It would seem that Draze still has enough wherewithal to block the Fisherman Suplex, but there was more than one way to skin a cat. Keeping Draze's leg hooked, Major Devastation would quickly try to switch his failed suplex attempt into an attempt at a Thrust Spinebuster.

((Could one of you guys refresh my memory as to how soon in a match pinfall attempts are acceptable? I could have sworn I saw something about it around here somewhere, but can't find it for the life of me...))

With Draze appearing to be out of the equation, at least for the moment anyway, Major Devastation turned around to deal with Harli...just in time to get blasted in the jaw with a haymaker. The stiff shot staggered him enough to knock him off of his feet and directly onto Draze's prone form with his arm draped across the shoulders of the Dragon's Haze.

Major Devastation got dragged off of Draze before the ref could get into position to start counting. While Harli was dragging the Major off of his partner, the big Texan would use his free leg to try to drive the heel of his boot into the Aussie's kneecap.

Major Devastation took a few moments to rest and make sure his jaw wasn't broken before trying to get back to his feet and follow up on his last attack by attempting to stomp on the side of the knee Harli is clutching.

Major Devastation used the opening created by the knee stomp to try and make his way to the opposite side of the ring to get some distance between him and his opponents. He knew that it would be too risky to keep pressing the attack at the moment, especially with the odds currently against him. He could have tried to go for a submission attempt on the Outback Attack, but Draze had likely already recovered enough from the hard spinebuster earlier to re-enter the match by this point.

Since the chances of his partner actually showing up were currently looking somewhere between slim and none, the big Texan figured that his only two options were to either grab some hardware from beneath the ring and hope that he could drop one of his two opponents long enough to eliminate one of them (although even the thought of that left a bad taste in his mouth), or to stick to hit and run tactics and try to keep things one-on-one as much as possible.

Once again the native of the Alamo City found himself on the receiving end of a chop block. He hit the ground with a thud and promptly began trying to shield his hurt knee.

The Master of Disaster didn't see the flipping leg drop coming, and had the wind knocked out of him. He rolled to his side while hacking and wheezing and trying to catch his breath.
