Annalee considers herself a skilled healer. Whenever someone is hurt or ill, she always has a home remedy to offer them. Usually her remedies are made up of various herbs and berries, but they can contain plenty of odd ingredients too, and it is hard to say if any of them actually work. She also tends to be motherly, often fretting over the well-being and happiness of others, especially small or young Zunes. She can be a bit of a worrywart at times and it can take a lot of patience to comfort her once she gets worked up. Annalee can be judgmental as well. Though she gives everyone a chance, if she disapproves of someone's behaviour or appearance, she will loudly proclaim her disgust and then try to change how they look or act. If that doesn't work, she may resign herself to glaring at them from across the room. Still, Annalee would offer her very enemies some help if they were in trouble.

Digda is perfectly suited for her favourite activity: digging. She loves nothing as much as plunging her claws into the soft earth and extending the great network of tunnels that she has created. Evidently, she is comfortable in the dark and she doesn't mind getting dirty. On the other hand, she finds life above ground a bit overwhelming. Digda is extremely near-sighted and sensitive to light, so she has trouble getting around outside of her cozy tunnels. She is also clumsy, as she tends to trip on her long, spade-like claws.
Usually, Digda is afraid of other Zunes, especially full-sized ones. She thinks that others are strange and that worries her. But, once she gets to know someone better, she becomes more friendly and curious.

Sweet little Winnipeg seems to be the picture of innocence. She is happy-go-lucky, curious, and she finds joy in even the simplest of new things. She loves flowers and pretty things, while ghosts, shadows, and demons terrify her. But underneath her cheerful smile, Winnipeg is a bear with a temper. If something doesn't go her way, or if she doesn't get something she wants, she will scream and cry until someone gives in to her demands. Winnipeg can also be a monster if she hasn't had honey or something sugary for a while. She gets moody and surly very quickly, and if someone ever touches her sweets, they will feel the wrath of a very angry little Zune. Winnipeg doesn't like healthy foods, either. She will shun anyone who tries to make her eat healthy stuff instead of her beloved junk food.

Happy thinks she is a fabulous hunter. She likes to slink around after prey like a cat until she is close enough to pounce, bite, and dig her claws into her quarry. But, she has no idea what to do once she has caught something, so she tends to let her targets go. Happy isn't the brightest lightbulb in the room and she has trouble telling friends from foes, even if she has met someone before. It is difficult to predict what she will do at any given time. On good days, she will be boisterous, loud, affectionate, and friendly to everyone around her, though others will have to beware of her painful love bites. Happy is playful and curious when she is cheerful, so she may stick her nose where it doesn't belong.
On bad days, Happy is surly and skittish. She won't trust anyone and she will hide, fluffing up her fur as she flees. Happy acts without thinking, and she is completely at the mercy of her instincts and her wildly changing moods.

Wyaff is an odd little Zune who likes to squawk and chirp like a bird from his home in the trees. He uses his sharp claws to climb trees and he will stay there as long as possible, travelling by hopping from branch to branch. Since he is friendly, Wyaff might follow others around while chirping cheerful songs for all to hear. He is also attracted by shiny things, which he likes to collect and stash away in random nooks and crannies. It doesn't matter whether it is worthless, like a scrap of tin foil, or expensive, like a diamond; Wyaff will take things as long as they sparkle. He is often responsible for missing valuables, but if someone is upset about something he has taken, he will happily give it back. He doesn't like seeing anyone get angry or upset, so he will try to make peace whenever he can. Sometimes, Wyaff will give his shinies to other Zunes in a gesture of kindness. He may even speak, but he prefers to make the sounds of birds so much that he occasionally forgets how. His vocabulary is very limited, so he tends to speak like a child.

