Tarot looked puzzled. How long had it been around? What that like how old it was? No way she could count that high yet! "Dunno," she answered, honest. "But i's very quiet 'n' stuff." She looked around at all the stone statues that surrounded them, and at the gems in the case. "I's about as ol' as them, maybe older!" She giggled a little. "It used ta be muuuch bigger, bu' th' wa'er kep' takin' bits of it away."

Seidh waited patiently once more for Tarot’s answer, blinking a bit when she uttered that she didn’t know and gave a small nod of her head. It was a quiet rock, eh? That was alright, she could understand not wanting to be talkative. When the smaller girl looked around at the statues Seidh did the same, glancing about at them curiously before looking quite awed at the answer.
She couldn’t count that high yet either, but woah! To be as old as the stuff in the museum was interesting! She nodded her head excitedly in response. “Now it can fit in your palm. That is a long journey.” She commented thoughtfully.

"Spent mos' of it's time travelin' in th' water," she said in agreement, tucking the rock back into her pocket. There wasn't really much to add it what she'd said, the quartz piece had a very uncomplicated past. She didn't even understand half the stuff most of the giant rocks threw at her!
Tarot waited patiently to see if Seidh had any more questions about the rocks around them. Goodness knows, there were plenty to chose from! She hoped Seidh would pick one in an obsecure corner though, so those grumpy adults that got finicky when she touched things wouldn't come after her.

“What an interesting place to be all the time…” Seidh thought about it briefly, wondering what it could be like to be a rock and sitting in a …creek? A river? An ocean? Huh, maybe she’d just have to watch more Discovery Channel then!
The girl watched as Tarot put the quartz into her pocket and then seemed to be waiting on her. Seidh blinked a bit as she glanced back to see her mother and her brother looking at some more things a ways away still and then turned her attention back to Tarot who was still there. Maybe she wanted to hang out with her still? That was neat!
“What would you like to go see?” The girl questioned curiously, fully intent upon following the smaller girl (as long as it wasn’t too far away from her mother).

What else did she want to see? Wasn't that Seidh's job? Older people were so odd......
"Are th're any other pretty rocks," she asked the older girl, wondering if there was anything she had missed in her wanderings. The building was pretty big, so the chances were pretty good.

At Tarot’s question a finger came up to her chin as Seidh looked thoughtful for a long moment.
Any other pretty rocks, huh? The girl looked around at where they were at before suddenly focusing on an obscure corner nearby. Oh…that looked interesting, and she hadn’t been that way before, and it was still within sight of her mother, perfect! Seidh pointed to the obscure corner before turning her attention back to the smaller girl. “How about there?”

Tarot looked in the direction Seidh was pointing, at a grouping of small statues. The one that was most prominently in the front looked like a person kneeling. Maybe a guy? It was hard to tell with some of this stuff. Tarot wandered over, one fist lightly holding one of Seidh's hands so people wouldn't think she was wondering around alone. "I's not very much." Old was obvious, everything in here was old. And important. She shrugged. "I's supposed t' be f'r someone impor'ant."

It looked very interesting to Seidh! Sculptures that were in the shape of people were very intriguing indeed. It was very interesting to the girl to see what people looked like way back when.
The girl looked a bit surprised when Tarot held onto one of her hands, but she didn’t mind at all as she lightly held her hand in return. As far as Seidh knew, Tarot just wanted to do that and she didn’t mind that at all. She examined the statues as they came close enough and listened to Tarot’s words with a bit of an “oh” expression. “Are these rocks talking to you, too?” She questioned curiously.

"'S not really pict'res," Tarot said, tiny face crumpling into a thoughtful frown. "'S like being th' rock. Rocks don' see like we do," she confided to Seidh as though imparting a major secret. "I's hard to 'splain it so it so you unnerstand."

Seidh had her face turned towards Tarot, her mouth for the time being, seemingly stuck in a “oh” shape. The girl seemed to understand the ‘seriousness’ of the words that the smaller girl was imparting to her and she felt rather privileged! “…Oh…okay…” She replied softly after a moment, turning her gaze back to the kneeling man rock and staring at it for a long while. She wondered what it was like to be sitting in this museum for a moment, away from the world in which it was created and 'lived' for a good long while before being brought here.
After a moment the violet haired girl suddenly announced, “I wish I had a talent like yours.”

Tarot's grip in Seidh's hand tightened just a little, but she didn't respond. Half the time she wasn't sure she wanted this talent. Everyone was always saying how special it was, and how amazing it would be to do stuff like that. But most of the time is was simply disorienting. How annoying, not being able to go near really old stuff because she got bombarded with feelings not her own. Also annoying were the flashes of pictures of things that might be, but rarely happened.
"'S not that fun all th' time," she muttered. Tarot turned her face up to Seidh. "'M bored with this one. C'n we look at somethin' else?"

Seidh turned her black gaze back to Tarot when the smaller girl tightened her grip, looking over her expression and frowning softly. Tarot didn’t seem all that…happy. Did she say something wrong? The lilac haired girl fretted to herself, a brow raising as Tarot then stated that it wasn’t that fun all the time. “It….it isn’t?” She questioned after a moment before giving a small nod of her head when asked if they could look at something else.
“A..alright! You can pick.” She murmured to the smaller girl, content to let her lead the way and pick what they looked at next.

Tarot looked around the room, and soon found something that seemed quite harmless. She led Seidh along to look at some old pottery, pretty enough things that were common enough that they never held much energy.
"How'd they make all tha' stuff," she inquired of Seidh, staring at an elaborated curved vase. It was so delicate-looking, with it's graceful curves. The paint was faded and it was chipped in places, but the artwork adorning the sides was still clear and beautifully detailed.
