She laughed alongside him, relishing his company. The longer they were together, the more confident she grew in the idea of being happy in this pride and raising a family with him. Granted, the family wouldn't just be them and their cubs, but all the same she knew she would be happy. He seemed to get absorbed into his own thoughts for a moment, so she took a moment of silence and simply observed the expression on his face. Naim seemed anxious, perhaps a bit excited, and somewhere between contented and without a regret in the world. She smiled at that, then turned to face forward. Her ears twitched when he spoke again, and she glanced over at him. "Right?" she asked with a little smile.
Rana slowed down a bit so she was slightly beside him and followed his lead, squinting her eyes in the general direction that he'd nodded earlier. She couldn't quite spot it actually, but she didn't say anything and decided that she'd just wait until they were actually there to give her opinion.
"Could we take a closer look?" she asked, a number of thoughts going through her head. This was no time for her to be nit-picky about every little detail, but honestly the lioness couldn't help but want to look for the ideal spot. "Just to get a feel for it, you know."
(( Eleven days later.. ;-; ))
