1) I had a plot that was approved before the shop underwent changes. Should I resubmit my character's plot to the mule for re-approval?
Nessy: If you could send it again to the mule, that would be great! Odds are we'll approve it again, but things are changing and so might plots!
2) How far back would backdating RPs/solos be okay? Or would backdating be a case-by-case basis/please avoid if possible/etcetc?
Nessy: Backdating is absolutely alright, but it shouldn't be more than a few weeks in shop time, and they should not be frequent. If you finally got a buddy to RP with you, and they fit in your character's timeline a bit back from where they are now, that's cool. Just don't do it for every RP!
3) Can I have a cookie?
Nessy: Have a jar.

It's me again <<
1) Are guardian cats going to be more easily accessible since there will be templates for them now ?
Natsube: Yes and no! I can't tell you exactly what's going down but things are a changin' for the cats!
2) For the template senshi, are we locked to whatever template we first get for our character, or will each stage vary ? Do we get to pick them ? (Yes, this is me getting ahead of myself, but im curious.)
Natsube: You're definitely not locked, but I'm not entirely sure yet which i am doing. When the temps are done and we offer customs, i'll let you know!
3) I want a cookie too :B
Nessy: I can't help with the rest but here...*disperses cookie*

QUESTION, LALA FOR YOU~
a) I know now that captains + generals are able to handle the corruption promotion of other lieutenants, but what about the corrupted senshi?
b) Delivery of starseeds- is it done each night, weekly, or every meeting? And how is it done specially since lieutenants can't teleport themselves to the subspace themselves? ;A;
Nessy: Pardon me if I grasped your question wrong, but captains cannot promote lieutenants. Only the queen + other generals can do it, and it's rare with the generals. Corrupt senshi are upgraded in the same way senshi are, by one of the corrupt cats.
Delivery of starseeds can be done to Ursula herself, or if you work under someone who can go to the subspace, you can give your seeds to them! Delivery should be at least once a week, or the queen might think you are slacking. That's bad.

If we have a captain, are we allowed to form our team? I'd been playing with a few people elsewhere during the time the shop was dead and I was stuck in Tartaros limbo and had found two lieutenants to have under Schee (trust me, THAT in itself is an ordeal, oh Schee). I still really want those two because it ties into a lot of things for me, but from there uh...what do we do? XD;;;
Nessy: If you have a team that you made up by yourself, that is absolutely a-ok! The original teams were pretty much just forced on people because fairness was needed to introduce the concept.
HORRAY thank you!

Ohai, I think I'm seeing things or.. maybe I missed something (it has been a while since I looked over the front-page, I'll admit xDD) but it looks like the Story post is a bit different now? I can't exactly see what it is that feels different about it, but it isn't reading the same as it used to. I coulda sworn it talked more about finding the moon princess, or something like that, but now it seems to slip away from focusing on the Moon and all that.
Mouse: You're right, it IS different! We're moving into a new story arc for the shop, and with that in mind we felt it would be a good idea to change the intro to reflect that.
Also off-that topic xD I realized my boy hasn't had his journal put in the Powered character section. I'm probably being a silly dunce about this, but do I transfer it over there myself, or is there someone I should have asked about that back when he was dropped? (Super late, yeah xD I meant to ask way way sooner rofl)
Mouse: Whoops, a mod's gotta move that. Will get riiiiight on it.

This new rainbow crystal arc-- does that mean, when you say you'll never known when it's appear-- that the events are totally random?
Because the halloween event was suddenly thrown into it without a certain specific time date and everything so I was just wondering if users are going to have to keep an eye out all the time for this new metaplot? (NOT THAT IT WASNT AWESOME YO 8D) Today was awesome because election day gave some students days off, but I was just wondering if other events would have advance time date to get ready for? ;;
Or was this timed because of the holiday or would it have been randomly timed? <3 Mainly, are future events going to be random or will there be a heads up?
Mouse: Don't worry, not all of them are going to be given out at random... however, it still wouldn't hurt to keep your eyes peeled.

Okies sooo questions:
If a human was to get a hold of the crystals sans better, faster, stronger; would/could they be seen less of a nuisance when trying to "help" senshi fight youma?
Mouse: Any civilian can take down a youma with some ingenuity and determination -- and possibly a moving vehicle or a crowbar. Senshi have taken down youma with mundane makeshift weapons before... so humans can too, albeit probably with a bit more effort!
That said, a Rainbow Crystal gives a bit of Moon Power to anyone who has one bonded to them. Since a civilian doesn't have something to channel it through like a powered character does, however, the power runs through their general physical prowess instead (this is actually reflected in the animated series and the people who had the Rainbow Crystals there). You can imagine that because of this, taking down a youma becomes a whole lot easier.
Would there be any benefit to chibi senshi? I know it says senshi attacks are imbibed with a light that burns the corrupted but does this count for say chibi hugbell with her teddy pillow catcher? >>;
Mouse: When we chatted with Ende on getting Zink's Rainbow Crystal effect figured out, it didn't exactly run with those descriptions -- so you can count those as suggestions for what can happen.
So, for this it's second verse same as the first: Rainbow Crystal = tiny fragment of Moon Power, and with that in mind you can base the effect on what Sailor Moon was able to do in the series, within reason. It can make your attack Super Effective against Chaos as described above, sure -- but there's also healing, light, and Zink's effect turned out to be the ability to take on a magical disguise a la Usagi's henshin pen. We don't want to cramp anyone's style with this opportunity, and since there's such a wide variety of attacks and weapons in play we're allowing for a pretty loose interpretation!
Can I have brownie? =< I'm hungry.
Mouse: No. D:<