Roxanne is an observant Zune who likes to solve mysteries and do research to figure out the solutions to any problem she may come across. She is a very curious and determined reporter who works hard to get her stories, and to get down to the real truth. She's quite enthusiastic about her job and she isn't afraid to go into dangerous places to gather her own information. Hardly anything frightens Roxanne since she has seen and done a lot of difficult things in her lifetime. Roxanne tends to be a bit of a cynic as well, and she will point out the the flaws in the thinking of others. She can also be sarcastic, but she only says snarky things for amusement, not to hurt anyone's feelings. Although she likes to do things on her own, she is a friendly Zune who doesn't mind interacting with others. She has a good sense of humour and loves to laugh. But, she is prone to hiding her real feelings. If she is in trouble, Roxanne often waits until the last minute to ask for help. Nepeta likes to sneak around, pretending that she is a predatory feline. She prefers to live outdoors in her personal cave that she has decorated with the pelts of various animals and painted with mixtures of their blood. However, she is one of the friendliest Zunes someone could ever meet, despite her solitary and wild existence. She is playful and kind to everyone, and she tends to behave in a cat-like manner whenever she is in a good mood. She even uses a lot of cat and animal puns in her speech. Curious by nature, Nepeta also tends to get into things, which can cause trouble for herself and for others. She doesn't like being told what to do, either. Once she gets an idea into her head, she stubbornly refuses to change her mind, unless a really good friend can convince her to think about something else. Nepeta tends to be a hopeless romantic as well, and she keeps records of her friends and tries to predict who might fall in love with who.
Her naivete and eccentricities were partially caused by being raised by her familiar, Pounce de Leon.

At first, Coral seems very scatterbrained and disorganized. Her home is usually a mess of papers and miscellaneous objects, and she seems to be easily distracted. It's hard to get her to pay attention to anything. But, everything Coral needs is easily found in her clutter, and once she is focused on something, she tends to stay focused. Coral is fascinated by nature and likes to collect and categorize all the interesting rocks, twigs, leaves, and shells she finds lying around. She spends a lot of time caring for her collection and finding new things to add to it.
Around other Zunes, Coral can be overly excitable. She tends to speak loudly, quickly, and enthusiastically about everything. She also likes to experience new things, and if another Zune has an interesting hobby, she almost always wants to try it too. Coral likes to study others like she studies her collection, so she doesn't tend to judge anyone for being different. While she isn't the nastiest demonic Zune out there, Blythe has a horrible attitude and a bad temper to go with it. She is extremely pessimistic and opinionated, and if anyone says something she doesn't agree with, she is quick to snap. Her anger never seems to go away, as if it is always bubbling just beneath the surface of all her other feelings. On top of that, Blythe tends to take everything as a personal insult, which makes her very confrontational as well. She isn't afraid to get into a fight over the simplest of misunderstandings. Blythe is also rebellious and she doesn't like to follow anyone's rules. To her, rules are just guidelines and only the weak-minded ever listen to them. Usually, Blythe only gets along with Zunes who think the same way as she does. Rebels, misfits, and others who don't quite fit into a group interest her, because she doesn't feel like she belongs anywhere, either. The tougher and cruel a Zune is, the more she will like them, even if they don't return the same fondness. Since Blythe is independent and strong, she likes to feel the thrill of having companions who are the same way, even if there is a risk that they may turn on her.

A.L.A.N.I.S. stands for Artificial Lifeform Assembled for Nocturnal Infiltration and Sabotage, and she tends to take her programming seriously. Once she has a goal in mind, she won't give up until she succeeds. But, when she has no specific instructions, her thoughts can drift. She is a faulty machine, both on the outside and in her internal software. A glitch has given her almost life-like emotions, but she dislikes them and she tries to understand why other Zunes have them, in case the knowledge gives her a clue about disabling her own. Usually, she is indifferent to other Zunes and she only speaks to them during her search for information. While she wouldn't harm them unless they got too close, she wouldn't help them in times of trouble, either. The only time she is a serious danger is when her software glitches overcome her ability to think logically. She will be completely at the mercy of her sporadic emotions, and if she gets angry, she will become ruthless and violent. Alanis has many tools at her disposal that could do a lot of damage to anyone who gets in her way. On the other hand, if the glitch brings sadness, she may turn the weapons on herself instead. After one of these spells, Alanis has trouble returning to a normal, functioning state. Everything she sees and does will be permanently etched into her memory, which brings her a strange sense of guilt.

