Faith laughed,"Well that I can tell you. When I was taking a package for some odd reason they started to chase me, they never bothered us and we never bothered them. My life wasn't simple like yours, when I was four, my mother died of a deadly sickness, my dad was killed in a car crash, and a friend of my mine got shot thats why run, hide, and protect myself from enemys." Faith sat down wating for some reply that Lance would say or maybe run.

Lance didn't know what to say. he had never faced any situation like hers before, so he thought that anything he said might not go over too well.

Lance was quite shocked by Faith's story. he didn't even try to mention that he didn't have a girlfriend at the moment. his flirting would not work on her, it seemed. besides, he was a player, most of the time, and girls like her avoided men like him, generally.

The next day Faith was running threw the back alleys, and bumped into Lance."Oh sorry,Lance I didn't see you there, so why are you in these alleys tonight?"

Lance nodded, then sat on the ground. Faith was his polar opposite. Her life was full of danger and pain, yet she was strong. He was just the popular guy who had respect from everyone, and didn't have much understanding of reality.

"Ow!" Faith pulled out a hand gun, from her back pocket,"oh i forgot to empty that," Faith emptyed the gun without shooting."Sorry, had to take a gun just in case." Faith felt really ackward for having a gun with her. "So aren't you supposed to be home cause its like 8:00pm?"

Lance smiled and nodded, grabbing Faith's hand in his. After seeing her on the rooftops, he was excited to experience that sort of thing for himself.

"Cool! I will take you the easy way up, follow me!" Faith ran and jumped onto a ladder, when she got on top of the building she pulled Lance up."Okay only up one more ladder." When they got up the second ladder Faith showed Lance the edge of the building."When your on the ledge, you find out who you really are."

Lance looked over the edge. The height was a bit unnerving, but it gave him a certain rush. "Amazing..." he said.
