Giggling, Heart replies, "Oh, I was thinking of light shades of the cool colors, plus white. Hrm, flow-y and long for me, I guess." She thinks for a few seconds. "But not to the point where I trip," she adds with a crooked grin.

"Yeah, tripping would not make the most of the evening!" Liviana agreed. She walked over to a rack of flowing dresses and began helping Heart look for the perfect dress. There were gowns of velvet, silk, and satin. She poked around for a few minutes until she found a becoming one. "What do you think of this?" She held up the dress, a light blue, with a tulle underskirt and indigo trim.

Turning her head, Heart takes a careful look at the dress Livinia is holding up. "It's gorgeous, though I was thinking of a dress with a layered skirt." She blushes, hoping her words were not hurtful. She nods at Livinia in appreciation for her help, before going back to another rack, going through dress after dress.

*Headmistress Sing hurries in and buys two dresses off the shelves, carefully glancing around so no one sees, as she rushes out the dorr she has a wide grin on her face* I've found the perfect things, it's time to decide between the two.

"Okay!" Liviana trilled as she went back to the rack. She didn't expect to find the perfect dress on the first try. Searching for the right gown for an event like the Yule Ball was be like finding a needle in a haystack.

Some time later, Heart stops. She takes a peach-colored dress from the rack. Two bows are sewn near the bottom of its skirt, adorning it along with elaborate white lace, its silky underskirts designed for comfort for its wearer. It's a tad long, but at least it looks nice, she thinks. "Hmm, maybe this might work for the Yule Ball?" she asks Livinia. She holds it up for her to see.

"Wow," Liviana said breathlessly. "That's gorgeous. I definitely think it should go in the maybe category." She admired the lace. She then held out an aqua and dark blue gown that's colored blended into each other. It came to ankle length, so tripping was not likely. The skirt fell into layers, and a silver butterfly was bound on the dress, creating an empire cut. "How about this one? I think it's gorgeous!"

Heart's jaw drops. "Woooow," she softly muses. "It's absolutely stunning." She nods in agreement. "It really is gorgeous. Thanks! It definitely makes the top of my list of what to wear." In one of her hands, she holds another dress. "Oh dear...how to choose..."
The second gown was aqua, too, but did not have really dark colors. Its skirts also flows around its wearer, but seems to have quite a few layers...seemingly cumbersome. The strapless article of clothing has a star cut out of it at the chest area. Two long sleeves come in the back, fluttering behind the wearer's arms, and to finish the gown, two teal ribbons flow from the bust down to mid-skirt.
"No worries, I'll just take both, and see which of my accessories back in the dorm compliments one of the dresses best." She smiles, hugging Livinia. Then, she rubs her hands. "Now now, we have to find the perfect dress for you, too!"

Liviana hugged Heart back and said, "Oh, I'm sure it's around here somewhere," as she attacked a nearby rack for another good gown.

Humming a lively tune, Heart walks to another section of the shop. She calls out, "Are you looking more for a skin tone peach, or a pinkish peach?"

Nodding, Heart goes back to searching. Several minutes later she pops back out with two dresses, one in each hand.
Gently waving one dress, she states "Here's one. It'll look stunning on you...well, all of these dresses do." Much like a belt, a thin, gold sash ties the strapless dress, circling the body to the back, where it flies in the breeze. The torso is a light shade of pink, and as the dress trails down to the ankles, the color becomes gradually faded. Sparkles are woven into the fabric.
Gesturing to the other, she says, "This one's on the short side but cute, nevertheless." The dress has an empire cut and is very form fitting. The skirt comprises of two layers of multiple pieces of cloth sewn together, both layers the same shade of pinkish peach. A gold belt is also part of the clothing, two small, golden pompoms ending the rope. The dress reminds you of a delightful blossom in bloom.

"Hmm," said Liviana, scrutinizing the dresses. Well, I do like them all, but...I think the first two are the better choices. The Yule Ball is meant to be for an evening affair, so I think a short dress wouldn't be dressy enough. I've got enough money for both dresses too, so I'll take both and decide. Thank you so much for helping me!" Liviana hugged Heart, and then went to go pay for her gowns.

"You're always welcome." Smiling, Heart also goes in line. When it finally is her turn, she pays for the gowns, receiving two wrapped up parcels. After putting her money away, she carefully stores the two packages in the bag she carried with her. "Whew!" She edges her way near the exit of the shop.