Alphonse is a sensitive, cautious, and intelligent Zune. He is gentle and quiet, so he chooses what he says carefully and he always tries to be kind and polite. Though he does not possess a bad temper, if Al gets angry, he can be a terrifying force. He sees the world in black and white, which makes him naive and unable to see the shades of gray in a situation. He may jump into a fight in order to protect someone he cares about without learning the full story first. Nonetheless, Alphonse can be a great advice-giver. Sometimes, his childish way of thinking makes him see the simplest solutions to problems. Pain of any kind disturbs him, so he tries to help out others whenever he can. One can never guess what might set off Trigger. Usually, he is friendly with a streak of mischief behind his sly grin. He's a bit of a daredevil, so he will never back away from a challenge, no matter how dangerous it may be. He also doesn't mind taking matters into his own claws and leading the way if something important has to be done. But, with his daring and confident demeanor comes a horrible, unpredictable temper. The first sign of danger is the darkening of his stripes. The blacker they get, the more angry he is, and the more likely that he will burst. He can't control his rage very well and any little comment or inconvenience can set him off. Once he is on one of his rampages, he looses almost all sense of himself. Trigger will become cruel and cold-hearted as his friendliness slips away, even towards loved ones. He wouldn't hesitate to dig his sharp claws into someone's flesh in this state. Trigger will only stop once he is completely exhausted, and he usually feels guilty over what he has done afterwards, especially if he has overreacted to something minor. Trigger is trying to teach himself breathing lessons and other techniques to keep himself calm in order to prevent any unnecessary outbursts.

Silas can be a tricky Zune to understand. He has his own goals and motivations, but it is almost impossible to pry the secrets out of him. Generally, he acts like a gentleman to other Zunes, and treats them with courtesy and respect. But behind his smile, he has nothing but contempt for others. His interactions with other Zunes are just games to prove to himself how superior he is. If someone were to stumble across Silas in the dark of night, they would see a completely different side of him. When he releases his careful emotional control, he is sarcastic and ruthlessly cruel. While he doesn't like to get his own paws dirty, he loves to see others get angry, hurt, and upset. He is delighted by the sight of Zunes and other creatures fighting each other, especially when blood is drawn, so Silas will try his best to manipulate things so that they end badly. At the end of everything, whether Silas fails or succeeds, he will dash off into the night only to reappear when he is the least expected.

Trixie is a showoff to the extreme. She likes to use her low levels of magic to create light shows and other displays just to impress other Zunes. She also likes to brag about herself and makes up stories to tell to anyone who will listen. But, Trixie is also quite clumsy, so she often messes up with a slip of a paw or a slip of the tongue. Trixie tends to break everything that she touches, and the more valuable the object, the more likely she is to accidentally smash it into pieces. When she isn't putting on shows or breaking things, Trixie can be a little bit shy. She thinks that her real self is extremely boring, so she tries to impress other Zunes just for the attention. In reality she isn't very sure of herself and she doesn't think anyone will like her. She is also kind of a hopeless romantic, so she hopes that one day she will accomplish something so amazing that it gets the attention of someone who will fall in love with her. Secretly, Trixie likes to read bad romance stories and pretend that she is one of the leads.

The way Jack gestures wildly and staggers all over the place makes him seem as if he is inebriated most of the time. While he does have a taste for liquor, especially rum, he tends to act unfocused and uncoordinated even when he is completely sober. He also tends to like trouble, since he has the greed and a love of treasure like many other pirates. Usually he relies on his intelligence and quick thinking to get what he wants or to escape unpleasant situations, but he can jump into a fight and win if he has to. Sometimes, it seems like he never plans out his actions, but he does occasionally stop to think about things even though he makes his best decisions on the fly.
Jack isn't very faithful to his companions. He may act like a friend to some, but he will not hesitate to manipulate others to get what he wants, even if it means betraying their trust. He isn't very committed to romantic relationships, either. He likes to chase after and try to charm most females that he meets, though he will get tired of their company and go off and find another very quickly. However, despite his lack of loyalty, Jack has an altruistic streak that stops him from truly harming anyone. If he discovers that he has to hurt someone to get something that he wants, he will usually give it up. Even if he has broken someone's trust, he will come back and save them if they are in danger.
Captain Jack Sparrow has a thing for crazy outfits, so he usually wears a ton of trinkets that he usually acquires on his adventures. His favourite possession is a compass that points the way to anything that he desires.
Treasure, his familiar, acts even more greedy than Jack. The gryphon likes to collect and stash away shinies for Jack and himself.
