Xavier didn't seem too bothered that she asked and then acted immediately without waiting for an answer. In fact, he likely hadn't noticed at all - his hand went to the device the second it was free, flipping though playlists until he found what he was looking for, and hit play.
They were pretty standard stuff, that one would expect to hear in a bar or a night club, or maybe even some sort of pop song.

Ariel closed her eyes the second she heard the sound tumming in her ears. The style was not new, pretty standard actually, but something was making her heart beat.
When the music finished she opened her eyes. "You write it right ?" It was her own guess, but she could sense something more than just music, it was what she was looking for, something making her heart beat quickly.

This was actually rather usual for him. He was a creative mind, sure, but why reinvent the wheel if it rolled along just fine ?
"Yeah, I made that." He'd yet to find anyone willing to sing for him, so there were no lyrics, but the beat was all his'.

“I love it “she said with a smile. “Do you have any others? I would like to listen to your music a little more…..” she paused; she realized she didn’t even ask for his name.
“A little late, but what is your name? I am Ariel” then she proposed her hand to handshake.

"These are the only two I have here, but I could email the rest to you later ?" He said, and then shook her hand. "Name's Xavier. Just drop me your email and ill send you those songs, how about that ?"
Seemed fair enough to him, at least. This way she could listen whenever she wanted, and it wasn't like his music wasn't already on youtube. He liked to share. That was what music was for, right ?

"Then nice to meet you Xavier" she said with a smile. Then she checked on her bag to find a paper and pen to write down her email.
"I take your offer with pleasure" she said while giving him the little piece of paper.
Then she realised they were still in the shop and it started to be late. "Oops I think I need to go back or I will have problems at school"
She started walking near the entrance and waved to the boy. "Bye Xavier, I am waiting for your mail with impatience"

"Ill send it as soon as im home." He assured Ariel, before waving to her and letting her go on her way, smiling to himself as he slid his headphones back up. Today was a good day. A good day indeed.
And maybe he'd end up finding what he was looking for, after all.