I know this was in the old Q&A, but I can't find it in the massive thread of doom, so- How much of their uniforms can a senshi/negaverse take off/alter before forcefully powering down ? I think it was something like bodice and tiara for senshi but... Answer Shazari: Interesting question -- Coda and I sat and mulled it over a bit. Senshi, Negas, and Powered Individuals in general can take off MUCH of their uniform, but the base of it: the bodice/skirt, or the shirt/pants, etc. can't be removed without losing your powered form -- otherwise every senshi would change into plainclothes before going on patrol. In the case of Sailor Nea, assume she did some creative tucking-in of her dress to get it under the senshi outfit (our little ret-con, sorry). But, in general, you can take off gloves, shoes, overcoats, tiaras, etc. etc. etc. The base has to stay. If someone else tries to rip off a powered individual's clothing, rather than de-henshinning them, it simply won't work: the clothing reappears as soon as it's gone.Cuter: Hi! I think I can clarify this for everyone, actually, without need for ret-con. When Sailor Nea went into action, her outfit base actually WAS the same as her uniform - she just accessorized and spruced it up. Here is a doodle Tig was kind enough to do for me when I submitted the plot idea to Rose and as you can see, roll down the sleeves, take off a few things and you've got her Lieutenant stage. Base still there the whole time, keeping her as Lt. Nealite <3
I completely agree with Shaz/Coda's call on that the base SHOULD stay for all powered up individuals. Nothing can stop you for putting things OVER the outfit - there are plenty of ways to be creative with it but keeping the original base intact is a must. (Hairstyle change is a good way to throw off others too, and that doesn't require messing with the base at all!) Nessy: I think this is what you are looking for? <3Yes ! Thank you <3

HI IT'S ME AGAIN :
Are the newer senshi gonna get actual cellphone graphics sometime ? :3
Natsube: I'm actually thinking about redoing, and allowing them to be CYO-- there's too many senshi to keep up with so this would help a bit, ne?
^I agree to dis ! <3

For solos, do "prequels" count towards growth ~ or only if they take place after they became senshi?
Mouse: Okay, so the others can back me up on whether I'm right on this stuff, I'ma use this question to try and generally explain what RPs you can count and which you can't towards growth.
If you're POWERED FROM THE START (e.g. you had your powered art the moment you got the character), any RP you have under your belt can count towards growth, even if it takes a bit for them to power up IC.
If you're a CIV WHO GOT AN UPGRADE, you cannot count the RPs you did before you got powered up. So, count from your recruitment / awakening RP onward.
If you are WAITING ON GROWTH ART, you cannot count the RPs you do before you get said art and grow IC -- so, if you were a Lieutenant, count from your promotion / first RP as Captain onward.
If your "prequels" follow the above, they should count.
Natsube: Backing Mouse up here!

This is a random question that just occurred to me, and I understand if it can't be answered, but...
Should an eternal senshi make it to prince/princess, would they gain their own crystal in the process ?
Nessy: Right now this is not in practice as our only princess in Chronos and she is very much a Great Princess. In general, however, any senshi reaching Prince/ss stage would be very much akin to how Mercury/Venus/Mars/etc were princesses. They did not have a "Great Crystal" but they did have a considerable amount of power on their own.
Great Crystals are incredibly volatile and have the potential to erase planets. Chibimoon has a lot of constraints tied on her so that I do not do this, and Chronos does as well. For obvious reasons, we just cannot have this Deus Ex walking around in several people, since we do plan to spread that final stage around!
Now does this mean that there will be no more Great Crystals being given out? No. But do we plan to give them to EVERYONE who achieves fourth stage? No.
c:
I hope this answers your question, and I am more than happy to discuss this in detail if you want to!
That answers me. XD I was just curious, and i'd completely forgotten the other official scouts were considered princesses as well. Thanks for the clarification, though ! It's good to know the difference. =3
It's also very nice to see that the fourth stages might not be as insanely rare as I thought they might be :O

I see the thread in the Information section but just to clarify, are we still going to have the use of disposable powered characters in the shop? If so, do we still need to wait on requests for disposable negaverse or would it be okay to attempt to request one for some plottage?

They will come back in the future, but right now we're trying to get a few more things settled!

If someone were to choose to not have their senshi go beyond regular or super, would it still be possible for them to achieve prince/princess status?
Nessy: Unfortunately no. The Prince/ss stage builds on the power of the Eternal Senshi; it would be nearly impossible to touch the power of a Prince/ss without being an Eternal first.
Think of it this way as well! As you go higher up in 'rank', you become more in-tune with your element and planet. As an Eternal you are almost perfectly in synch, but as a Prince/ss you are absolutely so. You cannot achieve the perfect frequency without going Eternal first.
Yes, Sailor Moon was an exception to this rule, but she was a Deus Ex.

This brings another question !
Will princes/princesses have access to, say, both their eternal forms and their prince/princess form, like Chronos does, or is this another Great Princess perk ?
Nessy: Absolutely they can swap at will! In fact, it's rather discouraged that you stay in Prince/ss form unless absolutely necessary as that fourth stage generates a rather large aura.
