledge that she was a lone before coming to Xa'los, but other than that, the rest is mostly a mystery. It's not so much that she has any secrets to keep so much as she has no desire to share it. Kimest lives very much in the moment, and the past, however much it might or might not shape someone, has never really interested her too much. But even so, these are the facts of her life before Xa'los:
Kimest was raised by a lone rogue wolf-- an older male who no longer had a pack of his own. It's always been Kimest's theory that he was, at some point, an Alpha. Whatever might or might not have happened, though, she never knew.
The male rogue raised her as her own, but she never really knew much about him, despite the fact that they had a very strong emotional bond. He taught her to hunt as a lone wolf, how to be stealthy, and quick, and how to use her sharp wit to the best of her advantage. In short, he taught her how to survive.
When Kimest was still an adolescent, but big enough to hunt on her own, the wolf disappeared. One night, he simply did not come home to their den. Kimest does not know if he abandoned her, was killed, or simply died of old age. Despite her attempts at trying to search for him, she never found any trace, and has since given up long ago. His disappearance didn't change her love for him, but neither did it, in the end, stop her from seeking out her own way in life.Mating Preference: Bi. She'd lifemate with either a male or female, if one caught her interest enough.Pack: Xa'losParents: n/aOffspring: none ;u;

IC Appearance: Verxila's physical appearance alone would be offputting to most any creature, even other Ikal'daka. She is unnaturally long of body and limb, and yet moves with an alien grace that is haunting, if a bit unsettling, to behold. Her movements are as quick as a viper, and her steps as silent as a shadow. She seems to have little trouble blending into her surroundings, especially in the thicker, darker forests where the long, deep shadows of the trees enable her to hide.
Her pelt also gives off a constant stream of shadow-like vapors, hat twist and curl, and help to obscure her shape in dark places. Even her spines are twisted and curved unnaturally, and when she opens her mouth to speak, or to smile, her teeth are as jet black and shiny as her spines and her claws-- even her gums and tongue are black. All in all, she is a rather creepy Ikal'daka.Personality:
Combine her appearance with an almost casual sense of malevolent humor, and you have a wolf that very few would want to mess with.
Though a loner, most of the time, she seems to have a thirst for power, and especially enjoys goading others to do her will for her. In this way, she can be extremely manipulative, for, despite her offputting appearance, Verxila can be extremely charming and charismatic should the moment call for it.
She is an excellent liar, and feels very little, if any, remorse or guilt for whatever actions she may take. Because of this, Verxila would have no problem killing another Ikal if it was required-- but that doesn't mean that she's a wanton murderer, either.
If she has any room for love, or even affection, in her heart, it would be for her children. Being of her blood, she naturally sees them as an extension of herself, and to reject oneself is, essentially, impossible-- except to die. Though whether this can be called true 'love' or not is difficult to say, as Verxila does not tend to act in a manner any doting or loving parent would with her offspring. Rather, she is demanding and expectant of them, and should they please her and earn her praise, that, she thinks, is comfort enough.History: Verxila's history is a mystery. She seems to have no memory as to who her parents were, and very little of her childhood. To her, it's almost as if she simply appeared in the world one day. Perhaps she did-- and then again, perhaps not. There's no one to say what happened, and Verxila is not very concerned about it, in any case.Mating Preference: ???. She's pretty much uninterested, but she'll mate with a male to produce offspring in the event that she wants more followers or something. Not open to lifemating.Pack: None, but she might start one beginning with her offspring and their mates.Parents: n/aOffspring: [NOCTIS]: Faceless (M), Out of Sight (F), Thanatos (M), Anulan (M), Ha'Zaqar (M)
